very well run hotel with great views to the harbour and all day sunshine.

The Inn is located right on Lewis Bay and is situated next to the Steamship Authority where you can catch the Fast Ferry or the vehicle ferry to Nantucket. The Inn was very clean and comfortable and is in a perfect location. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance or a very short drive. You're only a couple of blocks from the downtown, Main Street, area of Hyannis where there are shops and more restaurants. I would highly recommend the Anchor Inn and plan to stay there again.

Very comfortable bed and pleasant room. Unusually good taste for decor of room and comm areas. Nice breakfast & friendly staff. Walking distance to Steamship terminal.

This place is well maintained and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We happen to stay during a very cold week between xmas and new years so it was really difficult to assess the surrounding neighborhood but it seemed close to a small town, restaurants, etc. I would definitely go back here and would tell others as well.

Friendly, knowledgable staff with a beautiful room and view. Breakfast was wonderful.

Lots of little extras such as afternoon snacks, quality toiletries, goodie bag when leaving - all make the Anchor Inn that little bit special. Would certainly recommend and go back

Room was nice, comfortable, if a little small. AC unit was a bit loud and sounded like a jet turbine starting up (at first I thought it was one of the ferries). Nice reading room well stocked with a variety of games for those rainy days. Outside the grounds and heated pool were very well kept. I was amused to see both croquet and shuffleboard.

We loved it. Rooms were clean, well appointed. Hotel location was excellent as a base to explore Cape Cod region. Front desk staff, in fact almost all staff, ever cheerful and helpful!

This was a REAL find in Hyannis. Beautifully situated and reasonably costed. The hotel was nicely decorated and the rooms were roomy! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would give this a six (6) star rating. Looking forward to staying there again.

The Anchor Inn was perfect in every way - quiet, beautiful rooms with view, amazing service, helpful staff, and complimentary breakfast in the morning. And bathrobes! We would have liked a better view (the rooms on one side do not face the bay as directly as the other side), and the breakfast could have included hot options (like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc.) but what they had was satisfactory. We would definitely return; the location is ideal for exploring the Cape for a romantic weekend getaway. We wished we could have stayed longer!

love the place, we had to leave early due to the weather,so they gave us a credit towards your stay in december.

The only problem we had was the fact that there was no restaurant on the premises. The continental breakfast was good but we usually like to eat evening meals in the hotel. The front desk staff and the other staff were very good and helpful.

We had a great time at Anchor In. Very pleasant staff and room was clean, great shower, and comfortable bed. Balcony overlooked the harbor. The buffet self serve breakfast was just right. At night we sat in the library with my sister and her husband, had the fireplace on and celebrated her birthday. We walked to great restaurants. Close to town and many other sights like the Maritime Museum and the John F Kenedy museum. Ferry is just a short walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Anchor-in. It was nice and clean, beautiful view, and a really nice breakfast in the nice new kitchen and dining area. Very friendly staff.

Very friendly people. The room was newly renovated. Great location. Would definitely stay again.

This is a motel not a hotel, clean functional but no bar or restaurant as implied in the spec. Nice pool and view but a bit over priced. Not the place for young people, surrounding restaurants stop serving around 9.30 pm. Would recommend for the over 50's

It is clearly a hotel with higher ambitions than others in the area. Nice staff, clean and nicley decorated rooms, nice pool. Also walking distance to the harbor and city center. The only drawback was that there was no resturant or bar at the hotel. Bring your own :-)
