The Puli Hotel And Spa - שנגחאי

אהבתי כל דבר בשהותי כאן. מיניבר חופשי, קערת תפוחים, בריכה וג'קוזי נהדרים, שרות לקוחות באיכות גבוהה, מיקום טוב -ממש מעל תחנת הרכבת התחתית. אני מקווה שיזדמן לי להתאכסן כאן שוב. אני מאוהבת במלון הזה.

התאכסנתי ב-Puli מספר פעמים כנוסע עסקי. זהו תרגיל יקר, בהתחשב במחיר האוכל -שהוא סופר יקר, בינוני מאוד ואינו מצדיק את מחירו. הצוות אינו מנקה את החדר שלך אם -בטעות- השארת את השלט "נא לא להפריע", דבר מטריד כשאתה חוזר לחדר ומוצא אותו לא מסודר. הצוות בקבלה אינו ידידותי ולרוב יכול להיות קר כלפיך .

מלון יוקרה, הייתה לי שהות נהדרת עם החברה שלי.

אולי אני לא נוסע הרבה כמו אנשי עסקים, אבל אני נוסע מספיק, וכבר יצא לי לשהות במלונות 5 כוכבים בעלי שם עולמי ובמלונות בוטיק מספיק פעמים כדי להעיר את ההערות הבאות: יתרונות: 1. מיקום טוב מאוד, נמצא קרוב לכל מקום במחוז Jing'an ובמרחק הליכה. 2. עיצוב פנים נחמד. 3. בריכה נחמדה, הלכנו לשחות כאילו שיש לנו בריכה פרטית משלנו (ראו את אריחי הרצפה בחסרונות). 4. ברנץ'' יוצא מן הכלל, שם השירות של הצוות (בחליפות) היה טוב יותר (ראו בחסרונות את רמת השירות שניתנה על-ידי הצוות הכללי, שזו החוויה הגרועה ביותר שהייתה לי במלון 5 כוכבים). 5. שימוש חופשי במיני-בר עם מכונת nespresso, שזה נחמד מכיוון שאני אוהב קפה. חסרונות: 1. הם בחרו לשים מסביב לבריכה אריחים מחליקים מאוד, צריך ללכת מאוד בזהירות כדי להימנע מנפילה על הרצפה. יש מקום לשיפור בתחום בחירת האריחים. 2. שירות / גישה עלובים - א)הצוות ב-Long Bar / צוות המשלוחים / מנהל המשמרת, נאמר לנו שהוא נסגר ב-1 בלילה ושאלנו אם נוכל להזמין מהחדר ושישלחו לנו את המשקאות / קינוחים. ניסינו להזמין סיבוב שני של משקאות ב-00:35, והצוות ב-Long Bar אמרו לנו ששעת ההזמנה האחרונה היא 00:30, שזה דבר שהם לא אמרו לנו מראש, וזה גם לא צוין בתפריט. הצוות ב-Long Bar אמרו לנו להתקשר למשלוחים. צוות המשלוחים אמרו לנו שאין להם מה לעשות (ואני חושב שסוג כזה של שירות הוא לא מקובל במלון ברמה גבוהה). התקשרתי למנהל המשמרת, ומאוחר יותר הוא נתן לנו את המשקאות ושוב, ההסבר שלו לא היה מרגיע וההתנצלות שלו לא כנה. התחלנו לתהות איזו מן הכשרה המלון מעניק לצוות שלו?? ב) צוות החדרניות - שהינו ב-PuLi בערבי שישי ושבת. בבוקר שבת בשעה 10, חדרנית צלצלה בפעמון ושאלה אם היא יכולה לסדר את החדר (אני שאלתי מה?!?! אסור לי לשהות בחדר שלי קצת יותר זמן

היה לי שכן רועש שחגג עד 3:30 בבוקר... צוחקים צורחים ושותים עם הרבה מוזיקה ברקע...

רהיטי העץ והרצפות מקסימים. 2 ארונות, אחד לתלייה של בגדים ארוכים, והאחר לבגדים קצרים ומגירות. 2 כיורים, אחד בצד של האמבטיה, והאחר בצד של המקלחון. האמבטיה גדולה עם כרית לראש. המקלחון די מרווח גם הוא. השירותים נמצאים בתא אחר. בפינה של המיני-בר ושל המשקאות, יש מכונות קפה עם 6 קפסולות ליום, וגם מיני מקרר בחינם. יש נגן תקליטורים של BOSE. אינטרנט אלחוטי חופשי. זה אולי לא מלון אמיתי של 6 כוכבים, אבל זה מקום נהדר לבלות בו זמן. עדיף לבלות כמה לילות, במקום נסיעת עסקים קצרה של לילה אחד בשנגחאי.

