The hotel wasn't very clean. The room didn't have a fan or air con, in Rome in August! It was far too small. The shower was the smallest I've ever seen. The room has lightbulbs missing, a broken shower curtain and inadequate space for a family of five as booked. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! The night reception guy was quite inpatient and rude too. Horrible experience.

Staff was the best thing about this hotel- friendly and helpful. The rest was shocking- would give it a 0 if I could. Not a good neighbourhood at all, although the eateries nearby are pretty good. Breakfast is not a real breakfast. We didn't get one night's sleep without multiple alarms and bottles smashing on the street outside the hotel. And, deceptively, the hotel is actually quite far from Roma Termini- and quite a challenge to find.

Rooms were clean and well serviced. Location of the hotel was okay but very noisy and room was extremely hot (July). The staff were not particularly helpful or forthcoming with information. Breakfast was very ordinary and on morning when we were leaving, the cafe was late in opening so we had no breakfast

Was in a bad neighborhood, rooms are small and shared bathrooms. More like a hostel to me.

Great location. Walk to all amenities. Quaint but noisy as next to a few crowded bars and restaurants. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Modest price for a modest hotel.

The owner and the staff was very friendly and courteous except the old man, who speak Spanish only, at the mid-night. People are helpful because they keep the clothes I left rather than throw it away. The location is good if you know how to get there. It's 10 mins walk from Termini. Better check the google map and print it out. Walk along the rail and go through the tunnel, then you will find it in a minute. Remember to ask for a card for wi-fi when you check in. No air -con only. Washroom and bedroom are clean Rrestaurants are near the hotel. It's a good budget accommodation !

We had a great stay here - the staff were extremely friendly even with our bad italian! The area around the hotel is really nice, we went to several restaurants within 5 mins walk of the hotel which were delicious and inexpensive - they were mostly filled with locals too which is always a good sign. Breakfast was small but delicious. The park opposite the hotel has a café which is a great place to relax during the midsummer sun. We loved it.

Wir hatten ein 5-Bett-Zimmer (2 Erw., 3 Kinder) für eine Nacht gebucht zu einem sehr guten Preis. Empfang im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber, genügend, aber nicht sehr gross. Die Lage hinter der Stazione Termini (ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss) ist praktisch, jedoch in Gegenrichtung zum Zentrum. Dafür hat es gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Verkehrslärm gibt es für römische Verhältnisse wenig, dafür von den Strassenrestaurants bis spätabends (jedenfalls bei uns am Samstag) "Menschenlärm". Ob einem das stört, ist wahrscheinlich sehr individuell. Alles in allem für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu einem sehr vernünftigen Preis zu empfehlen.

1. El desayuno no es bufé, es enfrente del hotel en un café y te dan una sola factura. 2. No hay aire acondicionado en la habitación, hay que pedir un ventilador de mesa en la recepción. 3. Ninguno de los dos recepcionistas hablaba bien inglés. 4. No hay ascensor para subir las valijas.

Zentrale Lage ist sehr positiv. Aber Bahnhofsgegend hat auch Schattenseiten. Haben uns insgesamt sicher gefühlt. Zimmer mit eigener Dusche schön und angenehm. Zimmer mit geteilter Dusche, WC sind ok. Urige italienische Ambiente. Wie oft in Italien, wird ein "Upsell" (Zusatzverkauf) versucht. Hotel möchte viel lieber Barzahlung, obwohl über Hotel.com Kreditkarte hinterlegt wurde. Haben auf Kreditkarte bestanden und war ok. Im Sommer sind Zimmer sehr warm. Bei geöffneten Fenstern trifft man in der Früh den Strassenlärm bis hin zur müllabfohr an. Wir waren mit Familie da und haben uns insgesamt wohl gefühlt. Können esfür den Preis empfehlen.
