Our hotel of choice whenever we are in the area...

Hotel was cleen and staff were very helpful.

The hotel celing fans turned from white to black dust, the unheated pool water was almost 1 foot low and the carpet in the corner of my room was coming up, elevator door close button was missing other than that the hotel and breakfast/dinner was great.

The hotel was fine and I will stay at Homewood again, however, I got sick and needed to leave a day early, since I made the reservation thru an on line site no credit was available nor was my Hilton Honors given any credit.

Overall it was a nice hotel. We just needed a one night stay until our house we rented was ready. Kids loved the pool area

My husband and I stayed there for two nights for our anniversary. The room was very nice, the staff was very friendly. Overall, our stay was excellent. The only problem was the breakfast buffet, it sucked. We expected better from the "Hilton". There are only 2 hot items on that buffet. Our opinion is...it's a great hotel to stay in, but, go out for breakfast.

The breakfasts and evening meals were not as good as last year,but,still good.

Good location close to shopping ,restaurants .breakfast bar could be better ,carpets in the room sticky need to be cleaned more often, room smelled like ashtray ! but for the price not to bad .Fax machine out of order for the two weeks that I was there.

Met all expections

We have stayed there since it opened and we have never been disappointed. Everything is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly. Food is good. Will stay there again next year.

The stay was fine except for the heated pool. We booked this hatel especially for the heated pool. The pool was 78 degrees, but it was still way to cold. Many of the quests said it was to cold to go for a swim.

Very easy and accomodating

I was quite impressed with the hotel and the staff. I stayed there 4 nights and the first evening I was assigned a different room than I had wanted. That room was not very comfortable however once I was moved the following day to the correct room, I was most pleased from that point on. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive - in my case one employee in particular was most pleasant and readily available to help me with anything I needed. I would most certainly stay there again in the future.

Clean, efficient suite very good for us. We could prepare meals or supplement with breakfast/manager's dinner (M-Th). Coffee in room good. Separate BR very nice. Wifi a bit slow, but manageable. Highway location prevented walking to grocery or other stores. Not far to several very fine bicycle trails.

We have stayed at this hotel several times, and have never, to date, had a bad experience. The front desk staff have been more then accommodating at all hours, the rooms are spacious and extremely guest-friendly, especially if you will be staying for several nights, and of course, let's be honest, the free breakfast is a tad better than most, with a staff that is very guest-conscious. The location is convenient for us, but the neighborhood is not one I would choose to live in myself. I do worry about our vehicle when it is out of our sight, but then again that can be said for most hotels as they are placed in high traffic areas by nature. That being said, this is a hotel that we feel right at home in. The rates are reasonable for what is provided and the quality of service received.

Free Wireless internet definitely a plus

One of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the staff was very pleasant and accomodating. The only downside was the availlable breakfast, it was very disappointing.

Everything was good except for being put in a handicapped room. The shower was uncomfortable and it was difficult to find space for my shower supplies

We stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Port Richey to visit family. Very convenient location to shopping, restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful, they mean to provide high quality service and just lovely to be greeted by them every day. The pools were very welcome, and happy gathering places, located just off a large indoor sitting/eating area. Very well maintained facilities, they had a short-lived problem with one of the two elevators, which they fixed in the middle of the night, for maximum convenience to the patrons of the hotel. Very nice breakfast provided, lots of parking available, private and secure location, and clean. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Stay here often...breakfast bar could be improved....really enjoy everything about this facility

Breakfast area was not always stocked or totaly clean. I feel that more staff was needed for the number of gusets. Over all the hotel was very nice and I will return in the future.

Had a great stay, loved the coffee and breakfast. Close to allot of parks, water and food options.

This hotel was everything I was hoping for and more! The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was clean, quiet, and modern, and the room was- in a word- amazing!!! The king suite had 2 a/c units with climate control so despite the heat outside we stayed cool. The kitchen boasted of a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, a dual burner stove, a garbage disposal, which sadly is something I don't even have in my home. And the location was perfect for my needs. I highly recommend this hotel. It was worth every penny!

Held triple birthdays at hotel. As requested, all three rooms booked were adjacent to each other. Staff was more than helpful. Would recommend this hotel for your special trips.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was good, rooms were clean and everything was very well maintained. I will definitely be back.

Nice breakfast service, staff was really accomdating. Stayed in a kitchen suite, needed a little more kitchen accessories like soap sponge, soap etc. IT felt so nice and clean.. Thumbs up...

My wife and I stayed at the Homewood Suites in New Port Richie, FL from March 15-19, 2012. We were very impressed with the attractiveness and cleanliness of the hotel and all of the amenities. The hotel has a lovely pool/patio area with 2 swimming pools and a hot top. There is also a soothing water curtain that falls into one pool and that is lighted at night. The hotel offers a great free breakfast every morning with varying items each day. They also offer a free evening buffet Monday thru Thursday that includes beer an wine. We were completely delighted with our stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit. Are only minor complaints were that the room felt a little small and the couch in the living room area was not very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel to others who may be traveling to New Port Richie

We stayed here to attend a local event. The rooms were very nice and clean. The evening meals during the week were a nice plus since we didn't have to get back in the car and fight the traffic to go out. The staff was very polite and ready to help in any way. Would definately stay here again if in the area.

This hotel was one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever stayed in!!! I called to report the dirty glasses in bathroom the first night, then talked to the manger on the second night was a little better,but next night just as bad. Drink spilled on wall and door frame, lampshade not strightened, and dirty glasses again!!

This is the second time we stayed at a Homewood Suites. The first being in Fort Myers Fl and we were very pleased with both.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed both the breakfast and the managers reception.We would highly recommend this hotel.
