The Hard Rock Punta Cana was awesome! Service is great and the food is so good! If you can complain about this hotel, there is something wrong with you.

Generally a fun family vacation. The overall decor and vibe are positive, it's a fun, high energy resort. Pools are great and the beach is awesome. On the negative, I can't help but compare this place to Moon Palace in Cancun, and there, it just doesnt match at all. Apart from Zen and Toro, the food is just awful. The only thing to eat out by the pools are stale chips with curdled cheese and soggy chicken fingers. The golf course itself is top notch, but the club house is a shack and course service is non existent. The wine is below expectations, and that's assuming it's bad to begin with. Tacking a service fee on the resort credits is just being cheap. A lot of what you get isn't even worth the percent you pay on it. Kids club was pretty good, but only in short durations and if there were other kids to play with. Otherwise your kids will tire of it quickly. We had a good time overall, but wont be going back. To be fair, the place clearly caters to the 25-35 crowd, and us older, family types are bound to be disappointed by the quality of service and activities, though moon palace managed to do so much where hard rock falls short.

Great location, beach , variety of activities, pools and restaurants. Poor room service, severely limited at the first drop of rain. Poor coordination between departments - reception, bell boys, room cleaning, as i got transferred 4 times before speaking to someone for getting help to transfer luggage, left waiting for the promised help for 3h before having to call again...In addition, they organized a 5 day highschool conference at the hotel for 1500 students who partied, shouted and ran around the floors until 2 am each night transforming the place into a true campus experience. This aside, we would go there again.

The quality of service was poor. I ask for dinner at room and i had to wait for more than 1 hour and a half and when i received it they did not have forks and knives.

Dissapointed. Bad service and poor quality of food. Is not a good balance between price and the quality that the guest received. First and last time in this hotel.

We were given Rock Star treatment at this amazing hotel and loved it. Pros - The facilities were amazing and there were a lot of food/pool/activity options. Our room happened to be right by the Carribean restaurant and pool, and not far from the beach. The service was spectacular. I think the European pool was probably the nicest pool there... very grown and sexy but scarcely used -- probably because it was a little isolated and maybe some are turned off by others being topless. Great access to the beach. Most of the food was good (I did have a few moments where I didn't enjoy something, but I just went and got something else). There was liquor on tap in the rooms. All you have to do is call the lobby if you want the bar restocked. Cons - It is so large that you have to take a trolley to get around, but they come pretty frequently so it wasn't too much of a turn off. You have to pay to even enter the spa. We went to the restaurant "Market" one night for seafood night and hated everything I ate. The dessert at all of the restaurants left something to be desired. While I had a few "amazing food moments, overall the food was average to good. All in all -- I would definitely stay at the Hard Rock again.

I RECOMEND THIS HOTEL ALL THE TIME, THE ALL INCLUSIVE LEVEL IS JUST GREAT, THE FACILITIES ARE AWESOME, HRC HAS DONE A GREAT JOB REORGANIZING AND RE-STRUCTURING THE FORMER MOON PALACE. GOLF COURSE IS JUST A CHALLENGE. THE OPTIONS FOR FOOD AND RESTAURANTS ARE SEVERAL AND TASTE IS GREAT IN ALL OPTIONS. ONLY PLACE TO IMPROVE IS THE SPACE KIDS, NEED TO DO CHANGES WITH THE VIDEOGAMES SUCH AS WII AND XBOX SINCE THE CONTROLLERS ARE LIMITED, AND ACTIVITIES WONT GET KIDS ATTENTION, THIS WILL HELP A LOT TO THE PARENTS THAR MAY LIKE TO ENJOY CASINO OR BARS. While supposedly all-inclusive, the staff EXCEPTED tps for everything. Since there was horrible at best compared to US service. Most of the staff doesnt understand english so you being about to speak spanish is a must. Food was good, but the 1500 credits they give you to spend are a joke. Most things you would want to spend them on are always full(supposedily) or not included. Of course if you want to pay more then some how space opens up. Choose Costa Rica over the Dom Republic for sure.

its not worth it, this hotel is a 2 star!! would never recommend it to a friend, long waiting cracked floors, rooms not cleaned well, bugs all around the restaurants , there is defenetly no quality in this hotel except for the lobby area . im verry disapointed.

I come back to this Hotel in June!!!! I like to much!!! The only I see they need is more Merengue!!!

things we did liked about the hotel: the staff is very friendly the room service food is great the beach was so clean to get a drink was always fast the karaoke night was fun the ZEN restaurant staff and service was amazing and so much fun!! the buffet in the mornings is amazing things we didnt like about the hotel: the food at IPANEMA was horrible as well as ZENS' food the service at IPANEMA was very poor the shuttles with in the resort are not the greatest so we had to walk alot the ride from the airport to the hotel is really dangerous people drive horrible and since its such a long drive you really dont know if you are going to the hotel or if they are taking u else where. i recommend to get the shuttle service from the hotel not a taxi like we did. we made a 1800 toll free call to the US and they charged us 87.00 bucks for the call!!!! the moon night club was dead they need to get something going there

#1 hotel. can not wait to bring many friends and go back.. Its first class hotel

O resort oferece uma estrutura muito boa de serviços, restaurantes e lojas internas. Muit bem organizado e limpo. Ótima opção para quem quer se divertir ouvindo muito rock (até nos caminhos você ouve música). Não é uma boa opção para quem relaxar, pois tem muitos eventos nas piscinas. Adoramos o local, porém temos 1 item a reclamar: serviços adicionais. Não funciona. O resort oferece preparação de banheira romântica, champanhe e outros itens, os quais não aconteceu em nenhum dia.

