The staff at the hotel had basic english skills, so some aspects were a little hard - you couldn't rely on their service for sightseeing information for example. In saying that, they were lovely and the room was clean and comfortable. The subway entrance was a one minute walk from the hotel, which made getting around very easy.

Good service with very good location. I love the washing machine in room, this is very helpful. The warmer and hot water service is easy to access. This is very important when the weather is cold and sometimes snowing. The size of room is reasonable and the price is fair. The only problem is no wifi access and need to bring a laptop or notebook. I will be there again as the overall service is better than our expectations. Thank you.

This is my 2nd time my family and I stayed in this hotel. Why 2nd time? Reason: clean, convenience, worth the money.

Nice hotel, with good facilities within the room itself! 15mins walk to Umeda and the subway is just at 10 seconds from the entrance! Only dissapointment is that there is no WIFI!

Great budget hotel. Bed against the wall was a problem as climbing over at our age is not easy. No easy chairs. Kitchenette, microwave and washing machine handy. Staff helpful and accommodating, though English very limited. Even though overlooked a flyover very quiet. Convenience store opposite. Car rental outlet opposite. Several restaurants close by. Coffee shop downstairs. Starbuck's around the corner. Subway station 25 yards away, five minutes into main Osaka station.

The way the room is equipped reminds me of the cabin of a boat, or an RV. There is no wasted space at all. Every cubic cm is being put to use. The room is completely equipped down to the freezer compartment inside the fridge. while it seems that small rooms are De Rigueur in Japan, the well conceived layout blunts this problem.

The room was very clean, however not designed for tall people. Low door frames and only one pillow on the semi-double bed. Overall a very pleasant stay in easy reach of Osaka City centre though.

We really cannot find anything wrong with the room! Hardly any noise from outside. Room is spacious by Japanese standard and well equipped. For what we paid, it was real good value. We stayed there several nights and will return again. The only drawback is the staff speak very little English but we get by. The hotel is next to the Higobashi exit 5A and transportation was a breeze.

Super good location. Airport shuttle bus service only 12 mind walk away. Osaka station 15 mins away. Higobashi station just next to the hotel.. Easy to get to sashibashi, namba and Umeda area.. Good location for shopping.. Hotel in business district, a safe area. Staff were super helpful but didn't speak English. Learning a bit of Japanese certainly help. Clean room and spacious. With a small kitchen and dinning area.

The best location I stayed for this trip.Location was good, staff was friendly and the facilities was great.The nearest 24hours restaurant serve verty reasonable and delicious food-MatsuYa.And if you cross the road you can found a Udon Ya with very cheap price the staff was Chinese...!!I will recommanded this hotel to other with family.If want me to give further comment, hopefully hotel able to place 1 @ 2 computer at any business centre in order the guest to use the internet service. This hotel only provided land cable.....only convenience those who bring their own computer.

We stayed three nights at this hotel. It was a nightmare because we could not speak Japanese language. I will not hesitate to tell all non Japanese speaking visitors do not choose this hotel. The broadband service was not available on the second day and we did not get any rectification or answer until the next morning that we were told by the receptionist that it was "exit mistake". I took it that it was the fault of service provider.

The location was find and the room was clean and normal sized by Japanese standards. However, the service was poor. There was only one pillow in the room to begin with and there were two of us. We had a microwave and kettle but the hotplate didn't work and the hotel couldn't provide us with plates or bowls, even small ones. The staff spoke no english and I often felt as if I were intruding when I asked for anything that would be standard in other hotels. The key was an absolute pain to use and both windows opened to busy streets so we had to close them and keep the air con on all night. The location was handy but that's about all as far as perks go.

A little hard to find, but reasonably quiet. Rooms are very functional, with small kitchen and microwave. Extremely good value.. I would recommend this hotel. Knowing a little Japanese helps to communicate with the staff.

The rooms where were quite large, (especially for a Japanese hotel), with Tatami matting, a wardrobe large enough to fit a large suitcase as well as all my clothes on the hangers/shelves, facilities like microwave, kettle, kitchinet with hot plate, and even a washing machine and a heater thing in the bathroom to dry your clothes overnight (something much valued when it's snowing outside) all in the room. Even the bed was both comfortable and large enough to fit me (which, again, is nice in a Japanese room) The staff were all friendly and helpful, even when I was checking in at 11pm, and the whole place was really above average, especially for what I paid.

The hotel was nice, clean, comfortable and cheap. The staff was friendly, but as expected they didn't speak much English. The hotel was located in an office area of Osaka with little life. So that part was not so good. Fortunately you can go everywhere in Osaka pretty quick with subway, and the hotel had a subway stop right next to it.

Great Location, Clean, friendly staffs

This hotel room had a full bath, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, and a clothes washing machine. Lots of TV channels, a great room. The location is very near a metro station, but not near much else. That's ok for me, because there was just enough around, convenience store and restaurant wise. Osaka Train station is walkable, but a long walk. Taxi driver might not know how to get there. But the side street location made it a nice quiet retreat after my busy days.

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel, was easy to find, great location, very close to 2 subway stops which made commute very easy. Upon arrival we received bags of toiletries, including a little cute bag for my 4 year old, which she loved! the hotel is close to major shopping, eating and coffee places. there is a 24 hour restaurant 10 meters from the hotel. and we loved the fact that there was a washing machine and a dryer in the room, so we were able to wash and dry clothes very easily! Definitely will stay there again! loved it!

I totally enjoyed my stay at the Chisun. Very easy to be reached by subway and the room is like a small apartment, with all modcons you could wish for. will post pics on tripadvisor later.

