B&B Angelina - סנט'אנג'לו

Hotel Angelina is a small, friendly, family run hotel. It's proprietors go out of their way to accommodate your every request, from room preferences, to breakfast, to directions, to local eating establishments. The hotel itself is not luxury, nor is the price. It is clean, safe, well located. The breakfast is adequate. Paolo went out of his way to help us with any questions we had, about the hotel, or the things to do in the area. In fact, he recommended the family run restaurant down the street, which turned out to be one of the best (and affordable) meals we ate in Italy. In fact we went back a second night, and weren't disappointed. Highly recommended for what it is. It doesn't pretend to be otherwise.

We loved our stay at B&B Angelina. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The room had a small patio with a view of the orange trees in the front yard. You can also see the ocean and Mt Vesuvius from the rooftop (with a few chairs to sit up there). The breakfast was great with freshly squeezed orange juice, fruit, cereal, pastries, tea, coffee, and yogurt. The owners were very helpful in recommending things to do and places to eat. We really enjoyed the restaurant Peppinos, right near the St Agnello train station. We also highly recommend renting a vespa scooter for the day to check out the Amalfi Coast (the owner can tell you the best place to rent from). We felt very safe and at home while staying at B&B Angelina. It was also really nice to have a computer available with free access to the internet in the lobby while we were there. I enjoyed sitting out on their terrace in front of the hotel on the last day in their swinging chair under the orange trees to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The main tourist section of Sorrento is just one train stop away for more options to eat or go out, but we preferred staying in the St Agnello neighborhood where B&B Angelina is located. I would highly recommend staying at this B&B.
