5 Star treatment coupled with 1st rate rooms, grounds, location, and decor. Greatly enjoyed my time at this hotel. Staff is incredibly professional. As the adage goes - you get what you pay for.

This is truly a luxury hotel! The service was great and they were so kind to my family and I. They did not even mind my three year old who resembles a little tornado! Will be returning later this year!

Amazing

The service really stood out. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. The hotel grounds and the hotel itself were very well kept, as you should expect. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. There were a couple of minor appliances that did not work, but I am positive they would have resolved the issue had I inquired about it. All in all, my experience was what I expected from a five-star hotel. They have a very nice pool area that is great for adults and children, as they have a smaller pool area for the little ones. I will definitely be staying at the Waldorf again.

My new husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Waldorf Astoria... (And booking it through Hotels.com saved us fortune). From the entry way, to valet parking, easy check in and check out to the FABULOUS room and view, we were IMPRESSED to say the least... If you are looking for a breath-taking place to getaway, look no more!!! The separate shower and tub were roomy and cozy, even for two ;-) ... Hands down, money well spent! Will tell everyone about it... Leave cash for incidentals instead of on a card. Have Fun!!

This place is immaculate

We arrived after a long drive and were very impressed with the appearance and service here. The staff is extremely helpful and made the stay truly wonderful. The room was clean and very comfortable. The amenities were as described and really added to the experience. Would absolutely stay there again and again.

Great shuttle service to Disney. The views of Disney are a bit off in the distance so don't think you'll be looking right at the sites. The suites are awesome. The one downside is a daily resort charge so figure that into your cost. Otherwise it's a great hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel, no doubt. It however was not my favorite place to stay and I do not think I would pay to stay there again. It is not easy to get to Disney. They do offer shuttle service, but we asked about going to Downtown Disney and they said they only have service there 3 times a day. We did not ask how often the bus ran to the other Disney locations. We ended up having to pay a taxi round trips everywhere. This got expensive. I also was not aware that I had to pay a $25 resort fee daily. Ouch! I got over the money issue quickly because this is the Waldorf and I knew it would be expensive. The real reason I was not crazy was that the hotel did not feel young and hip. The hotel music is basically elevator music and the entertainment was piano music.....nice but not fun. We walked over to the Hilton, an easy walk though the convention area. The pool (lazy river) looked great. The restaurants were really nice and friendly. The music in the hotel lobby was young and fun. If it had to do this again, I would have booked the room and stayed at the Hilton. It was just a better atmosphere.....unless you are older and want things quiet. Lovely, lovely hotel, just a bit to sleepy for our taste.

Staff was friendly, hotel was nice and clean, food was great, very close to Disney with a great view of the fireworks from certain rooms. Will be back.

a superb hotel, beautifully landscaped garden, good service an altogether pleasant experience.a fair way away from Disney so that may be a consideration, a taxi costs $30.it has the old fashioned view of hotel guest sthat you are there to be pampered and if they can do it they will.go and enjoy

Love this place; really enjoy being in Disney without all the overwhelming tourist feel that sometimes happens in the other hotels. Great spa service

Lovely hotel, however you HAVE to use the valet parking, which is $25 a day then there is an additional $25 a day hotel surcharge. They have lovely cabanas by the pool but these are charged at $200 to $300 to rent for a day. So, a nice hotel but beware of the extra charges!

The reception and valet were great. You are better off saving money and staying at the Hilton. The Hilton pool staff was much better than the Waldorf. Also, our beds were not made by 5pm on 3 of the 7 nights we stayed. When asked about it, I felt as if the staff were the guests and I was the staff...as if it were an honor for them to actually clean our rooms on time. The best was when I was told that they were really busy because of the holiday. When a hotel is able to charge twice as much for a holiday and make four times the profit, they should be able to service its guests not make excuses. If you are going to Disney, do not stay here, it is not worth it...the cost is high, it's inconvenient as it takes time to the parks, and teenagers who think they are better than you pool staff was a joke. If you are going for business or golf, then it will work for you.

My wife and I had a great experience at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. We were there right after the winter break rush, so that might have been why we were able to get a nice upgrade to a suite on a low floor. The room was fantastic, and the lobby/ entrance area was spectacular as well. Extremely spacious. Staff went out of their way- little things like remembering our names, and being polite and professional. Maybe next time I'll have a chance to play the golf course- we had a nice view of it from our room.

