Great Hotel. FREE unlimited internet was a great feature for me to feel that I am not away from my family. The room was nice and clean and welcoming every time I come in. Staffs are very good. They were still helpful even though they are trying to understand what I say. I would stay in this hotel if I visit Tokyo again.

This hotel, was not a 5 star hotel, but it served its purpose. It was nested in a safe area and was only a block or two away from the main city action of Shinjuku. Everything from food to shopping, to the train station is right down the street. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was friendly and quick.

Very basic, very small room but very cheap. The main problem was noise and the tiny bathroom. Location good. It was good to have a kettle, refrigerator and it had a bed.

The hotel is about 15min walking distance from the metro station, a bit too far after long shopping days but we find out later a very closed exit (East Exist - E2) through shopping malls and tunnels, it make the walk eaiser and faster. Convenience stores around fr drinks and snacks.Room is clean and quite spacious fr Tokyo. Quiet area. basic fare fr taxi from/to shinjiku station (710JPY).

We went by taxi from Shinjuku station and thought that it was isolated. Then we went for a walk and realised that it was really central. Shinjuku has great nightlife, go to 3rd avenue.

The hotel was clean and the staff spoke English. We were happy with it as a base for our site seeing in Shinjuku and surrounding areas.

It's cheap, so you shouldn't be expecting too much! The housekeeping people kept the room looking good everyday and the vending machines offered both Coke and Pepsi products.

Just what I needed, no more no less. Bed, and bathroom. Wish there were more english speakers though. Got kind of lost finding it but it really isn't too far from the Shinjuku station. ProTip: type hotel on your iPhones map app and search through the pins.

Stayed in a room with two single bed facing Shinjuku city. The room is basic; two beds, 32 inch LCD tv, desk, mini fridge, 2 chairs and a small table. Being. Japanese hotel you still get the sleeping robe, slippers, razor and toothbrushes. The room a bit tired looking as you expect for a 3 star hotel but is also very clean. Location is a bit far for some. A brisk walk from Kabuki-cho is around 15min. Slower walkers may take longer. The surrounding streets isn't the most interesting either but it's quiet and very safe, just a little suburban. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel. It's good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

Not far from the subway station but instructions to hotel were poor. Took us a while to find it as it is tucked away in a side street. Best to get off at Shinjuku Gyoemmae subway station and walk 10 mins. We got off at Shinjuku train station as per hotel instructions and was a nightmare to navigate towards the hotel. Once you find the hotel, location is pretty good. Rooms are very small but clean. Air con available but is not that strong. Would stay here again.

The semi double room was the biggest semi double we stayed in during our month long trip to Japan. It was very clean. However, part of the furniture starts to show signs of worn out. Service was OK. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Kabuki-cho which means endless nightlife opportunities. It is also a few minutes walk from a metro station.

Everything about the hotel was great except the comfort of the beds. After a few nights my back was uncomfortable.

This is a little bit of a walk from the JR line and I would recommend take a cab with directions to the place printed in both english and japanese so the cab driver could figure out where he's going. The cab fare around there is actually pretty cheap. Shinjuku is a good place to hang around the bars but remember there's a cover charge at almost all of them. There are some unique places to eat there which are fun and its right next to the university. This place would be great for a nice stroll.

Good location, it's 20 minutes walking from Shinjuku station, good service! not everyone in the staff speak english, but they try so you can understand each other! would come back again ;)

Great hotel - problem was the address took us to the wrong location using google maps. The area looks like an industrial estate - but not far from the Shinjuku-Gyeon metro line which was good. Along with the Gyeon park which looked beautiful with all the cherry blossoms. Unfortunately - no wifi in the rooms. And the bathroom was a little dirty. But the room had ample space and storage which was nice.

Not glamourous, but a good, clean, no frills place to get some sleep. Very convient access to the Shinjuku Ni-Chome neighborhood, and the Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden.

Get what you pay for. Room was small and dated but cozy. Bed was not comfortable (have you ever seen a beautifully dressed bed in a department store, been enticed to sit on it, and upon doing so realized the 'bed' was actually a wooden box? It felt like that). Staff were friendly. The main reason I would not stay here again, though, is it really is a long and uncomfortable hike from Shinjuku station and any subway stops. Especially with luggage. :/

this hotel is conveniently located in the lively area of Shinjuku. The room was clean, pretty and spacy with free wifi. Quite pricy however,unless you find a deal like I did (4 nights for the price of 4)

The hotel is within walking distance to Shinjuku gyoemmae station on the Marunouchi Line - subway is easy to use and one can get anywhere with transfers. Hotel neighborhood is a bit downtrodden but the hotel itself was fine. Staff were pleasant, restaurant on site was adequate, rooms clean. We were there right after the earthquake of March, 2011. Finding the hotel, even with published map, was difficult. Streets seldom have names.