שילוב נהדר של מודרניות עם אלגנטיות וסגנון סיניים מסורתיים. שירות ידידותי ומקצועי. החדרים נוחים ומהווים מפלט מרגיע מהבלגן של שנגחאי. תשומת לב נהדרת לפרטים בכל רמה, ומינימום מסחריות - המיני-בר ועוד תוספות רבות בחינם.

ה-Puli הוא מלון נהדר בשנגחאי. החדרים חדישים, מעוצבים היטב וגדולים מאוד. וילונות ההצללה האוטומטיים נהדרים גם כן. השירות מהיר וידידותי. ההערה היחידה היא שאם אתם רוצים להיות בבונד, הייתי ממליץ לשהות במלון Peninsula. ה-Puli נמצא במרחק של כ-15 דקות נסיעה במונית מהבונד, שבשנגחאי עולה בערך 5 דולרים.

שהינו שני לילות ב-PuLi באוקטובר, הוא נמצא במיקום מאוד שגרתי, היות שהוא נמצא קרוב לקו 2 ולקו 7 של הרכבת התחתית. גילינו שיש כניסה בקרבת מקום אם תפנו ימינה מיד ביציאה מהמלון לקו 7 (שאפשר להשתמש בה גם כדי ללכת לקו 2). נעלי הבית הטובות ביותר שאי פעם קיבלתי במלון. המיטות היו מפוארות מאוד והמלון גורם לכם להרגיש שיצאתם מהעיר. החדרים מאובזרים בצורה יפה, ונעשה שימוש טוב בחלל. לא הייתי מהסס להתאכסן כאן פעם נוספת.

התאכסנתי במהלך נסיעת עסקים מה-10/12/11 ועד ה-10/18/11. משלב הצ'ק אין ועד הצ'ק אאוט, השירות במלון עלה על כל הציפיות שלי. צוות ידידותי וקשוב, מיקום נהדר, נוחויות נהדרות, אוכל נהדר, חדר נהדר וכו'... אני אפילו לא יכול למצוא כל ביקורת בונה לתת להם. הם עושים הכל בצורה מצוינת. המשיכו בעבודה הטובה, ואני מצפה לשהות הבאה שלי.

Rooms were amazing. Service impeccable. Bar and restaurant over-priced.

We spent 6 nights in this hotel. The service is immaculate, friendly and fast ( with sole exception of receiving food at the bar!). The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful, large pool with a full spa.The garden bar is lovely, looking out on a large pond. I highly recommend this hotel.

I spent two nights with my wife. Absolutely flawless! The suite was splendid, great layout spacious with a glorious bathroom and outstanding night views. The bedding superb and the service impeccable

The hotel and spa were outstanding value for money, given the fact that its amenities and general conditions were well above the benchmark for business hotels. It was well worth its ranking as a Leading Hotel of the World. Staff were helpful, friendly and warm. The cleanliness of the room and hotel common area, together with the efficiency of housekeeping services were impressive. Truly a positive experience and I would not hesitate returning.

We got an exceptional price for a truly 5-star experience. This place was a perfect match for us. Very high style, very cultured. We loved the wonderful layout of the room; every day we returned to a perfect experience; the cleaning crew even folded cloths for us. Wonderful, warm and responsive hotel staff of highly-trained, genuinely cheerful young people. Just all kinds of small touches... the honor bar was all free, the spa was no extra cost and absolutely high end. Room service was instantaneous and very reasonable. Restaurant a sanctuary. The music as you enter is designed to make you feel both masterful and relaxed (how do you do that?). Our first visit to mainland China and we were very reliant upon the hotel to support us with transportation and daily life-- they did a masterful job of advising us and teaching us about Shanghai. The whole concept of an urban retreat/spa is beautifully and uniquely captured in the Puli. My only reservation is writing this review... we'd like to keep the place a secret for ourselves... but it deserves every success.

Overall a fantastic hotel. We had a very relaxing stay!

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The staff goes out of their way to meet your every need/request. The rooms like the lobby are beautifully decorated, spacious with bathtubs that look out into the city. The spa and pool are luxurious providing everything (slippers, towels, shampoo, hairdryers) at no extra price. The gym is well-equipped and open 24 hrs/day. I was there on vacation but would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers. What a great place to unwind after work! The only negative is that the bar and restaurant is very pricey. I paid $20 for a glass of pino grigio and a hamburger is about $25. It is located in a very upscale neighborhood, so guess that is to be expected. The metro/subway is right outside the hotel which makes it very convenient for touring.

I spend three days staying in Puli for valentine's day. I think the overall service is very good, I really enjoy the hotel room with nice view of city. Since, the hotel provides free drinks in the room, I don't need to worry about drinking's in the room. At the each corner you could find a bottle of water, and in mini bar you could find lots of other soft drinks or beers. I would never forget such good hotel room experiences. The only concern is about staffs, they always speak shanghai local dialect.....

