Crown Regency Beach Resort - בוראקאי

Hotel staff were nice and helpfull, but room was overpriced for the given quality. Especially cleaning of the rooms should be better and interior need to be renovated. The location of the hotel is very nice (directly at the beachfront) and this is there main selling argument I think.

This is a great place to stay even though it's a little far from Station 1 and 2, where all the action is happening... The rooms are a good size and have all you need. The breakfast buffet needs a little work as there’s not much variety.

Very courteous staff, clean, quiet, comfortable room. There was some construction going on in the daytime so not all areas were finished but this didn't distract too much from the overall quality. Beach bar was a great place to watch the sunset. We would stay here again.

The hotel is not very old, but was never finished properly and is under remodel. The restraurant was closed. A simple breakfast was included in the meeting room. Rooms are fair size and good appointments, but plumbing leaks. Some rooms have flat screens. Air conditioning has led lights that stay on all night and can be disturbing. They charged for a small bucket of ice in the room. The happy hour is from 3 to 9 pm on the beach at 2 for 1.

In my opinion this hotel is overpriced. On the plus side the rooms are clean and in pretty good condition and some of the staff are very friendly. But being in front of boat station 3 means you will have many boats coming and going during the day. This means more beach sellers approaching you with stuff to sell and people being loaded and unloaded from various boat trips on the beach literally right in front of the hotel. This goes on almost constantly throughout the day. For us that meant that we would go somewhere else on the beach everyday. Hardly the point of a beach side hotel. Also expect this hotel to have many asian/chinese guests.

The service was great but we had to change rooms three times due to building maintenance, and poor internet access. Ask if the reservations are complete before staying here.

Hiya there are major building works going off next door to this hotel and its very noisy from 7am. Staff were all very young and didnt have a clue! Very noisy. A long walk to boat station 2 and 1.

HOTEL WAS OK Located at station 3 We normally stay at Station 1 but this was a late book and all we could find. Location is ok but other hotel guests were very loud kids always banging on doors and I mean every 30 minutes! Food was fine no complaints with staff or activities.

Veldig vennlig og hyggelig betjening, som hilste dagen lang. Service blir trukket ned av tempoet, noe som nok er generelt saktere enn hva vi er vant til. Utsjekkingen gikk sinnsykt sent, og provoserte kraftig. Vi betalte et depositum på 1000 pesos per rom. Ingenting å si på det. Da vi skulle sjekke ut, skulle rommet inspiseres før vi kunne få tilbake depositumbeløpet og reise. Dette er forståelig, men det tok alldeles uakseptabelt lang tid. Pengene var på ingen måte klar, de måtte man lete etter, da rommet var klarert. Var dette bevisst trenering, eller var dette bare kultur?

호텔이 여러개로 되어 있어서 정확히 찾기 어렵고 비치까지 걸어가는 수고가 불편할뿐.. 나머지는 전반적으로 좋음.

The pool was not available. Under construction. the sounds bothered me.
