Clean roo & good atmosphere

Good location, great room and breakfast. Nothing within walking distance but, Cabela's, restaurants and shopping is just down the street.

Nice size room. Very clean and the Service was exceptional. I would definitely stay at the LaQuinta Inn/ Allen again and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Overall good stay. My room key didn't work the second day and there were 5 guys drinking, smoking and parting at the pool, under my window, until 1am. I had to ask the front desk twice to get them quiet. Bring your own conditioner, they only have shampoo in the shower.

The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to all the things we wanted to do - shopping, dining, Frisco baseball park, etc. The price for the room was great, meaning lower than others in the area. Our only disappointment was we could not watch the Texas Rangers game because they had Dish Network and the Rangers were playing the Yankees. They should get Direct TV or Cable. The breakfast was very good and adequate seating. Front desk and staff answered all our questions with friendliness. A good place to stay.

Elevator smelled like dogs!! Bad!!!

No extra charge for pets! Hotel's new and clean. Staffs were friendly & helpful. The only thing I didn't like was their feather pillows. 3 out of 4 pillows had feathers kinda stuck out from the case and poked my face/head while sleeping.

We had a wonderful time beautiful hotel well maintained with courteous staff very close to the highway but not easily accessible

The staff was very helpful and nice. We'll stay there again on our next visit.We came to see my great nephews. The hotel was in a good location.The price was good. We like the fact you allow pets.

I was involved in a hail storm on my way to the hotel and the staff went out of their way to assist me with my car-less situation. The breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable, the hotel is spotless and the staff is very cordial.

we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and neet. Breakfast was good.

I enjoyed it. The only frustration was w/the tv. There were channels that we had per the brochure in room but which we could not see (of course, we did not call front desk either). With 2 guests who are both women, I would liked to have had 4 towels. The towels were a bit rough. Did not get to experience breakfast buffet, as we had to be out before the buffet started. Did not get to experience the pool area either, due to the event schedule. Really love that the hotel was pet-friendly. I wish there was a pet-sitter on-site. My dog has separation issues, so I could not leave her in the room unattended.

We had a good stay here. Close enough to shopping to make travel quick but far enough away to make a restful getaway.

Best La Quinta I've ever stayed in. The entire facility - everything - was very clean and fresh. The room has a newer style, with the bathroom, updated TV, and decor reflecting modern trends. Our room had a very comfortable mattress and better than average (hotel average) linens/towels. We didn't have an opportunity to use the pool or spa but it looked nice from our window. Note: the main hotel entrance is located on Exchange Parkway, not on the service road to US-75. If you can't find the main entrance, you can access the hotel through the two businesses' parking lots north of the hotel, next to the hotel. It's all connected - you'll just 'go in the back way'. I would absolutely recommend this hotel, based on value and cleanliness.

lack of staff meant no shampoo ,cleraning of rooms, towels. I know it was TG weekend but the service was suboptimal.

Nice room, wonderful shower, just tricky to get to - even with our GPS. But it was a great location for shopping, restaurants etc. Now that I know how to get there, I will put it on my list and go back.

Nice place to stay; very clean; plenty of room; nice breakfast. Staff responded to one maintenance problem in the room immediately.

Very clean, quiet hotel located 1 mile away from the shopping outlet. Breakfast finishes at 9.00 am during the week which is a bit early... Other than that , the stay was nice.

The location of the hotel is great if you're doing business in Allen but for how new it is, it is already really run down, like they aren't taking care of it at all. Love getting breakfast for free, waffles, and some hot food is nice for continental. Nice pool but rooms are tiny. Overall it's a nice place.

Very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Rooms might be a bit small for a family of four, but it was perfect for 2. Would definitely stay here again!

Their pool is small but quite nice and clean and they do have an outside whirlpool which was not listed. We were there for 3 1/2 days and it would have been nice to have had a little bit bigger room (ie: more of a seating area, etc.).

We loved the facilities and our room. Did not know you allowed dogs, and there was a very large dog that jumped at our grandchildren for no apparent reason. Could be a deal breaker for us.

such a fantastic deal and the condition of the hotel for the price rivalled the 250 dollar a night place we had stayed a week before. thank you

The hotel looked like it was pretty new and was in excellent condition. The breakfast buffet was good and there was plenty of food. The staff I dealt with were very pleasant and friendly. The only issue I have is that the entrance is not well marked. A sign at the end of the drive near the street would have helped when arriving at night. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was difficult to find. The GPS coordinates are off so call for directions. The staff was friendly, the hotel clean and the breakfast was a feast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was outstanding including scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and Texas-shaped waffles. They have a nice pool and fitness room.

Easy access to the hotel from 75, great shopping nearby, bed was VERY comfortable, big complimentary breakfast, staff was extremely friendly.

We were only there one night but the room and bathroom were very clean, the front desk was friendly and its a convenient location for McKinney.

We were very pleased with our rooms. Everything about this property is top notch. The breakfast was great. Rooms were perfect. Beds were the best. We will return to this hotel when we are in the area.

Hotel was clean and nice. Outdoor pool was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great for shopping and being in central location. Overall a wonderful stay!

at check in i asked for quite room.the receptionist gave me a room facing the Hwy hearing the trucks all night,the fridge not working,noise coming from next room all night as a water drop, the door lock braket loose i have to move it every time i have to close the door.the next day a nice young receptionist change the room for me,still the fridge not cooling ,i told her and she wrote a note.in the evening when we came back there was the receptionist who check me in,ask ifsaying "i'll see what i can do about it.finally we stayed the four nights no fridge,no cold milk nor cold water.

The frontdesk gave me one code to access the internet however it did not work so I asked them to double check the code. They insisted that the code was correct and the error was on my side. I continued to ask them to double check it and finally they found out that the guy who manages the network just put a new password and did not tell anyone. Sigh