Beautifully designed hotel. One of the best, if not the best, I've ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive into the secluded entrance, to the inclusion of all the cables and cosmetics you could need in the room it's just great. Staff and service is brilliant, and its sat on top of a metro station and next to Jing'an temple. Only remark is that dining and service is a little formal at times... Would be nice if there was a casual dining option.

the location of the hotel is marvelous, close to shopping, sights, convenience stores and most importantly, food. there's a nice park right beside the hotel and it's generally a nice neighbourhood to stroll. the hotel is extremely beautiful and tasteful, impressive but not opulent, minimalist chic but not cold. it's not a cheap place to stay, but i'm glad i chose it out of the many tempting choices in shanghai

stayed many times at this hotel, only pitty is that it´s close to highway..

Excellent room, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Facilities are excellent. You can just laz around the hotel for the entire day. Love it

The Puli is a very relaxing hotel after a very hectic work day.. As soon as you walk pass the front door you find your inner zen. The rooms are very spacious and the accomedations are very clean.

What a wonderful hotel, and fantastic staff. The service was top notch and staff beyond comparison. The rooms were clean and welcoming.

This is the seconf time I stay at the Puli Hotel and I can't give it enough praise. It is by far one of the best five stars hotel I stayed at around the world. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again.

This was my 3rd stay here & even after multiple visits I'm still impressed. This hotel has it all but what really sets it apart is the staff. The hotel management are highly visible & engage the customers. If you are looking for a hotel that is consistently excellent in every way, look no further.

Overall, we had a great stay. This is a cool, stylish hotel. I cant comment on the facilities as we didnt use them, but in general, all staff members were friendly and helpful, and everything worked as it should. A couple of small negatives - Hotels.com website said the hotel served a complimentary breakfast to all guests. This is not true, so beware when booking. There is a Costa in the building next door, but it is closed at the weekend. Also, we were looking directly onto a building site, not a great 'city' view in my mind. The location is convenient, as metro lines 2 and 7 are just a few steps away, and many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Would happily stay there again.

One of the best hotels in Shanghai!

Stayed for one night. Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Metro Lines #2 and #7; close to malls with food court and next to Jing-An Garden. Staff enthused to help with good command of English. Room very clean and elegantly decorated. Faucets and showers a bit confusion. Good green design with auto window closure when leaving room and auto open when entering room. In-room refrigerator stocked with with complimentary soft drink and beer, and many bottles of drinking water. Although not guaranteeing non-smoke room, got one anyway. Comparing to other hotels in China, this hotel is relatively smoke free. Highly recommended.

First class hotel from the lobby bar to the rooms to the staff. This is an exceptional hotel, one of the best I've stayed at.

Great experience!! The design of room is so amazing!! And I highly recommend having a drink in the terrace!!

They put me into the hotel room facing a construction site and I requested to changed the room. The first answer is "sure" with extra 400RMB + 15% instead of checking the why we want to change the room. Then, I sign the drinks bill to my room and they mis-read it from 710 to 1710. I correct them that my room # is 710, few minutes later, they insisted to see my room card. This is a terrible feeling for me. Then, they insisted my room rate is not included 1 breakfast which is clearly showed on the booking receipt. They simply ignored it and insisted us to pay for it. PULI NEED TO SERIOUSLY TRAIN THEIR STAFFS.

great hotel, good contemporary design but need better services and efficient people where it help to get things done for your schedule of the day.

The hotel is very close to JingAn Temple subway station and airport shuttle bus terminal to Pudong and Hongqiao airports. I arrived at the hotel at 8am and they were nice to allow me for an early checkin, stayed for 3 nights, also subsequently a late checkout at 2pm. The room was very spacious, & best of all the mini-bar is on the house! Coffee, tea, milk, juices, beer, sodas... They are re-filled once a day. Just a little disappointed that no one from the hotel guided me on the room facilities. I thought the coat room was the wardrobe! The lights above the wash basins are turnable, and there is storage behind the wash basins mirrors. It took me the next day before I realised them! But overall, it was a great hotel in a great location.

Beautifully appointed with spacious rooms and every comfort you need. One nice touch was the free mini bar. It was only juice, beer and softdrink but it makes a radical depature from others who charge an arm and a leg for a kit kat or beer. The hotel is very convenient for business. All my appointments were around 5-10 mins by taxi. It is right next to the Metro as well, lines 2 & 7.

I can't find anything wrong with this hotel and I am usually quite quick on criticism! The design of the whole hotel, down to the smallest of details is simply beautiful and as in any successful design, it is also highly functional. Service was fantastic from the Concierge to the breakfast or outdoor lounge were all great. Free and fast wifi without any annoying pop-up pages. Never had to wait for an elevator. the view on the park, the silence of the room, the closeness to West Nanjing road and to the subway, really it was all perfect! I was sad there were no Puli (or Urban hotels) in Beijing for the next leg of our trip. The park Plaza in Beijing felt like a roadside motel after our stay at the Puli
