very good

excellent breakfast. pleasant staff. bed comfortable. room warm. water hot. Only stayed one night but I would stay there again if visiting Preston.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the value-for-money was great. Would stay again.

Hotel is a bit out of the way - not in the main centre but then nothing is in Preston. Very powerful shower, towel warmer that worked but the towels were a thing of uniqueness - paper thin and falling to bits. More threadbare have I never seen, but the original rag was replaced promptly by the helpful staff.

Friendly staf. Good location. Room was a little cold. Otherwise they ave parking and are very helpful. Breakfast is fine.

Pity it was raining

LOcation of hotel good. Nothing within the hotel to convince me to go back. Poor, cold, bar area, No entertainment facilities within hotel, just basic, no frills, business accomadation.

The hotel was a lovely experience and the staff were very accommodating, there was not one negative that I can think of.

Excellent stay. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and it is a very clean "business" type hotel that is great for weekenders. The hotel is basic but to a very good standard, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast buffet is excellent. For the price, it can't be faulted.

The Hotel was very good value, modern, free onsite parking, clean, comfortable and the staff I encountered were excellent. The only negative was that it was difficult to find as my sat nav couldn'd find the Hotel using the post code, I had to ring Reception and have them direct me in. I will definately stay again, they even gave me a voucher for a free beer in their bar.

the hotel and room were comfortable, clean and generally very good. The one way system around the hotel caused us problems and took my daughter 25 minutes to negotiate. Might be helpful to explain this on the website.

Very nice hotel, excellent location, good for us businessmen, nice restaurants nearby, good staff, clean, free internet, etc... I'll stay there everytime I have business at Warton.

Convenient, 5 minutes walk to shops or station. Very light, clean and modern - we have stayed here twice and wpould do so again.

Hotel was great! Clean, model and comfortable! Food was poor standard and over priced. Staff were nit efficient - empty restaurant were they could not work out how to place a table of 5, we were asked 3 times if we had ordered, the pork,gammon, etc - which we had not. The bar girl kept calling us all "my love" - unprofessional. Hotel fantastic, staff need working on!

(+) Decent room, good breakfast, free drink voucher on arrival. (-) No temperature control in the room, air vent let all the traffic & train noise in!

Purpose built hotel in easy walking distance from station (on a nice day). Great room, well-sized. Free wireless and outstanding full-cooked breakfast. Front Desk staff were outstanding, friendly, welcoming. As a frequent traveller (primarily in the US) I cannot recommend this hotel too much!!

5star can't say anymore

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was well appointed but location of room next to busy street was a challenge with windows unable keep out the sound of car traffic. Recommend booking a room on inner courtyard. Shampoo and free Internet would be nice.

A modern hotel, near to the town centre, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and nicer surroundings than the local Travelodge.Recommended.

really enjoyable stay. friendly staff and an amazing breakfast included in the very low price. the hotel was a little scruffy round the edges but it is a new building and nothing to complain about overall.

At the reduced price the stay was value for money.

IGNORE the hotels.com map for this hotel, it places the hotel at the wrong end of the road. The hotel however is very good, nothing special but nothing bad at all.

Food very good. Beds rubbish. Ventilation is just a whole in the wall. No A/C.

Staff were very efficient, room was tidy,warm and comfortable. The restaurant is main weakness being in the basement it has poor light, is overly cooled by air conditioning making it uncomfortable at breakfast and causing food to go cold quickly.

It took a while to find the hotel ... the sat nav took us to the middle of a one way street but the hotel was at the bottom (!) but once parked in what appeared to be the middle of student dorms we entered the hotel and untimely we were very surprised and satisfied with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and with a good decor. and the desk staff were impeccable (very impressed with the staff), particularly when we asked to change rooms because of a noisy vent. We ate at the hotel for dinner and breakfast, the food was very good. A word of warning though...we overlooked a busy road and railway line and could hear some road noise and engineering works noise from the room's air vent; a room at the back would be quieter. Overall though I would stay at a Legacy again.

The staff were very polite and helpful.

We booked a twin room the day before travelling to Preston and got a fantastic deal. The room was perfectly clean, and the beds were fantastic too with great amenities. It has a great central location to both the city centre (10 min walk) and railway station (5 min walk). Would definitely stay again.

Overall my stay was ok. The only thing I would say let the hotel down was the terrible food in the resteraunt. I paid 20.00 for what tasted like a microwave chilli and a tinned sticky toffee pudding. I think for people who stay in your hotel will be workers and after a day at work you would like nice food .

Service excellent,room a little too hot Hotel not on a bus route which was inconveient without a car.But a very pleasant stay.

Not particularly cheap. Food bland and expensive. Staff friendly and reasonably helpful, though. Overall, very disappointed and will stay elsewhere next time.