Achei que um hotel 5 estrelas tem que fazer por merecer esse titulo. Ja fiquei em hotel 3 estrelas que da um banho de eficiencia e qualidade no Hard Rock. Por 2 dias nao foram arrumar nosso quarto e quando foram esqueceram a porta aberta e ainda nunca repunham as amenidades do banho e nem o frigobar. Restaurantes sempre lotados e com serviço medíocre. Sempre esqueciam nossas bebidas e tirando o refrigerante o resto eram apenas marcas genericas (vodkas, cervejas e wishkey nunca tinha visto antes). O all inclusive é piada pois tudo que queira de melhor é pago (spa, passeios, vinhos, salao de beleza, bicicletas). Reclamaçoes não adiatam pois surtiram efeito algum e vivem te importunando para que vc compre um titulo de fidelidade legendary deles. Achei horrivel e se pudesse voltar no tempo jamais teria ido ao Hard Rock Hotel e Casino Punta Cana.

achei perfeita.fora "o pior passeio da minha vida " que foi oferecido no saguao do hotel para a ilha Catalina, que nao indico pro eu pior inimigo, o restante foi maravilhoso.otimos restaurantes, lanchonetes, praia confortabilissima.

Fiquei 3 dias no hard Rock e 3 dias no Barcelo Bavaro Premium De luxe. De longe o Hard rock é bem mehor

とにかくホテルの大きさ（プール１３、レストラン１３等）に驚きました。また、部屋にはジャグジーが付いているなど、高級感にあふれており、どの施設もキレイで大変満足でした。ただ海が荒れているのが残念です。

Quartos amplos, confortaveis, limpos e bonitos. Boa comida. Praia na frente do hotel é muito brava, ruim para crianças.

O hotel é gigante, com muitas piscinas e o quarto é enorme. Mas o sistemas All inclusive deixa a desejar. A comida não é das melhores, principalmente no almoço, onde é sempre self service. Na janta, onde tem mais variedade, os restaurantes estão sempre lotados, gerando uma espera de mais de uma hora. O atendimento por telefone é super bagunçado, ligamos para tirar uma dúvida sobre um passeio e ficaram nos transferindo e a ligação sempre acabava caindo. Quando chegamos ganhamos 1500 pontos (dolares) para gastar com o spa, jantares românticos e em uma loja. O jantar romântico foi ótimo, mas o SPA além de ter atendido com meia hora de atraso meu marido (nos 25 minutos de massagem grátis que ganhamos), cobrou 245 pontos que não utilizamos, e o hotel não resolveu o problema. Como estávamos em lua de mel, optamos pelo melhor quarto (concierge) e também mais caro. A descrição era de um tratamento de "rock star", porém nao houve nenhuma vantagem ou diferencial de tratamento. Um dos passeios que fizemos, Dolphing Island, oferecido pela Blue que atende do hotel, foi totalmente sem estrutura e sem segurança no transporte.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, tudo estava ótimo, alimentação, atendimento, recomendo para todas as idades.

Todo una delicia.. Desde la atención tan amable a la comida riquisima en cualquier restaurante, las instalaciones, la habitacion de lujo y la playa riquisima solamente que me toco bandera roja dos dias y no dejaban meterse a la playa.

Estivemos eu e minha esposa com mais 2 casais com crianças e passamos uma semana neste hotel. Ficamos hospedados nos quartos mais simples e mesmo assim posso dizer que é muito melhor que muitos quartos tops de outros hotéis. O quarto e as áreas comuns sempre bem limpos, com jardins bem aparados e psicinas sempre limpas. O hotel é imenso (entre no google earth e compare com os demais) e conforme a localização do seu quarto, vc vai depender do transporte interno do hotel. Os restaurantes são bons, principalmente o "Toro" onde as carnes são melhores do que o "Ipanema" que é uma churrascaria ao "estilo brasileiro". O cassino é pequeno quando comparado aos de Las Vegas, mas dá para se divertir. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e os serviçoes solicitados não demoravam para ser atendidos. Posso dizer que foi o melhor hotel all inclusive q já me hospedei e que aceita crianças.

