Right off the freeway with good access to all of the things that we needed to do. Away from the busy traffic of the university.

The gentleman who checked us in was very polite and very helpful. I will stay at this hotel again anytime I am passing through Rexberg,ID .We parked our trailer loaded with a motorcycle and other belongings on it uncovered and it was safe all evening. This is a safe location for staying with your family.

We checked in very late and the front desk help was super friendly and helpful.

Excellent. People, Service, Comfort, Breakfast. Staff went above and beyond! Even helped us start our vehicle in 10 below zero weather! Loved this hotel. This will be our new favorite hotel!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. Here were the draw-backs: No elevator. We were on the second floor and it was kind of a pain to lug all suitcases upstairs with children and their luggage, too. The AC unit was a wall-mount, no thermostat. First night we were roasting, second night we froze. Maybe it would have been perfect the third night, but we weren't in town that long.

THANK YOU to the staff and this hotel for always making my stay confortable. This trip in particular I arrived late and left early. After a day on campus with no internet access they let me come back and work for a couple of hours to catch up before the long drive back home. They have always been accomodating, the rooms are great and the breakfast as well! Thanks Quality Inn!

Staff was wonderful. The rooms look like they need an update, but were clean and comfortable.

Very satisified with the room and service. The hotel was just off the Freeway and just 1 1/2 hour from West Yellowstone. The kids loved the pool--it was heated just right and we even stayed until check out time the day we left to swim again. All the people at the service desk on both days were very helpful.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable..the breakfast was good, but very disappointed in the temperature of the pool...It was ice cold..no one could swim in it..I asked the attendant if it was warm and she assured me it was..other guests were also unhappy about the temperature

The stay was comfortable but the WiFi was down the entire first day with no explanation. Breakfast was good, not a lot of choices but it fit the bill. Beds were fairly soft.

Like a lot of people, we were there to take a child to BYU-Idaho, so the hotel was full. In fact they had taped a "no vacancy" sign to the front door, which made me worried when we went to check in, but our reservation was there no problem. The room was adequate but shabby. The wi-fi was so slow as to be unusable (the desk clerk warned us of this). The worst thing though was that in the morning there was no hot water for showering. We were up by 6am, so it wasn't that we were too late, and there were three of us who showered between 6 and 7am, so it wasn't just an early morning thing. The shower varied between ice cold and tepid. The breakfast was okay, nothing great. Overall for a one-night stay it would have been okay if there was hot water, but I won't be going back.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. The King size bed was very hard and the pillows were very small.

The hotel was very clean the bed was comfortable and it was easy to find. The bathroom was the smallest I've ever seen and I don't believe there is any insulation because we could hear what our neighbors were saying in normal voice tones. It would not be my first choice and I'd definitly be aware of what I was talking about.

The pool and hot tub were out of order for most of our 2 day stay. The pool ended up being open for a total of 1 hr and 20 mins, the hot tub opened late on the night that we checked in. We had chosen this hotel specifically and paid quite a bit more than other hotels in the area, just to have an indoor pool. The staff did not seem to be sensitive to the effect that no pool had on our plans. Otherwise the stay was fine, I would call ahead to see if amenities are available as each patron seemed to get a different story about the cause of the pool being down.

My whole family, which included my wife, adult daughter and two grand children, and myself, all very much enjoyed our stay at the Rexburg, Idaho Quality Inn. The room was very nice and the housekeeping promptly made sure we had enough linens for 3 adults and two children. The pool was also very clean and enjoyable to use, and the breakfast was very good. We will certainly stay here again if we travel to or near Rexburg again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Clean comfortable beds. Well stocked breakfast room.

We were pleased with the service of the personel at the desk. Ryan made our stay much easier and was helpful in many different ways.
