Hotel Best Western Central Hotel - טור

Unhelpful staff, nightporter was ignorant, over priced hotel, tours not a nice place to stay, very noisy all night party next door to hotel, very noisy stag night passed by hotel and some of the party used the hotel carpark as a toilet and jeered the night porter who challenged them, bizarre comings and goings of a wedding party all day and night, no restaurant in 3 star hotel !!, dreadful bar service, room was dated and shabby, bed uncomfortable, dark room, bathroom door didnt close properly, room had several powercuts during night, think the sockets were faulty. Would definitely never stay again or recommend this hotel and it tarnishes the Best Western brand.

Hotel was very nice and well-located. We walked from there to the old town, as well as to the Office de Tourisme, train station and most city sights.

This hotel is perfectly located for the centre of Tours and the banks of the Loire. The added bonus is the hotel car park - not free but a rarity in this city and very much appreciated. There were only two drawbacks: firstly, the decor, which seemed very tired and dated in both public areas and our room and secondly, the over priced breakfast. We chose to walk round the corner to a local bar for croissants and coffee at a fraction of the cost.

We enjoyed stay but did not appreciate buiding work, early start banging on walls as improvements underway. also cost of breakfast more than stated on webb site. Stay was troublefree just as wel like it

Pedimos dos habitaciones con dos camas cada y nos dieron las dos con cama de matrimonio,lo cual nos supuso una gran incomodidad

Pedimos dos habitaciones con dos camas para cuatro adultos y nos dieron las dos con una sola cama ,lo cual resulto muy incomodo El tamaño de las habitaciones es muy justo ,en la nuestra había que moverse con cuidado para no golpearse Por lo demás ,el personal es amable a pesar de no solucionarnos el problema y el hotel esta comodo para visitar la ciudad

Hôtel bien situé au centre de Tours avec Parking. Déco et mobilier un peu veillots.

Hôtel parfaitement central, très pratique, petit-déjeuner de qualité supérieure par rapport à d'autres Best Western, mais les chambres sont un peu petites et surtout extraordinairement bruyantes. Non par rapport à l'extérieur ! Non ! Par rapport à la plomberie qui rappelle celle d'un sous-marin et par rapport aux autres hôtes qu'on entend ronfler et discuter, comme si on y était. Vraiment dommage.

Centrally placed hotel. Secure parking essential at inner city French Hotels. Breakfast somewhat lacking - lax service and not sufficient attention to replenishing stock .
