Very enjoyable stay. Staff very friendly and continental breakfast very good. Large shower and comfortable bed. Woke up refreshed. Would recommend to our friends.

generally satisfactory. good breakfast, but breakfast room would be very crowded if the hotel was full.

I was very pleased with this place. Both the front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of towels. Bed was comfortable. Including a terrific breakfast was an unexpected bonus. My lower rating on the surrounding neighborhood is just because I didnt like the town, but it was where I had to go. Choice does need to upgrade their computers but the staff worked well around it.

I like the hotel hotel, It was a very convienant location..Your staff was very nice and helpful. Only problem was the mattress it slightly sunk in the middle it"s time for a new one lol..

Very friendly and helpful staff; very good breakfast but the room was very small and crowded. Reported a leaky faucet and it was replaced the next day. Great location; close to movie theater and outlet shopping and restaurants.

Everything was very solid about this hotel. Very clean, tidy and put together. Good location to major landmarks and places off of coastal highway and within about a 10 minute drive to Rehoboth beach. The room was awfully uncomfortable, which is the absolute only down side to my stay. The room was small, the bathroom was right in the room and the beds were VERY uncomfortable and actually hurt my back a little. But you have to be careful what you ask for and expect when you pay under 100 dollars for a hotel. I probably wouldn't return, just because I know now about the lacking bed quality, but if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel with a good location, then look no further. Book it.

Bathroom shower stall was dirty inside and out. Heating system was terrible. Not only was the fan ver loud, the temperature was either too hot or too cold.

This hotel was satisfactory. The room was quite small and the carpet was filthy. The carpet was vacuumed, but filthy. Except for those two things, everything else was satisfactory. Very freindly and accommodating staff. Really seemed like they took ownership of their building and jobs.

convenient - clean - easy access

Had everything I need, including a private movie theater... which I didn't use, but sounded cool anyway.

We liked this place very much. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Our only complaint is the pillows in the rooms. They were of the size one would put at the ends of a couch and putting more than two or three together didnt seem to help. Overall though,we give it mostly 5's We would stay here again (and bring our own pillows).

The only thing I can think of that needs improvement is the coffee in the breakfast room. The coffee in the room was much better.

Great breakfast, great room for the price.

Adequately clean, nice breakfast buffet. For some reason, that night, there was a very young clientele, as if there was a prom nearby.

Arrived @ 730 pm, met with a big smile @ front desk. Check in east & quick. Room was excellent. Very clean. Carpet just a bit worn. Large chair partially obstructed my entrance & "front door light" was not working, had to prop door to turn on bathroom light. Breakfast was excellent, had Belgium waffle, sausage, coffee etc. Great deal. (Don't try OJ, it was watery & tasteless). Overall, very pleased & such a great value.

Signage on the road helped us locate the access road to the Sleep Inn. Our check-in and out were smooth. Breakfast was fine but the dining area was very cramped. Parking was fine. The best part was that it was quiet through the night.

A good facility with the added feature of a washing machine and a clothes dryer. Perfect for me.

The room was average, small, and dated. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane reving its engines. The front desk staff was very helpful.

The hotel is in a great location which allows you to get to the beach at Lewes or Rehoboth really easily and is close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The free breakfast is decent but the room itself was not as clean as it could have been. The hotel is very expensive but the area is extremely expensive in general and it's certainly better than a lot of the other places you could stay.

My wife left her kindel in our room and it was found, turned in and eventually mail to her. For this alone we would stay there again. Thank you to the staff.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was very cozy. We enjoyed the proximity to various restaurants and beaches.

Great stay and great baby pool.The front des person when I called to make reservation said that the rooms are internet ready with wired internet via eternet cable.When I showed up the rooms did not have wired internet but wifi worked well.I had to do some work from hotel and could not do this due to this.Good family hotel.The maintainance supervisor is great and is a jolly guy.

Good thing we spent most of the time away. Room was very small for two people. OK cleanliness, although I didn't want to touch the spreads on either bed. Air conditioning was hard to control. Room was quiet and mostly clean. I think it was way overpriced for what we got. Front desk personnel was fine.

My son really loved the pool. It was a very good location, not far from the beach and really close to all the outlets.

My daughters and I had an enjoyable time at your Sleep Inn in Lewes, DE.We also loved the continental breakfast that was offered. We enjoyed the pool too and would definitely go back. Your price for our two double bed room was reasonable for the location and time of year.

Hotel smelled of very strong cleaning solution and floor was damp in our room when we arrived. may have been effort at cleanliness but came off as contaminated and trying too hard to cover.

It was a convient location for us. bed was comfortable.

The hotel was a great place to stay - Others who must think the same thing were not so great. - A barking dog at 2:30am is not the hotels fault non the less not so pleasant. Must have been a little league play off or something in town because the breakfast area couldn't handle 30 some kids trying to make "Belgium Waffles" and the rest of breakfast at one time. Guess we just choose the wrong time to go for breakfast. :) Any way another stay all of this could not be a factor so have not written this hotel off just be aware they have paper thin walls and a lot happening

The hotel was satisfactory, but it was not worth the price we paid per night. Rooms are too small to be called suites, and the location is a few miles away from the ocean resort areas. It is on the main strip (route 1), where lots of stores and chain restaurants are located. Pool was decent and the hotel offered a basic, free breakfast that included Belgian waffles. Hotel staff was good and accommodating.

The employee there not only had her boy friend hanging out there with his friend but her children was at work with her.

This hotel had a very clean and comfortable room. It is located right on the main road literally 3 minutes from major shopping outlets and a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Great place, great location, and most importantly great price! I'd go back to this hotel again and again. Recommend it to anyone.

our stay at the hotel was great, however some of the other guest liked to cause problems and that was a pain but our stay over all was very good. My room was very clean and the hotel staff was great.

We would not stay at this hotel again - management spent most of the time sitting in her office on her cell phone instead of controlling the party that had taken over the lobby of the hotel, so that no one else could sleep or enjoy their stay. Towels were practically non-existent. Breakfast was pitiful at best.
