High quality of service and cleanliness of room at a very affordable price. Will definitely stay again.

I have stayed in this hotel many times and paid extra to stay in ocean view room but the view was not that great. I would not pay the extra money to stay in the ocean view room

Studio Apartment had all you needed for a comfortable stay. Close to restaurants and casino. Recommend to anyone

Great spot for Broadbeach, for food, beach, casino and easy pickups for tourist spots, driving to tourist spots if you have a car there is plenty of car parking at great rates. Or also everything is in walking distance. Studio rooms are great size with full fridge and small kitchen and best of all great beach views if you get beach side room.

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied with the hotel. Location is excellent. We were given a room with a disabled friendly bathroom without being told so next time I would request a standard bathroom. But other than that the room was excellent (studio) and had everything we needed. Definately would stay again for longer

Nice room with ocean view. Close to casino, shopping fair and near restaraunts and beach. Room smelt a bit musty but opening the balcony door solved this after a while. However, bathroom continued to smell musty the whole time. Only down side was that when we asked for a late checkout we were told they could only give us an extra half hour and after that they would have to charge us extra. Most other places will let you stay for free for a good few hours when there is no following booking.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples on 22nd & 23rd floors with great views of the ocean and Broadbeach skyline. Rooms were clean with good quality furniture. It was great having a choice of 2 pools (indoor & outdoor). Very happy with our stay, great value for money.

We were in the north tower and the noise from the air con whilst sitting on balcony is unbearable day after day Pool is in shade all afternoon from about 12.30pm

Amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff in a great location. Would stay at the meriton on my next trip to broadbeach!

A 30 Minute wait at check in at 3pm?? The room had a terrible view of the highway.. The WORST THING was the corridors and carpark HAVE NO AIRCON....it was very hot and uncomfortable.Room numbers should be more visible...A tv in the bedroom would have been good...Corridors had sensor lights kind of gloomy before they activate .Apart from that the bed was very comfortable the room very clean, recieption were very promt when i had a problem with the safe. I would stay again if I couldnt get into my favorite hotels...Price was very reasonable as well. :)

Comfortable and clean. Easy walk to beaches.

Would go back, enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and nice.

If I may request you to consider the following: 1. at check in, there was a long queue. we know it was a long week end but to wait more than an hour was not acceptable. 2. a harrassment episode occured right in front of our eyes. a young man with a beer can in his hand touched a young woman's leg (asian) and when he was confronted by the woman, he swore many times (4 letter words). your hotel staff didnt do much. we felt that your hotel staff should have called the police.... this sort of behaviours should be punished ..... should never be allowed!regards.

Staying at the Meriton Serviced Apartments was originally due to the price they had on offer for a studio apartment however I soon realised that the hotel was excellent. Perfect location, modern, clean and up to date with excellent service at reception. I would and have already reccomended this hotel to family and friends.

The TV was fixed to wall allowing only a good view from sofa. It would have been more practical to have been mounted on a moving arm to allow the TV to be directed to either the sofa or to the bed

Close to everything Broadbeach has to offer. Walking distance to Casino, Draculas, Shops, Restaurants and Beach. Great Rooms

Great location and room was all we required. It was a low floor so got a lot of noise from air conditioning vents from shops beside pool. No vanity under basin in bathroom was the only thing we thought it should have had. We would definitely stay there again but would ask for a higher floor.

Our stay was great - the operator that booked us into the hotel did a great job in finding us a place that was close to everything, the beach, restaurants bars and clubs, walking distance - the room was just what we wanted...we were very satisfied and happy..

very nice hotel with nice ocean view and large balcony. Very close and convenient location to our christmas party event at the casino. Lovely cafes, restaurants, bars and great shopping nearby.

Apartments were very clean, well maintained, modern and close to restaurants. Service excellent and efficient.

I booked this for a birthday present for my Dad. Mum and Dad stayed there and they both enjoyed the experience very much. The quality of service and the room's amenities were very high. Located near the cafes and restaurants at Broadbeach, and over the road from the casino and Pacific Fair, the Meriton was an ideal choice for my Mum and Dad who are elderly, as everything is in close proximity to the apartment complex and an easy walk to catch the monorail to the casino or dine locally. It has been a birthday to remember for my dad who is notoriously difficult to buy for and please. I'll be doing this again for next year.

When I walked into the room I was like OMG it was gorgeous! All the facilities you need with room to move. Staff were lovely and so helpful. Will definatley go back again. One very happy customer :-)

Frienly staff excellent service close to everthing and affordable

Overall the stay was fantastic, only downside was that the DVD player didn't work properly but we just watched TV which was fine.

Last minute booking that handled easily and without fuss- ended up with very comfortable room, in an excellent location
