Sheraton has done an excellent job of remodelling this hotel.Great location with very helpful staff and good food.Lovely place to stay.

Our overall stay was pleasant with a few hiccups that were eventually taken care of by management.

Lovely location - my room had a beautiful view of the harbor and Peace River. Too bad they didn't put in a little balcony for each room -sigh-. The room was very clean, all supplies stocked and the bed was very very good!

Hotel rooms served it's purpose well. Would have been nice to have a refrigerator, and the batteries in the TV remote were almost dead. Channels didn't change easily. Otherwise bed was cozy and walk-in shower was superb.

Very nice. Disappointed there was no refrigerator in room. Loved the sliding door to bathroom. Where can I purchase that slider hardware??? I'm not kidding. If that could be answered, I would be grateful :-)

We loved the beauty of the hotel....the service was great..it did have piped in music which was annoying....the rooms were very beautiful in their design and we had a view of the harbor. The sound proofing was excellent also.

This hotel may not be the lowest priced hotel in Punta Gorda but in my opinion, it is the best value for the price in terms of service, maintenance, cleanliness and comfort.

great hotel with very pleasant room

The hotel was clean, but the room we stayed in had bare bones facilities, much like a dorm room or low-end state room. There were no drawers to put clothes in, just open shelves under the window seats. The bathroom door was suspended from a bracket and just slid over the opening offering only visual privacy. No towel racks, no counter space, If you opt to not have the linens changed daily, you will be given $5 incentive at the in-house restaurant, but then they do not even empty trash cans or restock coffee supplies. I'd stay again but not for more than a night or two.

Nice new hotel which was very clean and smartly decorated. Beds were very comfortable, no noise disturbances and AC worked great. Within walking distance to historic area of Punta Gorda (which is very small), including antique shops, consignment shops, little art galleries, and a few bars and restaurants. The hotel is on a busy highway just before the bridge to Port Charlotte. Traffic goes by very fast - so be careful walking.

From check-in till departure, everything was PERFECT! I have never been to a hotel as warm and welcoming as Four Points Punta Gorda Harborside. NEVER! Rooms were sparkling clean and the hotel restaurant staff and food were outstanding. Loved the band and scenary at the tiki bar, too! We will definitely stay again when in the area!

We had just spent a week in Miami at a well known hotel. Cannot compare the two hotels. Fourpoints was so much better. Looking forward to staying there again.

Lovely clean modern hotel with great views,staff and facilities.

Overall our stay at this hotel met our expectations for a Sheraton hotel. The only glitch was that there was no coffee available in the early morning on our departure day. My husband was told it would be out in a minute or two. He waited 10 minutes before returning to our room. When we returned to the lobby 20 minutes or so later for the baggage cart, there was still no coffee. It was available as we were checking out, but by then we weren't interested.

I would definetly stay at this hotel again, staff was friendly, tiki bar watching the sunset was an added plus!

The Hotel was very nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to many attractions including fishermans village. Could not have had a better time.

Totally re-done hotel, great for the money.

Fantastic Hotel, Staff, Location...etc

This hotel had just about everything you could want for the cost. Very clean, smelled amazing, room decor is creative and welcoming, and the staff was great. I was in a king room and the bed had 4 large, high quality pillows. Shower had impressive pressure and flow rate. Generally all the things that you expect from your four and five star establishments are here for a very reasonable rate. Do recommend.

Very pleased with hotel and staff. However after having an excellent dinner we had an awful overpriced breakfast. The potatoes were old and cold. The bacon was tissue thin and of course not capable of retaining heat. As a result we recommended that our friends not eat breakfast in your establishment.

this is the second time my wife and I stayed here. The staff remembered us and again, treated us with perfect service. you will love this place. The Wern is 2 blocks away and almost twice the price.

It was very nice - the rooms were clean and I felt like it was vacation and not an overnight stay

We had a very enjoyable stay. Centrally located. Views were very good. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant had good selections and food was of a good quality. Bar service was also very good.

this hotel GETS IT! The property is well appointed, upscale, and spotlessly maintained. The staff is courteous, attentive, and professional. In an area dominated by indifference, this hotel is a great find. For business travelers it is conveniently located just off of the I75 corridor and has excellent facilities to work and play.

I was shocked at the personal attention given me when I was asked what brought me to the hotel. I said I was there to visit a dying friend. The clerk, I believe her name was Laura ,showed so much concern and empathy and even gave me a hug before I went to my room. You are very lucky to have her on staff at your hotel.

Every thing was very well maintained and very personable staff,free bicycles for our entir stay,great pool and work out facility. Would highly recomend for any business travler.

Hotel new, very clean and comfortable. Reasonable rates. Stayed there for 3 days on business. Meals very good and consistent.

The hotel was on the bay, had small in hotel restaurant with simple but tasty food. Staff were friendly and helpful! Hotel is only three years old so very new rooms, clean, and fresh. Air conditioning cranking all over hotel so you got reprieve from muggy florida weather. great weight room and modest pool. Just be careful as hotel entrance is not well marked and it is right before bridge across bay. If you miss your turn in you have a fifteen minute ride across water to get back!!
