We stayed a night before catching plane home next day. This is a great place for the price we paid. We arrived at Madrid airport at 9:30AM, the shuttle came within 10 min after the call and they let us check in early. The room was large, clean & bed very comfortable. The staff was most helpful. It was so quiet we could not believe it was next to busy freeway and airport. The only negative thing was nothing interesting around the hotel, so we took a taxi (20 euro) to downtown Madrid for a day of sightseeing. The buffet dinner and breakfast were both great. Next morning, the shuttle took us to the airport in 10 min. Great place.

We booked this hotel to take advantage of the airport shuttle the next day. It was the cheapest hotel we stayed at in Spain. The hotel exceeded my expectations with the courteous staff and large comfortable room. Unfortunately they had the Spanish hours for dinner as the restaurant didn't open until 8:30 PM so I had a wonderful room service brought to my room. The hotel is out near the airport, so not in the heart of things with respect to shops and restaurants, but a shopping Mall is within about a 10 - 15 minute walk through a safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Great airport stay! Very modern hotel. The only negative aspect is that their cafeteria is in the center of the hotel on which some room windows and hallways overlook. You then hear some noise from there. Nothing that you cannot deal with but should the hotel be very busy perhaps it would be loud enough. It is just different as it is not typical to find a setup like that in hotels. The value considering an ultra modern room for the price would get me to book again.

Nice hotel and good staff

Free shuttle to and from Airport. Accomodating staff. The room was luxurious and had a fridge, safe, comfortable bed, and all the amenities we could need. A short walk to a shopping mall. All of this at a 2 star price! We will stay here every trip to Madrid from now on!

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great. I highly recommend this hotel. We only stayed one night. There was a shuttle to the airport which is one of the reasons this hotel was selected.

This hotel was perfect for our purposes. We were completing a two week stay in various cities in Spain and just needed a place convenient to the airport for our flight back to the states. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The free airport shuttle ran on time and the service was great with English speaking desk clerks. The area around the hotel is industrial, but quiet. Only down side was there were no restaurants nearby except the hotel restaurant which turned out to be more than adequate.

This is a very well-kept hotel adjacent to Madrid's Barajas airport. It's a five-minute drive to the terminal. If you came to Madrid by train, just grab an airport express bus from Atocha station and have the hotel shuttle pick you up from the airport (call for a pickup, the phone number is posted by the shuttle waiting area). They'll return you to the airport via hotel shuttle that leaves on the hour. We were quite surprised how well-appointed the place was at the price point. It was flat-out nice. Before bed we had a drink at the bar just beyond the lobby, served up by one of the most pleasant bartenders we encountered in Spain. Location-wise, being near the airport is the ONLY thing going for this place; you're well outside of the city center. But if this is a first-stop, or last-stop in or out of Madrid, it's a great place to spend a night.

We stayed here as we had 9 1/2 hours before our onward flight to Miami. For the price we paid we were both pleasantly surprised by the standard of the hotel. It was near to the airport and the free shuttle service collected us and dropped us back early the next morning. The rooms were modern and clean with everything you would expect. The staff were courteous and very helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone needing a similar overnight at Madrid airport solution.

Coming from New England....thought of patronizing Nuevo Boston hotel. Really nice hotel. Courteous drivers and staff. Room and hotel was excellent. Will be there again next March!

This hotel offers a shuttle bus service from/to the airport. You need to call the hotel when you arrive at the airport. Room is spacious and clean but it is lack of a few things such as slippers, toothpaste & brush, hair conditioner, and coffee.

The hotel is great. Clean, comfortable and spacious. They provide a shuttle service to/from airport that was very easy. If you want to get to the city you will need to take a bus to a metro station and then take the metro to the city. It is easy to do but it will take you at least 25 minutes to go to the city center. I would stay here again for sure.

Staff was outstanding and very helpful. A business hotel but very tourist minded as well

The hotel was above expectations. The value was outstanding. The hotel is only three years old and the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. It is close to the airport and the parking garage in the basement has very parking slots. The morning breakfast buffet was great. We also ate at the dinner buffet and the variety and food quality was very good. The staff was very friendly and hotel was very quiet and clean. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good relation quality/price

This is a very convenient hotel for travelers needing to spend a night or two close to the Madrid airport. It is clean and attractive and offers 24-hour free pick up and delivery to the airport terminals. JR, San Francisco

The hotel is on the edge of MAD airport. However, the airport is so huge that the hotel is about 10 minutes drive - free shuttle service was a nice perq. One must call from the airport to alert the shuttle of a pickup and the shuttle leaves the hotel on the hour. The hotel service was excellent. The receptionist was helpful, professional, personable. My Spanish is deficient and her English excellent. The wait staff in the restaurant likewise. The hotel is very modern in decor, comfortable, and clean. Large bathroom with all conveniences. Comfortable, firm beds with choice of pillows. Food in restaurant was excellent, but pricey. Try to book with breakfast included, which is a great deal.