Hotel was a bit far from the Shinjuku JR station. Best way to get there is to catch the subway to "Shinjukugyoenmae" subway station (2 stops from Shinjuku). Follow the exit signs at the station, I think it was exit 1. Once you exit the station, cross the road, walk up about 7 blocks (until you reach the big intersection), cross the road and keep walking straight, then turn right at the small intersection. You should see Tokyo Business Hotel on the left, keep walking further up and Listel is located on the right hand side. Hotel was about 15-20 min walk to the main Shinjuku area, there are shops and restaurants along the way.

the title says it all - nothing like its sister hotel in Vancouver Canada. Dirty, stained bedding and very tiny.

Helt okej hotell, varken mer eller mindre. Bra pris. Bra läge i Shinjuku, dock lite svårt att hitta till en början. Riktigt bra utsikt från där vi bodde på 12:e våningen. Jag och en vän bodde i ett twin-room. Ganske så trångt rum för 2 vuxna. Litet badrum, men helt okej. Lite för varmt på rummet, trots AC på max. Personalen i receptionen pratade inte så bra engelska. Vi hann aldrig med att testa frukosten men vi testade äta middag där. Helt okej mat och bra priser i restaurangen.

Everything was fine in hotel,but I left my membership card at room and nobody informs me, which I found this happened when I left Japan.

Une grande chambre (pour le japon). L'hotel est bien situe, a 5 miutes du metro shinjuku guoenmae et du parc. Et a 15 minutes de lagare de shinjuku. Chambre proprecet confortable

L’hôtel est un peu vieillot, la moquette de la chambre est très tachée, le ménage est bien fait et tous les jours, pas d'odeur de tabac même dans une 'chambre fumeur', le WIFI gratuit dans les chambres est un vrai plus, l’hôtel est assez proche de tout mais prévoir une bonne carte pour le trouver.

Hotel położony 15 min. Od stacji kolejowej Shinjuku, troche trudno do niego trafić więc warto wydrukować mapke. Pokoje nie za duże ale jak na Japońskie warunki przyzwoicie. Łazienki modułowe "ibisowe" całe w plastkach, ale zaopatrzone we wszystkie przybory toaletowe codziennie uzupełniane. Zmiana ręczników i szlafrokow codziennie, pokój wyposażony w prasowalnice, czajniczek.

hotel un po vecchiotto ma dotato di tutti i comfort standard giapponesi,wifi in camera..un po distante dalla stazione di shinjuku(20 min buoni a piedi)..cosa negativa ti fanno pagare se devi stampare qualcosa(tipo 20 yen per pagina una sciocchezza cmq)

호텔스닷컴에 나온 지도로는 찾아가는데 애먹습니다. 신랑이 예전에 신주쿠에서 살았던 경험이 있어서 그럭저럭 찾아갈수 있었는데 초행길이거나 지도만 믿고 가면 엄청 헤맬수 있어요.. 신주쿠역까지는 20분정도 걸리구요, 택시타고 간적도 있네요. 침대는 느낌이 좋지않았어요. 오래돼서 청결한 느낌이 전혀 들지 않았구요. 그외는 괜찮았습니다. 체크인은 빠릅니다. 11시인줄 알았는데 10시이더군요. 참고하세요. 돌아오는날 비행기가 저녁비행기라 가방을 맡아달라고 하였는데 번호표까지 주고 잘 관리해주더군요. 호텔앞 훼미리마트, 세븐일레븐, 세탁샵 있습니다. 첫째날이던가? 는 약간 추운느낌도 있었습니다.

今回安く泊まれたので十分満足です。駅から少し歩くのがちょっと疲れます。でも東京だと当たり前かな！

Un staff parlant anglais à l'accueil est un gros plus après 15h de voyage. L'hotel est idéalement placé, à 15mn de la gare de Shinjuku.

距離最接近的新宿3丁目亦要行走10分鐘，要走到新宿JR足夠20分鐘，十度左右的氣溫，推着行李到達酒店後亦出汗了。我是去購物玩樂的，不能於中午回酒店放下戰利品，拿着一整天十分辛苦；且晚晚回酒店時亦有點氣餒，而且路有點靜，有一點點擔心。離開的當晚，我真的不想推着行李箱走在那人來人往的新宿街上20分鐘，故乘的士到JR新宿西口，約880YEN.。總結而言，不太建議以購物為主的女性們選擇。

가격대비 호텔의 수준에는 만족스러웠습니다. 한국말을 할 줄 아는 사람도 있어서 편하게 체크인도 했으며, 직원들의 친절도 또한 좋았습니다. 호텔의 청결도에도 만족을 느낄 수 있었으며, 옆방과의 방음도 만족할 만한 수준이었습니다. 다만 신주쿠역에서 멀다는게 좀 흠이라고 할 수 있네요. 구경다하고 돌아올때 조금 힘든감이 없지 않았다는 말을 해 주고 싶네요. 거리를 생각한다면 다른 곳을 찾아보는게 좋을 듯 하네요. 그 점 빼고는 다 만족스러운 호텔이라고 저는 생각이 드네요.