Excelente, fantásico, ótimo, muito bom. Adoramos o mar caribenho, a piscina privativa para sócios (nosso quarto permitia utilizar) e, em especial, a piscina ÉDEN. Serviço de atendimento, em geral, muito bom. Os empregados são muito simpáticos. Várias opções de restaurantes, todos muito bons (a exceção foi o Restaurante Ipanema). Bebidas de primeira. A noite também é bastante animada. Recomendamos. Aliás, depois de cinco diárias no Hard Rock fomos para o Majestic Elegance. Ficamos quatro diárias no Majestic Elegance. O Hard Rock é, incomparavelmente, melhor. Talvez o problema tenha sido isto. Mas, na verdade, não foi. O Majestic Elegance deixa MUITO a desejar no atendimento/serviço, especialmente no serviço de quarto. É péssimo. Horrível. Nunca vi algo parecido. Prometem, via relações públicas, atender determinada demanda e simplesmente não atendem. Em síntese, sinceramente, esperava MUITO mais do Majetic Elegance.

O Hard Rock é diferente de tudo que conhecemos de resort de praia no Brasil. O grande diferencial dele é a estrutura de entretenimento. Tem restaurante para todos os gostos, diferentes piscinas, casino, sala de jogos, spa, academia, sorveteria, lojas, teatro, quadra de tênis, bicicletas, cavalos, buggy, etc. São tantas coisas que em 1 semana não conseguimos aproveitar tudo que o hotel oferece. O quarto foi o melhor que já me hospedei. É bem espaçoso e muito confortável. A jacuzzi no meio do quarto torna ele ainda mais especial. As piscinas eram ótimas. O serviço de bar funciona muito bem. Os restaurantes não são todos maravilhosos. Para falar a verdade, a comida não é o grande diferencial do hotel. Tem hora que a gente acerta no pedido e tem hora que não. Agora as sobremesas são muito bonitas, mas sem muito sabor. A praia é ótima e linda. O mar em frente ao hotel é agitado como nas praias do Brasil. A estrutura de praia oferecida pelo hotel é excelente. Tem um monte de cadeiras confortáveis e sempre tem um funcionário do hotel para te atender. No mais, o resort é lindo, seguro, bem cuidado e muito grande. Recomendo que não ande de trenzinho pelo resort. Ande a pé e curta as belezas que o lugar te oferece. Fiquei hospedada num prédio próximo a praia (4A) e não achei nada muito distante. Vale muito a pena se hospedar no Hard Rock!

Hotel de primeiríssima qualidade. Limpeza impecável, o quarto por vezes foi limpo mais de uma vez por dia. Conforto do quarto excelente, mesmo o quarto mais simples é supercompleto e com acabamento de primeira. Simpatia e presteza da equipe do hotel nota 10, sempre muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Serviços nota 10. O hotel tem tudo dentro, diversas lojas execlentes restaurantes, boate, cassino, piscinas, etc. A praia é muito bonita, com mar bem azul, porém possui ondas. Se localiza em uma praia afastada, porém por possuir tudo dentro, não se sente vontade de sair do hotel para nada.

Este hotel é maravilhoso, os restaurantes são ótimos, a praia maravilhosa e o atendimento inesquecível, tudo perfeito. Recomendo para todos.

La estancia fue muy placentera. Es un lugar perfecto para tomarse un buen descanso. El servicio es extraordinario. Gran variedad de comidas y bebidas de primera calidad. Creo que falta implementar más actividades para los niños y adolescentes. Personalmente creo que la actividad de mercadeo por parte de la empresa que vende las afiliaciones a RCI es contraproducente. Es lo único que me parece que está fuera de lugar en un hotel de esa categoría. Uno va a descansar y a disfrutar, no a comprar una estancia prepagada. Por lo demás, pasar unas vacaciones en el hotel fue una experiencia muy agradable. La recomiendo. Especialmente el SPA.

Excelente, mejor imposible

Al llegar nos espantamos porque parecia un mall lleno de gente, nuetras piezas no estaban listas y perdieron nuestras maletas hasta la una de la manana. Fue un gran desastre nuestras llegada pero a la manana siguiente todo cambio, la gente que trabajaba ahi era lo mejor, mi bebe la trataban como princesa, la comida espectacular, la habitacion muy agradable y lo unico que deberian mejorar era el transporte hacia el ediicio principal que no pasaba nunca el carrito y habia que caminar mucho bajo el sol. Demasiado recomendable el hotel!!

Terrible service for a “5 star” hotel. This was the worst experience in my life in a hotel. The AC got a terrible noise at 5:00 am, no towels in the pool area, no straws in some bars, no soda at the bar of the kids pool, no spoons in any restaurants, 45 to 60 minutes waiting time to enter to the restaurants (breakfast and dinner), 1 hour to do the check out, a waiter burned my wife serving the coffee and did not even apologize, the room was made after 6 pm (one day at 9 pm after much insist) and the best part, one night before we left, with the complete stay paid, we were throwing out of the room by an error in the hotel system. An Awful experience. Would not recommend.

Beautiful place, great service, manicured gardens, awesome rooms, decent drinks. Cheap food, too many people, congested, not the place to go for a Dominican experience. Very American and European. Everything charged in us dollars. The hotel credits they give you is just a way to get more money out of your pocket ...they charge you taxes and other fees if you want to use the resort credits....so, it comes up to about what you would pay at home for the same services. Green fees for about 300usd with tax, 80 min massage for about 200. Will not come back for a romantic getaway, maybe to take my children...they will sure like it.