this is the 3rd. time I stayed at this Hotel NB and always it has beenEXCELENT all the way.They also have a very good restaurant nearby called ARTE-SANO where we ate twice and also very good.I will stay next time we go to Madrid

I must highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an overnight stay in Madrid (for an early flight the next day)or those who want to visit Madrid and are not too concerned with taking public transit into the city center (around 30-40 mins). The room size, cleanliness and transportation to and form the airport was great. Even the hotel breakfast buffet and picnic box (in case you have to leave before the buffet opens for your early flight) had good variety and taste. The best part of our stay was however, how helpful and nice the staff was. From helping us plan a route to the city center and other places, to getting us picnic boxes for our early flight on our last night, all the staff members were delightful and always ready to help. The Hotel is located in a calm neighbourhood very close to the airport (5 minutes car) ,bus stop (5 minutes walking) and from a large shopping mall (10 minute walk). The only issue encountered at the hotel was how slow the wifi worked, but on a side note, one cant really complain when such a service is free.

The hotel itself was excellent The neighborhood was commercial, but convenient to shopping and transportation. I would definitely stay there again. The price was a bargain.

I travel about 4 times years to Madrid and I stay lot round Barajas airoport this is best hotel ever form shutel driver to bar staff and front desk very clean and new and staff are very polite , and help full is walking distance to mall and shope , I stay again this hotel and I recomde it

I was very impressed with the hotel. It was well-designed, beautifully decorated with very spacious and clean rooms. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport, as well as to the city center of Madrid, which was the main reason why we chose to book this hotel. The staff was exceptional, though I only have one complaint. The times for the shuttle service to and from the city center were not very convenient, and you had to book your space in advance. We were told that the 8:45 pm shuttle was booked, leaving us no other option but to book the 12:45 am shuttle. After several hours in Madrid, we were ready to leave earlier so we thought that we would try our luck with the 8:45 pm shuttle, offering to stand on the bus if necessary. We arrived at the bus stop at 8:30 and waited until 9 pm. I then called the hotel to ask if the shuttle was running late. I was told that the time was 7:45, not 8:45. When we checked in, we were clearly told that the shuttle was for 8:45. Not wanting to hang around for 4 more hours, we found an airport express bus. The ride was only 5 euro each, so we took that to the airport and then called the hotel and had the shuttle pick us up from there. The bottom line is that the hotel should have at least 2 shuttle buses - one for the airport and one for the city, especially since it's far off of the Metro line. Despite the mixup with the times, we would stay here again.

We needed a hotel close to the airport to catch an early flight out of Madrid. They picked us up promptly from the terminal. The hotel was clean ad very nice. Rooms were very big for European standards and great bathrooms. Clean neat good selection of channels in English. Would stay there again

Thsi hotel is great, the staff excellent, and the location superb - near the airport (they have a complimentary shuttle, too), within walking distance to a huge mall (with plenty of restaurants), and close to public transportation (bus) to get downtown Madrid.

Room and hotel were beautiful. Room view overlooking a garbage dump was not.

Very helpful staff

The reception staff and the restaurant staff (especially Julio) were wonderful, helping us with smiles and good humor. The hotel is well maintained, attractive and comfortable. Although the hotel is located far from everything except the airport, we applaud the free weekend shuttle service that brought us to the city center and to the airport. We'd stay at Nuevo Boston again,

Nice hotel, good location near the airport, a small part for jogging, proximity to a big mall with food etc. The only problem was the shuttle between airport and hotel. It turned out that you have to call hotel for the shuttle to pick you up. The majority of the other hotels run the shuttle on schedule.. We waited for an hour before learned it. If you do not have a phone with you, you may be in trouble..

Perfect shuttle bus. Very comfortable. I stayed there twice, first time was perfect, second time there was a funny smell in the room and they couldn't really get rid of it. Dinner was ok, but breakfast is really good. I loved it.

We were only staying the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location was close to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent and on time. We had a late snack in the dining room and the wait staff were very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I liked everything except for the distance to the metro.

My boyfriend and I only stayed at Nuevo Boston for one night, but we really enjoyed it. The hotel was, nice, clean, and offered a free shuttle to the airport. I personally thought the room was gorgeous for the price and had everything we could ever need. I would definitely recommend it.

The free shuttle to/from the airport was VERY nice. The hotel also has a free shuttle to/from the city center of Madrid as well. Very new and modern, GREAT breakfast, and a lovely bar and pool to hang out at. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel!
