B&T Rooms Trani - רומא

We booked online, for the location by Termini station, which was really convenient to get to & find. Once there the staff were lovely, and asked if they could put us in a different building. The new building was even more centrally located, and they drove us there and gave us instructions how to get back to Termini station for our bus back to the airport. And gave us a bottle of wine too. it was a smaller room, but clean & comfortable & a great experience.

We got to this hotel very late and yes someone was waiting on us. However, that was the only thing good about our arrival there. There is no Receiption area, no one to help you- for instance give you maps or even speak to you because the young girl waiting on us didn't speak any English whatsoever and there wasn't anyone else around. The room consisted of six cots in a tiny room with no bathroom, air, tv, basically no amenities at all! Breakfast was a plate of pastries you could get from the gas station, think u were suppose to ration them out to your children for your entire stay. No vending machine for drinks and you couldn't walk out at night in the area safely. The outside doors were covered with gated bars and you pretty much felt like you were going to be locked in to this hotel, like a prison or that movie hostel and they wanted to take my passports!!! Btw the outside area of this hotel was littered with street walkers, which is great if that's what your looking for but, defenitly not a family hotel!!! I can't even imagine why hotels.com has them listed on line!!!!

I had the worst hotel/hostel experience with B&T room. - no lobby or waiting area: We arrived at midnight and had to wait on the street for >15 minutes until the girl came down to open the door - different location than advertised: our room was actually in a different location therefore we had to walk a few blocks with all of our luggage in midnight - no internet service: no internet service in our building as advertised and we had to go to the previous place between 9:00am-10:00pm (which was the girl's working hours) to access the wifi since the wifi was turned-off outside her working hours - no 24X7 onsite service: When we went back to the hotel room around 8:00pm one night, the lock did not work and we could not open the door. We walked over to the other building and found out the girl was not there at work though she supposed to be there until 10:00pm. We called her and it did take her 1.5 hours to come back

Ok, this place is not bad, is like an apartment where they rent the rooms to different people, I believe they had about 4 rooms in there. Had 2 bath/restrooms, one room one person at the time, also heater and air conditioner. The beds were cheap, so kind of uncomfortable, they give you towels and sheets but no soap or shampoo, also there is no staff, they pretty much give you the keys of the place and you are in you own. Some goods, the place was very clean, so as the bathroom, well maintained, secure surroundings and 2 blocks away from the Termini train station. You also get breakfast, which is an instant coffee pouch so you could make your own coffee, a packed cup cake, packed couple of toast and some jelly. I would stay here again if I have to, but is not the area to be, even that is next to the train terminal, there are other hotels that are even closer, or around that are near the Rome landmarks, there are a lot of hotels in this area, just because is near the terminal, didin't notice any other reason. That is the only reason why I wouldn't recommended, other than that you'll get what you need.

The bathroom may be down the hall, but the staff are incredibly friendly, they clean the rooms thoroughly (folding any clothes you leave out), and the location can't be beat. I'll be staying there the next time I go to Rome.

Very clean and a perfect location. Sorry but it is al i can say after 5 nights there. Extremly simple and spartanian. Two peaple and one chair, no Tv or radio. Nice bed so you can sleep well. the breakfast is a coffe you will make self whith a crisant in a plastic bag. ´Do not take this alternative if you do´nt wont to hear your naibor 4 o´clock in the morning going to toilete. You gfet what you pay for (accomodation in Rome is expensiv). In conclusion it was not bad but next time i will pay mor.

Great location, minute walk to the train station. The neighbourhood is very touristy and has a lot of people just hanging about. I had my best and most quiet night sleep here. I was in one of the two bedroom apartments and it was very clean, comfortable and quiet. If you are looking for something to hang out in a lot, this might not be for you. It's best for the person who is out all day. As there is no TV and wifi. Diana was very helpful and spoke excellent english. I was having trouble with translation at other hotels so it was nice to be able to communicate with no issues.

We had a double room with a private bathroom, which was not in the same building as the reception, so basically they just gave us the keys and it felt like a small apartment for a few days, which was great. Staff was really friendly and helpful, room was really clean and recently redecorated, so big pluses on that side. Unfortunately there was no wireless internet in the room itself, we had to go to the reception for wifi. also breakfast was meager, consisting of only two pieces of factory-toast and a croissant each. On the edge of center, but really close to the main station (Termini) Still, all big tourist locations are within walking distance really. Vatican is probably the furthest away at about 2 kilometers, but since there's plenty to see on the way there, it's no big deal really. All-in-all, great place to stay!

