Hôtel Au Royal Cardinal - פריז

Nice hotel. Beds are somewhat firm, but first time to get an actual double bed rather than two twins for a double on this trip! Water gets all over the bathroom floor when you shower, so don't leave any clothes on the floor! There is a small movie theater next door we enjoyed visiting one night for a movie in Emglish with French subtitles. Two great restaurants right on the corner below the hotel. Both with friendly staff and good wine selections.

This hotel is close to the Seine, but think twice before you book; the reception desk didn't check for ID for our reservation, they asked us to leave our keys every time we left the hotel room, the rooms are small and uncomfortable, bathrooms are very tiny and hot water is not available in big quantities, there is nothing provided in the bathroom, aside from a bar of soap and 2 sets of towels and the bedsheets sheets are ripped and seem incredibly old. The free wi-fi... You get a choppy 90 minute connection. Overall, I wasn't satisfied in the comfort aspect, but the hotel is somewhat well situated and is cheap, so for a couple of nights, you could possibly stay here.

We booked this hotel as the hotel that had been suggested to us was booked out. On arrival we were greeted warmly. The hotel itself is not new, and our room was not furnished lavishly. It was however comfortable and functional.No tea or coffee making facilities. Good size bathroom. Staff very friendly. Great location to Latin Quarter. walking distance to most attractions if you in Paris to see the sights and dont mind walking, taking in the sights and atmosphere. eg Eiffel Tower, the furtherst is about 1 hour walk

Location very good. triple room was quite small but clean. VERY impressed with the windows there was no noise from street. Stayed 2 nights would stay again. From the Irish Ladies

From previous comments I was scared it was going to be too noisy and cramped but still booked it because of price and location (could not find a quadruple room for this price so close to the center). We had no problems what so ever: our room was big enough with two double beds on two opposites sides of the room with plenty of space in between and a nice TV with a few international channels. Also had a high table with two nice chairs and a closet. Bathroom looked a bit dated (but it's France!) but was cleaned daily so had no problems. We were there in mid Sept so weather wasn't too warm and we could sleep with the French balcony door shut and this blocked out all the noise. No problems with the next door neighbours either. We didn't have the breakfast as there are quite a few markets and cafes around there that offer better options. Staff were friendly most times but sometimes I felt if I asked too much to some of them they would not really be that bothered. But still, they were nice and helpful. Location is the best thing, two Metro stations really really close by and only 10 min walk to Notre Dame with a nice market in between to buy a nice picknick. I would go back there because of price, location and cleanliness of room.

Very small rooms in a very old Hotel. It was ok as the only time spent there was to sleep. Rooms were clean but beds very hard and uncomfortable. Very close to a Metro station, which is the only way to get around Paris.

We booked a quad room but when we arrived we found it wasn't ready so we were put in 2 doubles. This was fine with us! The rooms were smallish, as you would expect in Paris, but they were fine. My only complaint with the room was the terrible pillow! Free wifi, good location, nice staff.

Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden... Das Zimmer war aber sehr klein und die Wände so dünn,dass man jedes Gespräch aus dem Nebenzimmer mithören konnte... Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und die nächste Ubahn Station nur eine Minuten entfernt... Gleich neben dem Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und ein nettes Café (perfekt zum frühstücken)...

Ett helt okej äldre hotell väldigt nära Metron och några långa stenkast från Seine och Notre Dame. Gott om restauranger i området. Vi bodde i ett ganska litet fyrbäddsrum med två bra dubbelsängar. Toalett med badkar/dusch med viss översvämmnigsrisk. Frukosten serverades på hotellrummet av den trevliga personalen. Fungerande WiFi.

Se trata de hotel 2 estrellas, que resulta bastante cómodo y muy bien ubicado en el barrio latino. Es un poco ruidosa en el sentido que no aísla bien los sonidos que hay al exterior y la cama un poco chica, pero de todas maneras cumple con lo que se le pide a un hotel así. Todo muy limpio y servicio cálido.

Fungerade bra. Rent och helt men lite slitet (som det mesta i Paris). Alltd gulliga i receptionen.

El hotel está bien ubicado, limpio, aunque es muy viejo y nada moderno. Sin embargo las habitaciones son bastante amplias comparadas con las habitaciones de los hoteles parisinos. La ubicación es buena, ya que se encuentra cerca de la parada del metro así como de muchos sitios de interés turístico. El personal es muy amable y simpático.

We went in March with three small children, and the family (quadruple) room was big enough for the five of us. The beds were very comfortable, even the baby bed had a proper thick mattress! The kids loved the views from the hotel windows. The staff was very helpful and friendly and would've spoken English had I not wanted to practice my French. We could leave our stroller in the lobby so the room would not get too crowded. The room was cozy and very clean. We walked everywhere as the hotel is very well situated, but there would have been a metro stop very close by. There were ongoing road works just outside the hotel, so the area was not perfect, but just half a block away everything was gorgeous again. We will definitely be using them again, no complaints whatsoever.