Everything about this hotel is outstanding! Worth every penny! The customer service is remarkable, courteous, very professional. Rooms were clean and the beds extremely comfortable. I didn't know it's connected (literally) to the Hilton so if you want an identical hotel for a lower price book the Hilton (will try it next time). The bus to the parks was top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!

An amazing stay and a fantastic break from all the Disney madness! Loved it! Will stay again!

Loved the room (and bathroom) but the $33 per Adult breakfast buffet was a little over the top. Very convenient location.

The hotel was awesome. The level of customer service was impeccable.

Excellent and beautiful green spaces

Weekend getaway to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday, and it was perfect. Great buffet style breakfast!

Our stay was fabulous! Can't say enough about the staff and the hotel. We had our two sons aged 1 & 4 with us for our trip to Disney World and the staff were so accommodating. The room was really big which helps with two little ones who like to run about. We will stay at Waldorf Astoria Hotels in future!

Had a wonderful time. Booked a Disney Stay at the Waldorf because of the hotel, spa, and restaruants. was an adult trip so did not need to be staying right at the park. The hotel is beautiful. Open lobby bar playing piano music, the concierge staff and bell men were amazingly helpful... booking shows, getting tickets for theme parks... The bell men went above and beyond as well. Rooms were great... had to unplug the fridge in the room was making a load noise but quickly figured out what it was. I'd definitely stay there again. Pool was great, spa treatements were very good as well. Steam room did not work on 2 occasions of the 4 day trip... spa staff said it just happens a lot. we did book this trip partly for the spa services so I hope to hear this is resolved. All in All a great trip. Any concerns we had on anything were taken care of. GREAT VACATION!!!

Excellent service and location. Room had A/C issues that were not resolved. Staff was excellent. Will definitely stay there again.

Waldorf Astoria Orlando distinguished itself by its impeccable service. The staff were always helpful and courteous and the facilities clean and well-appointed. The location is good too - convenient to Disney and just a few minutes from I-4. Highly recommended.

This is a relatively new and spacious property near the Downtown Disney area with a convenient free shuttle that runs to the Disney parks. The rooms are larger and much less run-down than its sister Manhattan property and represents much better value than a Disney hotel if you are wanting a more upscale property. The service is efficient and professional however lacks personalised charm, which could elevate this to a truly leading hotel.

Over the years, we have stayed at the Disney hotels multiple times, from the Grand Flordian, to The New York Bay. This hotel stands head and shoulders above them, from every perspective. Granted, if are chasing a Character Breakfast, and wNt to be living "in the thick of it" then stay at a Disney Hotel (you can purchase a Character Breakfast as a non-Disney Hotel Resident), but other than that, better stay at The Waldorf and take the shuttle, or a car, back and forth. We stayed 5 nights and loved it!

The suttle ride to and from the Disney parks is painfuly long.

I am a Gold Five Star member of Hotels.com and stay many, many nights at hotels all across the country. I have never been compelled to complete a review. Until now. This Waldorf was outstanding on all levels and at all touchpoints. Too many "Wows" to list but easily a 5 star experience. Highly recommended

A superb hotel...very well managed. Elegant without being stuffy. Great golf course and dining options. Bull and Bear may be the best Orlando has to offer.

Excellent hotel

Beautiful hotel. Great rooms and service. The lobby bar was excellent and I wish that I could have eaten dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our only two gripes are the cost of the car valet at $24 and the $30 breakfast buffet that served cold, hard eggs. Definitely skip breakfast there but everything else is first class.

We stay here 2 nights and the same dirty glasses sat next to the door across from the hallway the whole time, we were only given 1 tiny bar of soap for 2 nights...to use at the sink, in the shower and in the tub. The restaurant out by the pool said they would be open until 7-8 pm so we invited friends to dinner. We planned to eat at the restaurant by the pool...but it was closed. We ended up going next door to the Hilton...the food was great! The one BIG positive..the bed was so comfortable and the coffee machine in the room was perfect!! Also the Bull & the Bear restaurant was so amazing!!! All in all I would stay here again;)

Luxury and service way beyond what you would expect from any Orlando hotel resort. It is beautiful in design and clean and plush. The staff is superior! Loved it so much.
