Sole e Luna Bed & Breakfast - רומא

The location was not bad but it is in an apartment building that is not well marked and was hard to find initially. It was an easy walk to the colleseum in one direction and the train terminal in the other direction. The bathroom was shared by two other rooms. The rooms were clean, but the bedding and towels were not frequently changed. It was relatively quiet. There was WIFI but other amenities were not generous. Breakfast was a small cup of coffee, croisant in a plastic wrapper and yogurt delivered to the room between 8:30 and 10:30 (other selections were were availble but similar in nature). Rome is not cheap but this place was affordable.

Once found, this was a great spot. Location was quiet at night but central enough that we could walk anywhere in the city from there.

Clean. Good location. Good service.

Ideally situated for sight-seeing being only 10 minutes walk from Colliseum and Hop on/Hop off bus stop for visiting other parts of city/monuments. Room clean and comfortable but basic - a kettle and some mugs would have been very welcome. Shared bathroom clean and adequate. TV did not work. Staff member polite and friendly. (Breakfast not as expected - croissants in a packet and hot drinks not too hot). Overall though, good value for money for city centre location.

Small, clean and Nice personal

Me and my 3 friends stayed in Rome as one of the stops in our tour of Europe. The room was clean, well maintained and in a brilliant location, not too far away from the Metro and the Colosseum. The staff weren't too friendly, but polite nonetheless. I would recommend this hotel to others, but don't be fooled by the complementary breakfast: the croissants were in a packet, not fresh. All in all, a good choice of hotel.

This is not an entirely bad place to stay; with Rome being very expensive I must say : PROS: this hotel had a great location, very close to the Colosseum and the neighbourhood seemed safe enough at night and is certainly a good neighbourhood during the day. Everything was very clean and perfectly acceptable. The young staff are not overly helpful but they are not rude either. CONS: the street is very busy and the double glazed windows do lots to take the noise away but it is still somewhat there until quite late at night then starts up early in the morning. The pillows are so flat they may as well not be there so if you are particular about your pillows you will have to bring your own, again not a big deal if you know ahead of time, the bed itself was quite comfortable. The breakfast is terrible, it shouldn't really be allowed to call itself a bed and breakfast, should just be a bed. You get a drink and a plastic - packaged croissant, similar to what you would buy at a 7-11. Again though, for the price of the hotel you can shell out and go buy yourself a real breakfast.

Väldigt nöjd med läget och rummet va rent och trevligt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten är ju inte jättekul men italienarna verkar inte ha nån frukostkultur som vi är vana vid i Sverige.

A utiliser pour 1 ou 2 nuits car très bruyant. Pas d'isolation phonique des fenêtres qui donnent sur rue passante toute la nuit. Donc ne pas oublier bouchons d'oreilles. Sinon, demander si chambre libre sur cour arrière. Au delà, bonne situation.

Good location, nice and helpful staff, clean rooms. I would go there again.

Dans un immeuble style "années 30" bien restauré, un petit Bed and Breakfast de quelques chambres à 5 mn du Colisée, entre les basiliques Saint Jean du Latran et Sainte Marie Majeure et pas très loin de la gare. L'avenue est passante et le quartier assez vivant avec qq commerces, des restau pas loin, une Poste etc. Il y a un petit parc Place Dante juste derrière, et pas mal de places de stationnement. La chambre familiale est très simple (2 grands lits et un bureau, c'est tout), mais très propre. La salle de bain/WC est partagée avec 1 autre chambre. C'est pas gênant, il suffit de le savoir. Le petit déjeuner se compose d'une boisson chaude, d'une viennoiserie et d'un jus de fruit servis dans la chambre. Conclusion: simple et bien situé. Rien à dire pour le prix...

Hotellet var av ganske enkel standard, men har de viktigste fasiliteter som internett og air condition. Det ligger bare få minutter fra sentralstasjonen og Colosseum, så det er kort vei til opplevelsene. Vi var ute etter et billig overnattingssted og ut fra prisen må vi si oss fornøyd med Sole e Luna

Ok hotel, men svært at komme i kontakt med personalet, da der ofte ikke var nogen i den lille reception. Generelt var rengøringen fin, men vi fik ikke skiftet håndklæder i de 5 dage, vi var der.

Der er fem værelser, så mest af alt kan det vel betegnes som Bed & Breakfast. Sengene er gode, morgenmaden bestemt ikke værd at skrive hjem om. Et par stykker toastbrød, syntetisk juice, færdiglavede og langtidsholdbare croissanter i indpakning, kakao. That's it. Se bort fra morgenmaden og gå i stedet ud og find en cafe - det kan bedst betale sig (fx en som ligger ca 5. minutter gang fra hotellet på et lille torv. Bare gå til højre, når I kommer ud fra hotellet) Vi var lidt plaget af at nogle børn hver morgen løb rundt på etagen over os, og vækkede os ved 7-8 tiden. Men - til gengæld kom vi igang. Hotellet ligger tæt på bus/sporvognsstop og 5-7 minutter fra Metro og man kan nå centrum ret hurtigt. Kan varmt anbefales - især i forhold til prisen. Vi kommer i hvert fald tilbage...
