Baby Quail Inn - סדונה

Stayed here for one night while passing through Sedona. Our very clean and comfortable room provided everything we needed and more (e.g. bathrobes). The staff were friendly and accessible and the breakfast was a nice selection of fruit, yogurt, cereals, and a few other items. We would definitely return in the future.

The extra touches - extremely friendly staff, potted flowers ourside each room, garden area with tables and umbrellas, room colors and furnishings like a guest room in a home - made this stop more like a bed and breakfast. Room was small with a small TV, refrig, microwave (but we didn't come to Sedona to watch TV or stay in our room) and a nice bathroom. Restaurants around the corner. Excellent muffins in the continental breakfast which we ate in the garden. Very pleasant stay!

The hotel has comfortable grounds and nice roses. We really enjoyed the in-house museum of the owner, Bob Curtis, and his career in show business. Very good value. Definitely would stay there again.

Nice location and friendly vibe. Rooms are adequate, bathrooms are nice. Outdoor whirlpool was a nice feature,

The Baby Quail is close to all the outdoors that Sedona has to offer. It is not what I would consider close walking distance from the downtown shops, but I came for the hiking, biking, and sightseeing, and it was more than amenable to easily get to those locations. The quiet hotel also has a hot tub that I made use of each night, and friendly owners. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff at the hotel were fabulous. Ally, who checked us in, also provided help with the best hiking destinations and where to eat. Dick and his wife, Misty, the owners of the hotel, regaled us during breakfast with stories of Hollywood. The room and grounds were exceptionally clean and tidy and had everything we needed, in a nice quiet setting just off the main drag through town. The only shortcoming was that the room was a bit on the small side.

Was recommended by a friend and we were very happy with the room and entire Inn...very clean and upgraded. Would stay there again

We arrived on a gloomy,rainy Saturday. Altho it was a good hour before check-in time, the cheerful clerk did not hesitate in giving us our room and a brief rundown of the motel amenities,etc. The room was clean, but the bed could use an upgrade. The hilite of our stay came the next day when a true ray of sunshine presented itself in the form of Dick Curtis! As the owner, this man exuded a true love of life and brightened our breakfast with stories of his show business career. The "behind the scenes"stories of the various celebrities he had worked with were quite interesting.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was so nice and clean. The grounds were exceptionally maintained. We enjoyed a nice breakfast and chatted with the owner, who is very entertaining. We would stay here again for sure!!!

This was the description that the innkeeper used when checking us in and it's accurate. If you are looking for a fancy resort in Sedona this won't be the place to stay, but if you want a room that is pleasant, clean and well placed in town, this is a good pick. The hotel is older and certainly you can tell this. What it lacks in amenities (and it does have a hot tub, fridge and breakfast) it makes up for in the couple that runs the place. The man is a former TV and movie actor and treats you to many stories about the parts he played and celebs he knew. His wife is equally charming. The room is small, but in Sedona there is so much to do that you probably won't be spending tons of time indoors. Breakfast, served daily, is continental and has plenty of simple choices.

If I had to do again, would pay a little more and stay at a nicer place. The room had a damp smell that really bothered me. ... The gal at the front desk was very friendly and nice though. Made me feel welcomed.

The husband and wife team were a joy. The owner is a retired "working actor" as he calls himself, who worked with many famous people. He entertained us at breakfast with stories from his days in Hollywood. It is a quaint out of the way inn that is comfortable and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to our friends.

It was a cozy quite place.

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, smaller room with nice linens and decor. Relaxing outdoor area.

This was a wonderful experience. Feels like a bed and breakfast without having to share a bathroom. Owners are wonderful people with a rich history. Walking distance to several restaurants and grill bars. If you want to get away from the big chain motels in Sedona this is the place.

Very pleasant place to stay. The hosts are wonderful, I enjoyed the hot tub. For the price, you can't beat it.

The Baby Quail (love the name) is great if you are looking for something off the beaten (overly-beaten) Sedona trail. The service was lovely- everyone was friendly and pleasant- which is very important to me as a customer. They are also in a great location near the Heart of Sedona coffee shop and a natural market where I picked up some food. Great overnight stay!

It was clean and quiet... I found out that bed and breakfast is not really my style. I entertain others people's egos on a daily basis, not something I want to do while vacationing. The room was a bit small but it was priced okay....

We loved our stay @ Baby Quail Bed & Breakfast! The location was great, close to all hiking in Sedona. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings and the breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day. We enjoyed chatting with the other guests as well as the owners of the B&B each morning. The front desk staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable of the surrounding areas. I would return here for a more lengthy stay in the future, and the price couldn't be beat!

We fell in love with this charming little hotel! Really well maintained, homey, comfortable, and just adorable. The people who run it are awesome with a wonderful story worth hearing! Well worth the price!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay because of the secluded atmosphere despite the motel being very close to a major road. The people working there were delightful and helpful.

Our accommodations were perfect for our needs...somewhere clean and comfortable to crash while touring Sedona. The innkeepers were wonderful, and the continental breakfast was adequate. The hotel has a very 60's feel to it, but not in a bad way...it really is very quaintly vintage!

I was extremely impressed with the Baby Quail Inn. Though the room was very small, it was surprisingly well-maintained and SUPER clean. Even the vents and fan in the bathroom were clean! The bed was SUPER comfortable too! The hotel staff was GREAT! I can't remember the last time I was treated so good at a hotel! It's a great choice for a night or two stay with one or two people. Any more than that and I would choose somewhere else as the rooms are very small and there is no pool or fitness room.

Very enjoyable stay. Quite, clean, quaint and friendly staff make this an affordable accomodation in the Sedona area. Food, resorts, shopping and Oak Creek Canyon within a short distance.

Just an old fashioned place but very well maintained. Room was extremely clean, bed was comfortable and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would not hesitate to return or reccomend.

This is a very nice mom and pop type hotel that is located just off of the main roadway. The hotels setting is somewhat quaint and gives it a feel that you don't get from the big hotel chains. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a good breakfast. If the weather is warm, you can sit out on the patio and take it all in. I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Nice people, the owner is a hoot, and it is a decent facility but the price was a little high for the accommodations. For another $30 we had a suite at a golf resort for the next night.

Although it was't the most modern and roomy accommodations, it seemed to have everything we needed and the owners and help were very helpful and had some great incite regarding the area. The owners are very friendly and have a very interesting history to tell. You will enjoy them!!

Very nice, quaint hotel. Nicely manicured and maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rates were fantastic for a mother/daughter get away at the last minute. I/we will deffinately return.

This inn was adorable, clean, cute, and quiet. We met the owners during breakfast. They were two of the sweetest people my friend and I have ever met. We definitely will be staying here again.

Room was very clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient to everything. When I mentioned I have to leave beforre 4:00 AM, the manager provided me with breakfast items I could keep in my room for the next day. Bathroom had a Shower and large sink area. (My wife would have loved this.) Would highly recommend Baby Quail Inn to anyone.

This place was so cute and I might return if I visit Sedona again. The owners were so nice and the breakfast was awesome. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxed. The down-sides were that the A/C was really dusty, so I had a pretty bad sinus irritation for a few days after. The room was very noisy at night - this was the worst offender. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom in the morning.

Owners Dick and Misty are terrific people. You feel like part of their family throughout your entire stay! If you're lucky, Dick may indulge you with stories of his past. Rooms are minimal, but if you're anything like me, you don't go to Sedona to stay inside your room! All you need is a cheap room with a shower and a comfy bed -- exactly what the Baby Quail Inn provides. The terrific, friendly staff is a bonus. I will definitely be returning to the Baby Quail Inn next time I come back to Sedona.
