Great alternative to expensive Venice stay. Free parking, wi-fi and breakfast and you can be in Venice in 30-40 minutes with a short walk and a bus ride. Great way to experience Venice without breaking the bank. Great service.

Great place -- one of the few hotels in Italy (that I've stayed in) that had (free!!!) internet. Very comfortable, nice staff, cute dog, everyone was super courteous. The only minus is that it's a little annoying to get there to and from Venice or Mestre. Take the number 9 bus from Mestre FS, and then it's a 5-10 minute walk (just ask around). Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Very nice small hotel in a nice residential/small farm area. The family was very helpful,with directions,and very friendly. Short walk to the bus gets you on the bus to Venice. Wishnwe stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful pool area.

Very nice little hotel with a huge pool and sunning area. Staff were super helpful and changed hats from cook to bartender to checkin person . Hotel is in a very quiet area surrounded by farm land and is very quiet, but if you want to go some where else for dinner you will have to drive into town or enjoy a long peaceful walk.

The Villa Sara is perfect for those that want to see Venice, but want quiet at the end of the day. The Villa Sara is more like a little resort than a hotel. Large swimming, outdoor seating area, and extra friendly customer service. 30 minute bus ride into Venice and then back to peace and tranquility.

I could not find a hotel in Venice, Italy itself because of it being Carnavale weekend, but found this one just outside near the Marco Polo airport. This hotel is a great deal for the price. These people are super friendly and helpful. Just a 5-minute walk to the bus that comes every 15 minutes and just a 10 minute bus ride to Venice. "Madre" (the receptionists' mother) even cooked me a great lunch of lasagna, pork chop and tiramisu. Just stayed here one night but I'll be back. They have a nice pool and very quiet location.

This hotel is definitely recommended to people who want visit Venice and don't mind to be a bit further than the city itself. The bus stop is situated in 150 m. walk distance from the hotel. Bus number 19 leaves each 15 min. to Venice and reaches its central station (Piazzale Roma) in ~ 30 min. It's also convenient for the ones travelling by car. A new way has been constructed from the roundabout to the hotel and the car can be parked in hotel´s open parking area. It has a small swimming pool and hence suitable in summer for families. The rooms and sanitary are clean and basic. The breakfast is basic Italian breakfast and ok. The personnel consists of a family which are really friendly and helpful giving instructions to reach Venice and answering any other question. A bus ticket can be bought at the reception desk for 1.30 euro. From Mestre station take bus line 9 and get off at via Gobbi stop number 5/6. Attention: Each long street has only one bus stop name with different numbering. Via Gobbi Street has 6 bus stops. You have to get off at the 5th stop. On your right there is a huge yellow building called Anni Azzurri. It takes you about 20 minutes to reach there from Mestre train station.

Prima Hotel! Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en prima uitleg over de mogelijkheden om in Ventie te komen. Voor 1.30 euro koop je een buskaartje in het hotel. Bushalte ligt op circa 250 meter lopen van het hotel en met 15 minuten rijden zit je in Venetie.

Ottimo hotel personale gentile e molto disponibile, belle le le camere e eccezionale la piscina c'è tutto tutto quello che serve per godersi un bel week end, c'è il parcheggio per l'auto comondo all'interno e la posizione è buona per raggiungere in poco tempo Venezia e se vuoi fare un giro a Jesolo è a 30 min di distanza. Complimenti lo consiglio a tutti.

Vom Hotel aus hat man sehr gute Busverbindung nach Venedig. Die Strasse um das Hotel herum wurde gerade neu gemacht und ist geteert (Das GPS gibt noch ungeteerte Strasse an). Entgegen der Angaben in unserer Buchung war das Fruehstueck inbegriffen und wir habe deshalb 2 Fruehstuecke versaeumt. Ebenso ist WiFi kostenols im Zimmer praesent. Das Hotel ist sehr altmodisch, die Zimmer sind klein, ebenso die Duschen (wie die meisten in Italien). Der Empfang ist freundlich und kompetent. Leider gibt es im ganzen Haus kein Buegeleisen. Im Sommer muss es besonders interessant sein, da das Hotel ein tolles Schwimmbad besitzt, das aber auch der Oeffentlichkeit zugaenglich ist (Laerm?!?). Wenn wir wieder nach Venedig reisen wuerden, wuerden wir das Hotel wieder in Betracht ziehen.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'hotel è lontano da Venezia ma raggiungibile dai pulman e taxi. Personale gentilissimo e tutto assolutamente gradevole.

Très satisfaits de la Villa Sara et tout particulièrement de l'accueil très familial réservé. Le seul petit souci rencontré : l'accès en voiture.Le plan n'était pas suffisamment explicite et avons beaucoup "galéré" pour le trouver. A part cela, hôtel à recommander.

Hotel carino e tranquillo, ubicato a 15 minuti di bus da Venezia anche se bisogna percorrere 400 metri attraverso il parco per raggiungere la fermata. Lo staff è cortese e disponibile. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli.
