I was surprised at how clean/well-appointed the room was. I had a king-mini-suite, so it had microwave, fridge, bar sink. It was good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

We stayed here because we had been without power from Hurricane Sandy for a week and my wife needed someplace to hook into the internet for work. It was a bit of a trek for us but when we got there it was well worth it. We ended up staying an extra night from the storm and the staff was very accommodating to our late checkout request. I would definitely stay there again.

Carpets were stained and dirty.we asked for ours to be cleaned, but it never was. The floor was never vacuumed. The carpet in the elevator was very, very dirty. The personnel were very attentive

Helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Nice breakfast. My only issue was that my GPS didn't recognize the hotel address. After I arrived the hotel staff gave me a nearby road to use as the address for the GPS.

Not dirty but not spectacularly clean either. The hotel could use some renovating.

THE ROOM WAS POORLY VENTED. THE BED WAS HARD AND HAD A PLASTIC SHEET ON IT WHICH MADE YOU SWEAT WHEN YOU SLEPT. THE HALL WAYS SMELLED MUSTY AND THE STAIRWELL SMELLED OF URINE. POOR TELEVISION SERVICE. THEY RAN OUT OF FOOD FOR THE FREE BREAKFAST. POOR PLANNING

We were looking for a nice little quiet get away without spending a lot. This was just the ticket. Quiet surroundings and not to busy inside made for a great night's sleep and a very relaxing time.The complimentary breakfast, while no"dining experience" was more than adequate and filled us up enough with a hot meal to carry us to our next destination. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even small touches like the pillows being marked with firm or soft.

Nice hotel if you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Hershey Park, which is about 25 minutes away. Great location with plenty of areas to eat in vicinity. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was cool for an overnight visit. The rugs and top blanket had stains but it wasn't a deal breaker. Reasonable price and kids loved the pool.

My stay at the hotel was great! What was not great at all was the representative from Hotels.com!! She was very rude and I most likely will never book a room through your services again because of her. It was my first expreience, and my last. She "verified" the room would be two full size beds, but when we got to the hotel, they said there were no two bed rooms available, only a King size bed. Your representative should not have told me it was two beds if she couldn't stand by that. The hotel desk clerk was very kind and was very apologetic for your services. Extremely disappointed and will tell everyone I know not to book through your website.

Took the kids to Hershey Park for the weekend. It was their first hotel stay and the room was great. We loved the indoor pool and free breakfast. About 20 min from Hershey Park!

The hotel was lovely - enjoyed the breakfast with its variety of choices - only negative comment was the number of red stains on the carpet in our suite. The linens etc were clean but the stained carpet was not pleasant. Overall a satisfactory stay - would book again.

Everything was good. Clean, comfortable, quiet area. The only thing is I would have liked to have better coffee at breakfast, the one they served was watered down. The breakfast choices were ok but would have like to see some fruit offered. Besides that nothing to complain about. We will be staying there again.

Very clean and accommodating - I needed a rollaway and they were able to upgrade our room to accommodate rollaway bed . Also fresh coffee available 24/7;). Continental breakfast included was decent.This hotel and staff exceeded our expectations

It was good other than no TV working in the room the first day.

Overall the hotel was very clean. However, our air conditioner was not working properly and while the room was not burning up it was not cool either. The breakfast was average for the price of the room. The immediate neighbourhood directly around the hotel was OK but just up the street was a strip club and the area did not make me feel at ease. I would not stay in this hotel again mostly because of where it was located.

the rooms smelled very clean and good , the breakfeast was delicious , the pool is amazing for kids , i have two girls and they did not want to get out of the pool. the nieghborhood was very quiet.

We were very pleased with this hotel. We are very particular about cleanliness and it was very well kept. The breakfast was much better than other continentals we have had. The room was clean, nice and bright. Beds were not terribly comfortable, but we managed. The only complaint we had was that the pool was cold. We book a hotel with a pool for our kids and it was very cold. We talked with hotel staff and were told that they were having difficulty with the element, so it may get fixed soon. That was our only issue. Nice place...would stay there again.

Overall, my hotel stay was good. But the rugs and shower curtains were old. The bed/ pillows were very comfortable and most of the room was pretty clean. The cleaning staff was very polite, and the other staff were alright. Breakfast was tasty. The surrounding neighborhood is kind of creepy maybe because I'm a suburban/ urban gal.

We just stayed one night, but we found everything acceptable given the price. Everything was clean adn there was free hot breakfast in the morning. No hassles or waiting.

The room had stink bugs which landed on us while sleeping. We had already killed 4 prior to going to bed. The manager said this was known and all of the rooms had them. The ceilings were stained and the drapery torn. The single chair was also old and torn.

We stay at this hotel each year when we visit friends and family. The following would improve our stay: a. Better lighting in the rooms. (Light too dim to read by) b. If someone is staying more than 1 night, it would be nice if the newspaper was delivered to your room. c. Would like to have fresh fruit on the breakfast bar.

We were very happy with this hotel. Very clean, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about surrounding resturaunts. Would definately stay there again.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great and convenient!! Our room was very large and for the most part clean, but I fell that it could be cleaned better!! Overall a great place to stay and would recommend it!!

I absolutely LOVED staying in this hotel. It is new and fresh and clean. The bedding was exceptional with wonderful pillows and soft comforters. I slept like a baby. Alicia and Joanna were excellent receptionists and took care of our every need. I really appreciate how they went above and beyond the call of duty. I am only sorry that it will be another year until I can get back to Lebanon!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I read previous reviews and they were all true. It was clean, clean, clean. The people were very nice and helpful. Would I stay there again, yes, yes, yes.