Vale pelo custo benefício. Sem luxo mas correto. Infelizmente ficamos um dia sem água quente para o banho pela manhã.... Ligamos para a portaria que informou que em 5 minutos a água quente estaria funcionando. O que não ocorreu. O banheiro não tem aquecimento... foi difícil usa-lo em janeiro..

chambre de mobilier et déco vieillot mais propre, bien chauffé, accueil sympathique et propriétaire soucieux de la satisfaction de ses clients. Bon emplacement à proximité jussieu et proche saint germain.

Un hôtel très agréable, idéalement situé pour visiter Paris. Parking sous terrain à quelques pas. Chambre familiale assez grande dans les étages avec ascenseur. Nous n'entendions pas les bruits de la rue. Le quartier est relativement calme.Le personnel est très agréable, serviable et très souriant. Petit bemol : pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain.

Sur le fond, rien à dire.Confort, accueil et propreté corrects.Toutefois , le radiateur n'a cessé de glouglouter et on percevait dans la chambre un bruit permanent, peut-être le compresseur d'une climatisation extrêmement désagréable.il est dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de salle de petit déjeuner.

Ett prisvärt trebäddsrum som var något litet, en grand-lit-säng och en vanlig säng, klädskåp och ett litet skrivbord, tre stolar. Rummet var dock fullt tillräckligt för oss som bara utnyttjade det till sovande på nätterna. Det var tyst, dubbelglas i fönsterdörren(fransk balkong) var verkligen effektivt och hindrade gatans brus. Det blev lite väl varmt på rummet trots att vi till slut lyckades stänga av elementet. Det var verkligen rent och välstädat, badrummet luktade klorin när vi kom. Alltihop med en mysig fransk gammaldags atmosfär, inget tråkigt "Scandic-aktigt" här inte! Riktigt bra centralt läge i studentkvarteren (Quartier Latin) med nära till väldigt mycket! Vi kunde inte ha haft ett bättre läge. Inget bus alls i området. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Oppholdet var greit nok i det jeg ikke var i Paris for å sitte på hotellrommet. Heisen og trappen var trange. Det var en ulempe at frokosten ble servert på rommet, men det har jo sammenheng med at hotellet tydeligvis er klemt mellom andre virksomheter som f.eks, en utmerket restaurant. I det nærmeste strøket var det rolig, men hotellet ligger ikke mer en ca ti til femten minutters gange fra sentrale deler av Latinerkvarteret.

Dette er et nøglehotel uden personlig service. Ved sen ankomst var der ingen hjælp at hente. Den elektroniske indchecning ville have et genyr på 0,20 EUR selvom alt var betalt hjemmefra, men ingen af mine kreditkort ville acceptere en sådan betaling. Sidste udvej var at bestille morgenmad - vel vidende, at jeg intet kunne få, da jeg skulle være i CDG kl. 06.00!

El hotel se encuentra en una zona animada y cercana a Notre Dame. Hay oferta gastronómica cercana y dos estaciones de metro para asegurar la movilidad hacia sitios más apartados del centro. Si bien el desayuno no está incluido, por algunos euros adicionales se puede acceder a uno muy completo y en la habitación.

Vi checkade in i ett rum på översta våningen med fransk balkong och dubbelsäng. Rummet var litet och relativt omodernt men luktade rent och fräscht och vi var nöjda eftersom vi var väl medvetna att vi inte bokat något lyxhotell. Sängen var ganska obekväm och hotellets trådlösa nätverk nådde endast rummet några kort stunder under helgen vi spenderade där. Trots dessa små problem blev hotellet en trevlig plats att återvända till efter promenader i det mysiga området och vi är helt nöjda med vårt val av hotell.

Rommene var noe mindre og dårligere utstyrt enn forventet, spesielt det som skulle være dobbeltrom

Hotellet är typiskt franskt vilket kan innebära att det är lite slitet men rent. Personalen mycket trevlig och hjälpsam, gav tips om restauranger och annat. Hotellet ligger ett stenkast från Sorbonne och Quartier Latin, och två stenkast från Notre Dame. Frukost ges via room service.

Slitet, men rent hotell. Bra läge! Obekväma kuddar i sköna sängar.

OK god beliggenhed - tæt på Notre Dame og Seinen. Ikke noget specielt, men prisen var fornuftig.

Hotellet ligger godt ved de store seværdigheder (Notre Dame, Seinen, Latiner kvarteret, Pantheon, etc inden for gå afstand og under 100 m til metro station. Værelserne er ikke store... men holdes pænt rene og receptionen er hjælpsom og taler gerne engelsk. Ville gerne bo der igen
