Baltic Hotel - מיאמי ביץ'

As I staid in two hotels in Miami Beach during this trip, I can tell you, that this hotel is worth the money I paid compering with another one which was more expensive and very dirty. Baltic Hotel was clean, nice room, not bad location. I recommend it if you do not look for something really expensive and luxurious.

NO parking, small rooms, operator was nice enough. Narrow stairs. Small private home converted, should be better marketed as a bed and breakfast. we felt like any noise at all was disruptive which prohibited us from going out at night. I'd skip it on my next trip.

We had great time talking to hotel owner, very nice & sweet lady. However, the hotel itself - needs a lot of work. its really old, and kind of a hole. I found someone's hair in the bathroom. The positive thing - the beach is right ascoss the road.

Overall ok. Would not stay there again. Not much to see near the hotel. Bathroom was very small and not as clean as I would expect.

stayed here during Art Basel Miami Beach, and it was GREAT at less than a hundred a night - it's about a fifteen minute walk north of the NADA fair at the Deauville so up beyond the craziness of south beach in a fairly quiet neighborhood, the room was clean and very comfortable, it's directly across the street from the bus stop so for $2 you can either take the bus down to the island side fairs, or across the causeway to the mainland fairs (beats the heck outta dropping $35 to get to the wynwood district fairs or hoping that the fair shuttlebuses won't be packed), it's right around the corner from Walgreens at 74th and collins plus several small markets which makes getting sundries for the fairs much easier, as well as a handful of fast food places and a great burger joint called "burgers & shakes", also at at 74th and collins - for the price you are NOT going to find a better hotel on the island side, just hellishly noisy places further south

The Baltic Hotel was clean, well-maintained and friendly. It's only a block away from the beach, and a few blocks to downtown--an easy walk, and not through bad neighborhoods either. The manager was friendly and talkative, and even reminded us that we needed to hurry down to the beach to see the fourth of July fireworks (we were napping after a full day in the ocean). I will definitely book there again for our next trip through Miami.

Very pleasant stay in a homey atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable!

Found the hotel clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful with any bookings we had to make. The hotel was close to bus routes although some way from the airport.

We stayed the night before a cruise. It was very small and had no elevator, but someone did help us with our bags to our room. The bed was comfy and the room was older but clean. There were a bunch of small ants in the bathroom, but that was the worst of it. This is a small mom and pop type place, so if you're looking to get off the beaten path, it's not bad. If you're expecting top quality, then this isn't the place for you.

The price was fair, and we were given a very good room with plenty of space. The breakfast was excellent and all fresh every morning. There is a city bicycle rental nearby which is great if you like to exercise, as well as a bus stop 10 ft away. Overall a good hotel to stay in, with pretty good service. It's not on south beach near all the action, but it's fairly close by bus, car or cab, and it's much more relaxing if you like going to the beach or jogging in the mornings.

Very involved owner but just relax and don't take it personal. Oh, and after you check in and get settled, use the back doors to come and go. Oh, and pay the extra to stay in one of the "deluxe" rooms. Totally worth it.

Quaint small boutique hotel with a shady looking exterior but clean and nostalgic lobby and rooms. The huge problem is parking. They have three parking spaces on the hotel property. You have to park on the street with people roaming around all night long. You have to keep feeding the parking meter during the day. Miami Beach was the most population congested and worse traffic area I have ever seen in Florida. I opted to leave that night and drive home and did not even use the hotel room.

Hotel proprietor, Cristina certainly knows how to make you feel relaxed in this quaint little hotel in North Miami Beach. When we came out for breakfast we were expecting to find a little breakfast room or something similar. Instead Cristina has a little table to the side of the hotel reception area where guests can help themselves to fresh croissants, fresh breads, cold meats and cheeses etc while engaging in delightful conversations with Cristina and the other guests. The room was average for the price but the interaction with others at breakfast was enjoyable.

Very clean and cozy hotel. Very much resembles the European small hotels. Absolutely adorable hostess. She was a kind and very pleasant to interact with. Every morning she would serve fresh breakfast and coffee. Very nice memories about our stay in the hotel. close to the beaches, pharmacy stores, fast foods, bus stop to downtown Miami and south beach. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to anyone who does not care about the luxury accommodations in over-over priced hotels in Miami.

The area is nice, the beach is one block away, metered parking in the street (although the hotel has 3 parking spots inside) and a price that makes it a very good choice in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully i will go back next year.

if you are budget conscious, and want a clean, no frills place to stay, this is the place for you. I wouldn't be worried about staying at this hotel.

Es una buena opcion en el rango de hoteles economicos, cumple lo ofrecido, la manager es atenta y conversadora, te ayuda con todas tus inquietudes, la zona es muy tranquila y agradable.

Hotel OK. De manager wou dat iedereen om 10pm ging slapen. Wij wilden uitgaan om 11pm en ze was heel onbeleefd. Niks te beleven in de buurt. Gemakkelijke autobusverbinding naar Miami South beach. Eerder geshikt voor oudere mensen. Zuinig ontbijt !

O hotel é simples e atende as necessidades de quem quer um hotel pra dormir. A Cristine é ótima, muito atenciosa e prestativa com todos. Tem a facilidade de estacionamento próximo sem cobrança. Com certeza, voltando a Miami, ficaremos na Cristine.

Recomendo este hotel. A Senhorinha dona do hotel é muito simpática e prestativa! Fica muito bem localizado também. A única coisa ruim é que só tem 3 vagas para carros, o que não impede que se deixe o veículo na rua principal pois não tem que pagar estacionamento e não tem perigo.

Quelques précisions sont à apporter sur le descriptif de cet hôtel, ainsi que les évaluations déjà postées. 1°-le parking se limite à 2 places,qui st tt le tps occupés par la gérante et son homme à tout faire, donc on se gare dans la rue, qd il y a de la place. 2°-c'est la 1ère fois que je vois une gérante d'hôtel sortir les clés des chambres de sa poche de pantalon et non d'une armoire à clé.c'est également la 1ère fois,que j'arrive à ma chambre, et que la porte est grande ouverte... 3°-je cherche encore le coffre fort... 4°-1er contact avec la propreté, l'état du pdj, disposé dans le hall d'acceuil(environ 15m²)sans table ni chaise, juste un bout de pain sur une table basse, avec des restes de melon du matin à l'air libre et une cafetière... 5°-2ème contact avec la propreté, les draps sales Jamais trop exigeants, c'est la 1ère fois que nous prenons aussi vite nos jambes à notre cou...pour aller dormir ailleurs... Fuyez cet hôtel...A Bon Entendeur...
