Great location and great staff rooms are clean and comfortable

Great price for overall experience. Decent selection for continental breakfast which is always a plus.

The air conditioning was bad...wouldn't get cool much. The sheets did not look like they were cleaned...hard to find the hotel. We would have complained, but it was late and we were exhausted and just wanted to go to bed.

Bed could have been more comfortable but overall the stay was good!

We like the Holiday Inn Express Hotels--always clean and neat. Our room was next to the exercise room, and I would recommend the noise be lowered after 10:00, but otherwise, we loved the room and the breakfast. Being gluten intolerant, I am glad for the variety of things to eat. Perfect for an overnight in Vancouver.

We arrived late in the evening and everything was waiting for us. the room was excellent as was the location. we would stay there again.

Was visiting family and the location of this hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable rooms, quiet at night since off the main highway, and really good breakfast.

Everything was great and the location is very close to Portland if you have a car. Cuts the price in about half. And within a block is the Heathman Lodge with a nice restaurant. Great b'fast in Portland at the Hawthorne district - the Bread and Ink Cafe. If you want some decent looky-loo shops for a nice stroll, check out the 23rd St. section. Cross the bridge, take 405, get off at Burnside and hang a right. Go up a few blocks.

Clean Hotel, Family Friendly, Front Desk Service excellent

We were in town for a family celebration. The two little ones with us loved the pool! Staff was very accommodating to our request for a late checkout as we want the little ones to get a quick nap before the family event. We would definitely go there again.

Everything about the hotel was great except two things. 1 - the beds could be a little softer, but overall, they are quite comfortable. 2- The AC unit doesn't allow the room to cool down enough and constantly turns off and on disturbing my normal sleep pattern.

the beds were super comfortable. enjoyed the pool and hot tub after the half marathon for my niece who ran a PR. very friendly staff.

The hotel was extremely clean and convenient. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stay in these hotels when the location works out for us. Clean, new, indoor pool, free parking, free breakfast, whats not to like?

The property is close to a dinner behind the hotel. If you want more restaurant selection, it s about 5 mins away. The room and the hotel are kept very clean, no complains. I would recommend to stay here.

Excellent hotel and staff. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and big. Resturant was top knotch, food was 5 star. I would definitely stay there again.

The holiday Inn Expres Hotel gives you tne most value for your money. It is located in a gook part of town and has frendly, helpful staff. I would definately stay there again.

Stayed here for a day and had a great stay.

We always stay here when we are going to the Sleep Country Amphitheater for concerts. It's clean, has a decent hot breakfast, the beds are comfortable and it's in a close proximity to the venue. They have an indoor pool which my son on one occasion had the pleasure of using before we left for home. Towels provided at the pool. I recommend this hotel to anyone. I regularly choose this venue over going to the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, WA because of this hotel. The rates are better and it's easier to get to this hotel from the venue. In Auburn, the closest place is at least 20-30 minutes away and 2x the price. NOT convenient!!

This is a recently opened location for Holiday Inn Express, and is as you would expect is in very good condition. The manager is clearly looking to progress and maintains a tight ship. All staff were very pleasant to deal with and the whole place felt comfortable and well run. The manager's drinks every week day from 5 til 7 was a pleasant addition. There was plentiful beer and wine, and also soup which the manager had made herself. She was also on hand to give advice on restaurants etc, and was doing her best to get all regular visitors on first name terms! The location is convenient to both I-5 and I-205, and is only a short drive over either bridge from Portland, and the cost was significantly less than anywhere of this quality on the Portland side.

The rooms and general condition of everything was excellent. Nice pool. Not the best location, but reasonable close a number of dining options.

this was the first time we booked with holiday inn express ,we were blown away when we arrived at the hotel staff was great ,the breakfast was great .the rooms were clean .I asked the staff were was the nearest drug store,the staff member asked what do you need ,i told him we forgot our tooth brushes and tooth paste;he said no problem .he handed me 4 tooth brushes and tooth paste that what service is all about ..I would book with them any time when we visit again next year ,,,ssj

The staff was awesome. Me and my 3 co workers showed up at about 1am tired from a long day of travel. The hotel went out of their way to make our stay easy and restful even going as far as to give us some ice cold beer so we didn't have to go on a mission to find an open store. Was very clean and comfortable... and the staff was AWESOME!!

Clean, new, comforatable, great breakfast. Just wasn't near the things we were doing during our vacation to the area.But if you need tobe inb Vancouver,WA, you can't beat it.

It was close to the airport easy to get to with lots of restaruants available. I would stay there again.

I was here for a work trip, so the boring location wasn't a problem for me. The hotel was very nice with great facilities. The breakfast was impressive, and the only suggestion that I have is to have a better tea selection. Otherwise, very nice.

The hotel itself was great - new, clean, comfortable, great service. The fitness room was nicer than usual, and the free breakfast was pretty good! My one complaint is that I chose this hotel in part because its name leads you to believe it's close to Vancouver Mall. Since I was dropped off and picked up the next morning with no car while I was there, I was hoping I could walk to the mall to get a bite to eat and maybe go shopping during the evening; however, it turns out that mall is a mile away! Fortunately, my ride there was willing to go driving to help me find some takeout to bring back with me, but it was frustrating to be stuck in the hotel with no good nearby restaurant or shopping options. As long as you have a car, you're set!

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, staff was polite & helpful, breakfast was above average. I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was great. Clean, friendly staff, nice room, good bed and great location. This will be my new home while on business.

Have stayed here a couple times and really like the place. Right off of 500, near the mall, quick shot to downtown Vancouver and not a bad drive to Portland. The real breakfast food is nice too. Recommended.

This location is one of the chain's newer properties. Very nice place and very quiet. Far away from freeway noise. Great buffet breakfast. There was a managers evening reception with complimentary drinks and soup was served also. It's not too close to many restaurants, but several dining places are within a short driving distance. You'll be happy you selected this location. I was.

I had a friendly greeting upon arrival. Hotel was clean, nicely furnished and had great amenities. Indoor pool was clean, had towels for guests, safe and pleasant. The spa equally so. The breakfast was adequate: hard boiled eggs, cereal and several choices of milk, juice (apple, orange, lemonade, cranberry), hot cocoa, tea, coffee. There were cheese omelettes, sausage patties, buiscuits and gravy that was good (my usual travel favorite), fresh cinnamon buns and other pastries, bagels, fruit. We had a king suite which had separate sitting area with a pull-out sofa sleeper (great for my 12-year-old son). Coffee pot, micro, fridge, sink. Ironing board/Iron. Lots of room for your things. Bathroom was very clean and had shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, lotion and 2 soaps. Granite throughout bath, minibar and even on the windowsill. Comfortable bed and even the sofa sleeper was good. Parking was adequate. Elevator was great. Vending and Ice machines worked great. Easy to find from google directions. Great price, great value for money! New property! Highly recommended! I will stay here again when going to the Amphitheater for a concert.
