This hotel is classy, clean and comfortable. The beds are luxurious and the breakfast hot and good quality. Good value, especially for the STL area. A little farther from the airport than I realized, but well worth the drive. Would stay again, and again.

Everything was perfect, except for the mattress, it was horrible to sleep on.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds Cons: Mold on bathtub caulking

This is a four star hotel for a two star price. Rooms are gorgeous, beds are excellent and breakfast is great. My only complaint is the front desk staff seemed uninterested in their job. I was handed a room key and told "here you go" without any explanation of check out time, breakfast time or even where the room was. Overall though I've never payed so little for such a Nice stay.

Great price for a night. Rooms are nice and up to date. Walls are kinda thin but i slept like a rock in those cozy beds. They need a better cable provider. I would recommend it.

Oh man was I surprised when we stayed at the Wildwood. What a beauitiful, upscale hotel. For the price this is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. Beautiful decor, BIG rooms, great bathrooms. Close to plenty of cute shopping stops and resturants, in walking distance. We will most certainly be returning anytime we're in the St. Lou area!!! The only "down" is that it isn't very convient to the highway, but it certainly wouldn't deter me from staying there again!

This is a great hotel. We would highly recommend it.

It was excellent including the price.

The whole reason we came to the hotel was that we had been moving for a week and were really looking forward to the hot tub. However when we got there it was not functioning. We were very upset to say the least. The beds are very comfortable. The Bathroom in our room could have been a bit cleaner. There was mold around the caulk and is clearly a maintence item. The front desk staff seemed like they were scared of their own skin. The never smiled and hardly spoke. I have been in customer service for all of my life and I would NEVER hire anyone that didn't have some sort of personalitly. Just saying....

Hotel was really nice, beds were very comfortable wish the pool were bigger not really a lot of room for the kids to play and the breakfast was mediocre at best. It was nice to be in walking distance to shops and Walgreens. Would stay again.

My third stay at the Wildwood proved to be as satisfactory as the first two EXCEPT that breakfast has never improved. Is my timing wrong or is there never anything but cereal, waffles and bagles? Perhaps assorted Danish would help. The location, sense of safety, sheltered parking and nice surrounding area always help make Wildwood special.

Everything was fantastic! So relaxing!! The room was beautiful and modern, the staff was very accommodating, and is located in a beatutiful and charming neighborhood. The best part of our stay was the king size bed! I have never slept in such a comfortable bed!! It was so deep and soft! Not like hotel beds usually are. My husband and I didn't have any aches or sores at all!! I can't wait to stay there again!!

Great Place, Room spotless, friendly staff, Amenities as promised, The hotel was a little out of the way for us. That said, well worth the drive. Also, the surrounding area is nice, wooded, state park, and a nice drive.

Our room was very spacious, clean and had a very compfy bed with down coverlet. The staff was fret supplying me with lots of coffee. Great location with good restaurants and shopping next door . We were in St. Louis for a wedding. Perfect stay!!!

This hotel was beautiful! Right off of the 100, it was easy to get to.The neighboring area was gorgeous as well! right next to a police substation, with underground parking made me feel very safe. The room was great, the bed was comfy, and the decor was beautiful. If I am ever in the area again, I will totally stay here again!

Great hotel but travel from Hwy 55 S was very cumbersome. Maybe the re-routing was due to construction and will be corrected with time, not sure.

This place is far off the interstate but we loved it!

Driving from west to east you will be fighting a lot of local trafic from this location, not close to major highways. Better to stay in Illinois.

Room gets 4/5 only because there is quite the echo in the jacuzzi room, any sound sounds so much louder.... Neighborhood gets 4/5 because I was almost run over while crossing street when I was walking to get food. Oh and here is a tip...avoid El Magiay for Mexican food...taco bell tastes more authentic...

Loved the convenience of the surrounding shops and restaurants. The room and Hotel were very clean and luxurious. My one issue was the pillow-top mattress was too soft. If you are used to a firmer mattress, you will not sleep well at all. The rest of the room was very pleasing.

Great room for the price. If you are willing to get off the main routes a little, you cannot beat this Hotel. Much better than 2 1/2 Stars.

Great hotel with its own "village" around it. You could make a day out of the shops that surround it. Our only complaint happened after my wife and I went to the pool. We had taken our room towels to the pool (there weren't any at the pool) and when we called the front desk for more towels the staff kept questioning us as to why we needed more, rather than just bringing them. Great parking, great bed, great area.

Couldn't have been happier with my stay. Rooms were nice and the bed was super comfortable. Quiet as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would highly recommend for a getaway.

The hotel and area was GREAT!! Wildwood is beautiful with lots to do in the area. Unfortunately our neighbors were very noisy with kids slamming doors and running in the hallways early in the morning and late in the evening. Of course you get that no matter where you go. People have no respect for others.

We stayed at this hotel because of outpatient surgery the next day in St. Louis. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and liked the indoor pool. Woulld certainly stay again.

This is my second visit with Wildwood. It is a lovely hotel in a quiet location. The only reason I gave my visit a 4 rating is the lack of a shower mat, the surface is quite slick without one, and the hotel alarm that had not been cleared and kept going off. Minor details. The front office personnel was very helpful and welcoming. I do plan to return to this hotel in the future.

Staff was helpful, the area is nice, the amenities are what you would expect. The breakfast isn't.

Enjoyed it.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside and located in a nice shopping area that includes a movie theater. Unfortunately there isn't a lot of stuff very close by unless you plan to go to the movies every single day. Luckily the area is close enough to downtown St Louis that you can still play tourist. The rooms are not them most sound proof I've ever been in, but it'll do.

everything went great. Hotel staff were on the ball and willing to chat and give directions and suggestions. I have friends in area so i already was vaguely familiar. It's a little far west but near most major arteries of travel. Beds are super soft type so I was a little disappointed because I like really firm but they took a suggestion that they may replace some firmer ones on each floor so you can have a choice. Received discount at great local eatery by lettting them know we were booked at Wildwood. Friends from Dubai stayed also and said everything was very good. Try the wholewheat pancakes at the little sunshine resturant if you go. Unbelievable.

This had to be one of the best hotel stays. It was a very nice, newer hotel. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff...the list goes on. I highly recommend it!!!

My bed had short, black hairs in it so I left without ever knowing how comfortable it might or might not be. Also...you must park on the street or walk in and out of a creepy parking garage with blind corners. The hotel is across the street from a police station so I'd imagine you're pretty safe but I didn't like it.

Very clean and quiet. Close to shopping and eating. The hotel did not have a bar which would have been nice, but there was one down the street. The room ambience was nice, but a little brighter lighting or at least the availability of such would have been welcomed. Staff was extremely helpful. Would definitely use this hotel again!

The hotel itself is very pretty and the rooms are comfortable with very nice mattresses on the beds. The area is very nice, safe and quiet. The police station is across the street. It was a little far out from where we needed to be but we had stayed there before and enjoyed it. The breakfast was very basic and not much that my celiac husband could eat. Would stay there again. Very nice experience.
