Hotel was great, really large rooms with everything you need. Breakfast was good, the best part was the service from the breakfast man... Cannot remember his name but he was excellent, so friendly and helpful. All the staff where just lovely.

Our stay was so pleasant, and enjoyable. The entire staff was excellent and very professional and the cook Frank was excellent , he made the best waffles. I cant wait to go back.

The location was great, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, the all-you-can-eat breakfast was a great start for the day.

Outstanding - only a few miles from Amish country - staff was extremely helpful and friendly - plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby

This was the first time in 20 years that I stayed in Lancaster. The front desk employees are WONDERFUL. They offerd assistance regaurding local and off the beaten path sites, shopping and dinning. This location will be my go to for visitd to Lancaster. By the way say hello to KIM and Jodi at the front desk when you stop by

I was very satisfied with the location, modern decorations and cleanliness of the room and hotel. I was a little surprised that I was informed of the hotel amenities when I checked in, rather I had to ask where the elevator and pool was and saw a sign for the breakfast time. I am not sure if it was because I had prepaid through hotels.com. But overall this is a place I'd defitenely return to.

We definitely would stay here again. Our room was extremely clean and the bed of utmost comfort ! The staff was also very friendly.

Everything about this hotel was great. The layout of the rooms is roomy with possibility of privacy if one person needs to work or read while the other is sleeping or watching TV. Beds are comfortable. Coffee in lobby 24 hrs is a big plus. Staff is friendly. Hotel is well situated with regard to restaurants.

Everyone was satisfied with our rooms. Very comfortable beds and the room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a nice variety of foods at breakfast.

To whom it may concern...the # 3 rating was for the charge for the use of the safe in the room..like the iron, hair blower, coffee machine, mico-wave, these things came with the room..as should the use of the safe.. i reserved two rooms..and was charged for both rooms for the use of the safe..(did not use the safe).after complaining, they took both amounts off both bills...to me this is a poor way to make money..we should be told inadvance about the use of the safe and the price..if you don't want the safe useage.. something should be on the safe to say see the front desk if you want to use the safe..other wise it should come with the room.....

management were very accomodating when we requested early check-inwe defintitely would stay there again.

We were very impressed with our stay at Comfort Suites. Not only was it close to the outlets, it also had beautiful rooms, free breakfast and it was a great price. It was our anniversary so the hotel staff was kind enough to make a beautiful arrangement of the chocolates and flowers we had delivered to the hotel. Everyone was kind and we will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is wonderful. Very clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that the breakfast area is rather small. We stayed there for 3nights. The first two mornings were ok as the hotel was not full. But during the next two mornings the hotel's breakfast area was packed with people who checked in earlier. However it was good that the hotel allows people to pack their breakfast and eat it in their rooms. Overall the hotel was very good. More like a 5 star hotel.

Very nice rooms which were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Continental breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of choices, even for those picky eaters. Loved the fact that it was a non smoking facility. Hotel location was coveniently close to shopping and other area attractions. Would definitely reccomend to others.

Excellent Hotel. Close to all sights, shopping resturants, and other attractions. Room was clean, comfortable and large enough as to not trip over each other. Highly recomended !!

From the greeting at the front desk, to accomodating my requests, to cleanliness and the hot breakfast, this was a great place to stay. I would return.

Great hotel, room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was good and front desk was extremely helpful in recommending where to go for shopping and food.

Checked in with Sherman who went above and beyond to accomadate our requests. He was welcoming and very helpful.

I thought the hotel was great. Room was very nice - great location - breakfast was very good. Very close to a lot of attractions. My husband and I really enjoyed it.

This hotel is a great place to stay! Close to all the Lancanster outlet malls and Amish attractions. The staff was pleasant and courteous. Free breakfast was great! And the rooms!!! Wow!! Lovely spacious rooms with all the amenities! Family friendly and comfortable for solo travelers,too!

Very good hotel, is away from downtown lancaster but the bus station is bang outside the hotel so not bad at all The rooms are very good and the services very good

spacious room and comfy beds. great location. very clean, and i am picky. perfect area, close to all attractions. pool very small and green water, but the kids could care less. very loud kids upstairs till midnight , had to call the reception twice, but they did take care of it. breakfast was really good. we will stay again. thanx!!!

I AM A VERY PICKY PERSON. HOWEVER, I HAVE ZERO ZERO ZERO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS HOTEL. THE SERVICE AT THE FRONT DEST WAS EXCELLENT---I WAS EVEN ALLOWED TO CHECK IN A LITTLE EARLIER--DID NOT EXPECT THAT, BUT I ASKED WERE ANY ROOMS READY AND WAS TOLD YES. MOST FRONT DESK EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND WILL TELL US NO WHEN THE ROOMS ARE READY. THIS HOTEL IS WORTH STAYING AT--I SLEPT WELL AND THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. THANK YOU!

We went as a group for an extended weekend with four children, had three rooms and all of the rooms were exceptional in the area of cleanliness and spacious, the staff were very accommodating to our children and the complimentary breakfasts had everything from waffles to yogurts. The location was perfect (right off Rt 30) as everything we wanted to do was in close proximity. I've stayed at this property prior to this stay, and would highly recommend it as one of the best hotels in Lancaster.

The staff was pleasant and friendly and the accomodations were great.

Ideal place to stay while my wife and I took the kids to see thomas the train. Liked how the pool was available late in the night.

The staff was very nice, the room was very clean and generally comfortable. The room was a bit noisy...general hotel noise...kids running and slamming doors..but there were also some other"mechanical" noises. I happen to be a very light sleeper so this was less than ideal. but for a clean, inexpensive place to stay the night close to the Outlets...very nice.

The ONLY complaint i have..was the fact of the room above us..apparently thought it was okay to smoke in their room. So needless to say our bathroom smelled like an ash tray.. So I left the exhaust fan on...Otherwise it was a GREAT hotel.

The hotel was the BEST...CLEAN...Staff was friendly...breakfast was great as well....one small thing...the pillows were "small" and flat!! but overall would highly recommend staying here!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable. We always look for a comfortable bed and a good breakfast. This hotel had both.