Good central location very close to a subway station and 15-20 minutes walk from central JR Osaka / Umeda station. Very well equipped and spacious by Japanese hotel standards - more like an apartment than a hotel room. One of the cheapest hotels we stayed in. Biggest drawbacks are the traffic noise (one side of the hotel faces a busy highway), and the absence of English language instructions on the microwave and washing machine.

The hotel location quite good and easy for us because we travelled by using Kansai Thru Pass.A little bit complaint about smoking smell in the room(Non-smoking room).

Worth to stay !

Hotel room is clean, comfy and big for a Japan ho tel room. Never expect the room is quite big for a family of 4. Will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I loved this hotel. I think it was perfect for a traveler who doesn't spend time in their room! The beds were comfy and it was a decent size, to Japanese standard. Theres also a washing machine! I enjoyed it because I could walk about 15 minutes to get to Namba for the night life. theres a stovetop in the room for cooking meals and a roomy closet also!

close to the train station, good staff and comfortable stay

FANTASTIC. Location-wise, the hotel is steps away from the train station exit. Higobashi station is also only 15min walk from major Osaka/Umeda stations, 10min walk from Yodoyabashi and few minutes train ride from other major stations like Namba and Hommachi etc. The staff are excellent! They're attentive and very friendly. Upon checking in, the staff immediately informed me where I can find the elevator to the train station's platform so I don't have to lug my luggage down the stairs next time. She also handed me maps of the surrounding area for easy access. The staff are really out to help you whichever way they can and I appreciated that service. The room is big by Japanese standards (I've stayed in more cramped ones) and has a mini kitchen/microwave, toilet with amenities, and even a washing machine for washing laundry! Let's not forget the shoe cabinet and spacious wardrobe for hanging your clothes. Internet connection is also fast and I'm happy with the room cleaning service. There are 2 convenient stores nearby for your necc supplies and a Starbucks just around the corner. Great value for money and will stay here again when I visit Osaka next time! Thanks!!

小さい子供2人連れて二泊しました。畳のスペースがあって狭くはなかったです。洗濯機まであって、便利でした。外に出るとすぐコンビニ、松屋があります。大阪駅から一駅地下鉄に乗らなければいけないのが面倒でしたが、この料金でなら文句はありません。また利用したいと思います。

Det var som en liten lägenhet, med kök, sovrum, liten matplats och badrum. Det ingick vattenkokare, spisplatta, tvättmaskin osv. Jätte bra läge och hotellet är precis brevid tunnelbanan.

There is a big highway behind the hotel with constant traffic. Try to get a room not facing the highway. The executive room was very spacious, with tatami and separate kitchen. The hotel had botched our Hotels.com reservation, claiming that our child was 0 years old (our reservation e-mail showed 10 years old). Somehow it was a big issue for them - luckily, one of the staff gave an extra pillow when we asked it. Other than that episode, the price/quality ratio was among the best I have ever seen.

離肥後橋站非常的近, 我們3個人住的房間雖然有點小, 但還是住得下喇。頭一天那個冷氣一直吹那個塵埃出來~!!第2天跟櫃台說了,,再回去的時候就發現他們清理乾淨了。服務是挺好的啦... 但肥後橋是在「四X橋」線裡的...距離附近的觀光點的地鐵線不一樣...轉換車有點複雜, 但還是接受範圍之內。

位置不錯~近地鐵站~對面有間類似7仔的24小時超巿~酒店環境不錯~若有wifi 會更好~

インスタントコーヒーがあったら よかったです 近辺に遅くまでやってる飲食店が少なかったので ちょっと困りました。

요금도 저렴하고 주위에 편의점도 있고 바로 앞에 히고바시 역이 있어서 나가기도 괜찮았어요. 조금만 위로 걸으면 우메다 역도 나오구요. 시설도 깨끗하고 기본적인건 다 있는거 같네요. 처음 오사카로 일본 여행 갔던건데 앞으로 오사카 쪽으로 가면 숙박 걱정은 안해도 될듯 하네요.

전체적으로 언어가 일본어 외에는 영어도 잘 못하는 듯 합니다. 일본어를 아주 잘 하시거나 번역기를 돌리는 방법 외에는 의사소통이 안되네요 그리고 샴푸 린스 바디는 시세이도 제품으로 제공되고있으니 안챙겨가셔도 될듯합니다.

地鐵站出來就看到, 服務人員也有問必答感覺很好, 房間也比想像的大, 洗衣機, 小廚房一應俱全, 合理的價錢住得還算不錯, 大推~

我們是一家4人出遊住3天,4人房間顯得擁擠(或許大阪房間都不大),但還好房間有點日本的味道。因為能說點日語,在溝通上尚稱順利,服務人員也樂意協助。有英文的服務人員可溝通,但不是隨時在服務台。總之,這次大阪自由行,是一個愉快的旅程。

交通便利,近肥厚橋5A出口, 樓下就有LAWSON and Family兩家便利商店,房間很乾淨服務人員很親切, 雖然有完善小廚房但須自備鍋碗瓢....床小我們一家四口,爸爸(180cm)睡床,媽媽和小孩13and16歲睡塌塌米剛剛好. 洗衣設備我們沒使用, 也沒看到洗衣粉....., 總結下次還是願意住, 自備鍋碗至黑門市場採買食材應該還是不錯的....

這是一家離大阪地鐵四橋線肥後橋站非常近，且乾淨小巧的飯店，住宿費也合理，尤其是房間附有一個小廚房，讓我們全家出外旅遊仍有如在家的感覺，是值得推薦的飯店。這是一家連鎖品牌的飯店，但似乎其餘各家服務與品質就不如這家，因我後來有一天住到新大阪站的同品牌飯店，就令我們全家感到住近一家第三世界的飯店，虛有其表，雖然它的Lobby彷如五星級飯店，所以我們下回來大阪還是會住肥後橋站的這家飯店。