Комната рядом с Ж/Д вокзалом термини. Чистые. Очень шумная кровать в номере, скрипит пи малейшем прикосновении. Тесный душ. Попить кофе на завтрак так и не удалось т.к. кофе машина была заблокирована и требовала обратиться в сервис. Если надо только переночевать то это хороший вариант, но жить несколько дней будет не комфортно.

When we first arrived to the hostel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were surprised to hear that the two bed room with private bathroom which we booked was in totally different building than the `reception`. We were not informed about this beforehand. The actual room was ok and clean and located at the quiet side of the building. We only got one towel each for the whole stay, no hand or face towel att all! The breakfast they served was only a small croissant and a coffee capsule for the machine. The next day the staff forgot the coffee capsules, and gave us only the croissants (which we really didn´t want to eat!) The `lobby`area was like 2 square meters with only one small sofa. This place was the only area with (occasionally) working wi-fi. Hotels.com describes this lobby as a nice place for chill out and have some drinks but the last day when we went there for the wi-fi we were told to keep it quiet because some of the staff were still sleeping (at 10am. !!!). The staff was quite rude when we were leaving and didn´t even say a word! The location however was practical and it was easy to go sightseeing.

Se você busca um local para pernoitar e descansar, eis uma boa opção. Localizado em uma área movimentada, próximo ao Termini, com a acesso a diversos pontos turísticos de Roma. Apesar de pequeno, o quarto possuia uma cama confortável, ar condicionado e estava bem limpo. Como disse antes, um bom lugar pra quem só quer dormir e descansar... Agora, se você busca luxo e requinte, esqueça! Como o nome diz, "B&T ROOMS" (quartos)... O atendimento também é bom, a recepcionista foi muito atenciosa em todos os momentos em que foi solicitada. Não hesitaria em me hospedar novamente neste hotel!

Personalet på hotellet var svært hjelpsamt, snilt, høfleg. Rommet var enkelt men veldig reint. Attåt hadde me eit lite kjøkken, noko me ikkje hadde rekna med. Me kan ikkje klaga; tvertom, me er svært takksame for alt som vart gjort for vår trivnad. Fantastisk opphald!!!!

Havde et godt ophold, dog er Rom en beskidt by, men med mange seværdigheder.

在威尼斯、米兰、佛罗伦萨、罗马各住了两天，感觉在罗马这家酒店住宿的感觉最好。处于火车站附近的安静的小巷子中，我住的是一间三房的屋子，一间双人房，还有2个单人间，一个厨房。非常干净，房间布置非常温馨。酒店前台girl非常热情，会认真告诉你周边旅游信息、交通信息、超市购物，以及机场巴士乘坐方式等等。值得推荐。

Пробыл в отеле одну ночь с 19.08.2011 по 20.08.2011. Расположение удобное - вокзал в 5 минутах хотьбы , но и следствий такого близкого расположения вокзала не ощущается. Номер чистенький..с рабочим кондиционером - большой плюс в 35 градусов. Душ и туалет в приемлемом состоянии. Хозяйка приветливая. Цена-качество для тех , кому нужно переночевать - 5.

Hôtel simple et bien situe. Petit déjeuner très décevant, hôtel bruyant et gérante moyennement aimable. Hôtel correct pour une courte durée.

The hotel was a really good base for sightseeing. Located 50 meters from the entrance to the main railway station and subway it was really convenient for taking your luggage from the train into your hotel and you were right in the centre of everything. Within a walking distance from almost everywhere for a young adult. The room was newly renowated and had a couple of minor problems. There was no outlet for the refridgerator so that was unservicable and unlike on the hotels web page there was no wi-fi at the apartment. Anyway I would recommend this place for a visitor looking forward to sightseeing and culinary exploits.

I was there for 4 days and i have to say then i am really satisfied. Laydy, who work there, Diana - was unbelliveble simpatick and lovelly, in any situation she offert help - i never found that before. She speaks english soo there is noo problem for turist. Hotel is in the place with less than 5min walk to termini station. u have impresion u live in yours own apartament, price is perfect. Some people say there is really noisy place - what we can expected in the middle of the Rome? To be honest - wednestady i here car to remove the rubbish - little bit of noice but - thats all. One day we had hard situation becouse hot water was not working - but she fixe that. For people who going to Rome to visite the city and have a nice time there - i recomended this place - u have clean room perfect price, perfect location and perfect service. The hotel is a former appartment which's rooms have been divided into rooms that can be rented. It is a small place but the atmosphere is good and the personnel is nice and kind when informing and giving advice. The rooms are big and decorated with good beds, desk, mirror, etc. The shared bathroom has two toilets with two showers which are nice and clean. The transportation is easy and either by train or minibus to Termini (Central Station). The appartment is situated not even 2 minutes from the station and is easy to find!
