Service excellent, staff professional and friendly, food plentiful and delicious, room clean and comfortable, a wonderful hotel for any reason!

Stayed 2 nights to tour the area. Great front desk reception. Nice lobby. Very nice room. Bathroom grout could use replacing. Main problem was lack of soundproofing between rooms. We could hear complete conversation in room next door as well as being forced to listen to their TV all night long. Price was very good. Breakfast was very good. If they ever find a way to soundproof the rooms it will be a top notch hotel.

Everything was outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Kia plant just up the road. At breakfast I was the only American in the Hotel. I felt like I was in Korea. They even serve Miso soup and other Korean food on the breakfast bar. My car was the only Ford out front amongst a sea of KIA's.

Breakfast was horribe! cold food that should have been hot, and the pool was dirty as well. Also give out real coffee cups in the breakfast, not stirafoam cups.

Only complaint is that the breakfast could have had some hot meat item.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The whirlpool (hot tub) was out of order. There were multiple bugs (both dead and alive) in our hotel room. The sheets looked dirty. The electrical outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. The curtains didn't close in our room so we woke up at the crack of dawn even though this was supposed to be a birthday trip/vacation for me and my friends. Also, there were only a few guests in the entire hotel but for some reason hotel staff placed us all next to each other. Because of this, the noise level was annoying (to put it lightly). On top of all of this, my friend was not allowed to toast her bagel in the morning because breakfast "ended 15 minutes ago." Really? We can't plug in a toaster for a few seconds? Jeez. What a horrible place. If you're considering staying here, do yourself a favor and stay at The Baymont Inn instead. It's next door and has a working hot tub.

New, spacious hotel with contemporary furnishings and kind, competent staff... not to mention a reasonable price!

We picked the Wingate after reading reviews from other guests. We Loved it. The staff was very polite and helpful. The computer room was quiet, not a part of the lobby as it is in so many other hotels. The breakfast buffet was more then adequate. The only down side I found was the noise from the other rooms does travel. We kept the fan running in our room to dull the sound so our 2 year old would not be woken up.

The hotel experience was great, but the best thing was the bed!! Most comfortable bed I've slept in in a long time, made the hubby and I realize how bad our mattress is!!

The photos provided by the hotel were not representative of the room we actually received. For instance, no wood floors in the room. Limited TV selection and no PPV option. Decent breakfast and the staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We recently visited Lagrange (Pine Mountain) area for the weekend to visit Butts Mill Farm on Saturday and the Wild Animal Park on Sunday. We choose the Wingate Inn in Lagrange based on other reviews that showed the hotel being newer and very clean. I must say they were correct. The hotel was spotless, the staff was great to deal with. The gentleman that checked us in Saturday afternoon even called up to the room after we got settled to make sure everything was good. The free breakfast was as you might expect but had waffles you could name and other hot items such as eggs. Overall I would stay here again on a future trip to the Wild Animal park which you must visit if you have not already.

The hotel was really nice and we enjoyed our room. Although, the breakfast was nice, we didn't prefer the rice or noodles. Even hearing other guests saying the same thing. We were looking more along the lines of fresh eggs, fruit, grits, etc.. The waffle maker wasn't working so we couldn't make waffles. But all in all everything else was good. The staff was really professional and nice. We would stay again if the breakfast menu is more updated.

This was an ideal find close to nearby attractions and local restaurants! The kids enjoyed the pool and the spa!

The hotel was far enough from the road to be quite. Mostly other hotels on the same road in the area. close to I-85. Clean and quiet with a good breakfast bar. It even had a few asian breakfast ingrediants like tofu and pickled ginger. It was nice after a long drive to walk into a room that already had the light on for you and was ready to be used.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Good Location. Good breakfast. Would stay there again when in La Grange.

Very nice hotel for a great price. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Very clean. Room was comfy and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. Nice variety at breakfast. I will stay there again next time I travel that way!
