שירות נהדר לחלוטין, החדר היה מדהים. כמה דברים שלא מצאו חן בעינינו היו הכריות, נייר הטואלט הזול ובשביל המחיר ששילמנו הנוף לא היה טוב.

קראתי את הביקורות וראיתי את כל 5 הכוכבים מהמבקרים הקודמים. אני לחלוטין מסכים! אנחנו ביקשנו לא להיות ליד המעלית כאשר עשינו צ'ק אין. הם שידרגו אותנו לסוויטת the Gold Coast.

צוות המלון היה מאוד חברותי, מועיל ואדיב. אם בחדר היה חסר משהו, הצוות היה מוכן להשיג או להביא אותו בשבילך. המיקום היה פנטסטי- קרוב למסעדות נהדרות ורק כמה רחובות Michigan Avenue ב-Gold Coast.

זאת הייתה השהות הראשונה שלי אבל אהבתי אותו יותר מה-Ritz Carlton וממלון W. החדרים הם יפים, מאוד גדולים ומעוצבים טוב, נקיים ביותר עם שירותים גדולים. השירות גם הוא היה ללא רבב, גם בדלפק הקבלה וגם השוערים. הבעיות היחידוות שהיו לי הן: 1. חדר הכושר לא פתוח 24 שעות, הוא נסגר ב-22. ו-2. החדר שלי ככל הנראה נצבע לאחרונה והיה לו מעט ריח של צבע אבל זו רק בעיה שמנית. אני אשהה כאן שוב, מלון נהדר בסך הכל.

הנקודה השלילית היחידה: אין מזנון ארוחת בוקר, רק מאכלים אמריקאיים טיפוסיים.

שירות נהדר והחדר הוא סטודיו עם עוד מרחב. המיקום לא טוב אבל ה- Lexus יכול לקחת אותך ל- CBD. מאוד ממליץ על המלון הזה.

שירות חברותי ומדהים, מלון יפה עם הרבה מתקנים במיקום נהדר במרכז העיר. הייתי כאן בשביל עסקים אבל אני בוודאות אביא לכאן את בעלי בשביל סוף שבוע של כיף בפעם הבאה שאנחנו בשיקאגו. לוח הזמנים שלי גרם לכך שהייתי שם ב12 בצהריים והם אפילו נתנו לי לעשות צ'ק אין 3 שעות מוקדם יותר, ללא טרחה בכלל. שירות מעולה.

מלון The Elysian היה ללא דופי והצוות היה מאוד מועיל ואדיב. צ'ק-אין עבר בצורה מאוד חלקה והם עזרו בכל דרך אפשרית על מנת להפוך את החוויה לטובה ביותר שניתן. מסעדת The Balsan שנמצאת שם, הייתה פשוט מדהימה!!! אכלנו שם בראנץ', ארוחת צהריים וארוחת ערב בזמן השהות שלנו. כל הצוות, מהמארח, הברמן ועד לצוות המלצרים ווידאו כי החוויה שלך שם היא הטובה ביותר!!! האוכל היה מצוין והשירות ללא רבב. מהיר, חברותי ולא הרגשת שמאיצים בך בכלל. אני בוודאות אשהה שם שוב ואני מאוד ממליץ על המלון הזה לכל אחד!!! אם היה דירוג של 1,000,000 כוכבים הם בוודאות היו מקבלים אותו!!!!

במילה אחת- נפלא- שווה כל אגורה- אני עוד אחזור!!

אשתי ואני מבקרים בשיקאגו לעיתים קרובות. אני במקור משם ואוהב לבלות שם בכל שנה. אנחנו שהינו במספר מלונות, ו-the Elysian היה החוויה הטובה ביותר שהייתה לנו... בכלל! לא רק בשיקאגו אלא בכל עיר. הצוות היה מדהים! הם זכרו את השמות שלנו, היו מוכנים מעל ומעבר לעזור לנו בכל הבקשות, רכב המלון אף הסיע אותנו לארוחת הערב שהמלון הזמין בעבורנו. החדרים היו נוחים בצורה שבלתי תאמן... ופעמון הדלת היה נחמד מאוד מאחר והיינו שם עם עוד חברים. האוכל של שירות החדרים היה טוב יותר מכל מקום אחר שהייתי בו. הספא היה בלתי ייאמן,. חדר הכושר היה בלתי ניתן לתיאור, הנופים היו נהדרים! כמו כן, בסוף השבוע הזה היה Lalapaloza. כמה מהלהקות שהו במלון באותו הזמן שאנחנו היינו שם. הם אף פעם לא התייחסו לאשתי ולי, או למישהו מהקבוצה שלנו, בצורה שונה, עם כל ההמולה. זה היה מרשים בעיניי מאחר ואשתי ואני מחזיקים במסעדה של מולטי-מיליונים ואף פעם לא הרגשנו שהשהות שלנו, העסקים שלנו או החוויה פחותים משל האורחים המפורסמים. הגישה לאזור הקניות, למסעדות פנטסטיות ול-Michigan Ave הייתה במרחק של רחוב אחד. כולם צריכים לשהות כאן בזמן זה או אחר. אני אף פעם לא רושם ביקורת מאחר ואני יותר מדי עסוק... אבל הייתי חייב הפעם. אני בוודאות אחזור לחברים שלי ב- the Elysian! שוב תודה.

It's a rare and wonderful thing when the only negative things you can think of to say are that the concierge forgot to call me back once and they forgot my morning paper one of the days during my stay! Beautiful hotel with legendary service. The fitness facility is small and busy but was more than adequate and they were great about even offering towels and water while you are getting into your workout. the location is fantastic and right where I wanted to be amidst great shopping and fantastic eating. The concerige was helpful and attentive. It was a great stay!

good location, good service, great room. Big fan of the fire place in the room and TV in the bathroom.

Do yourself a favor, stay here.Extremely convenient, drop dead gorgeous rooms with huge space and the very best of staff. We have probably never been treated more graciously . If I could find a negative item I would mention it but I cant and I am quite picky. Oh Ok, the electric light switches in the suites are a bit off putting initially but you figure them out.

This is by far my favorite hotel in Chicago . The hotel is in a excellent location . Right next to Rush street and 2 blocks from Michigan Ave. I travel every single week ! I love it when I enter the hotel and I'm greeted by "welcome back" . I travel with a French bulldog which is my service dog. The hotel staff couldn't of been more accommodating . I will ALWAYS stay at this hotel when I'm in Chicago . Beautifully appointed rooms and spa facilities. Mini kitchen in every room. Large bathrooms ! The hotel staff is not allowed to accept tips?!!! "It's part of our service" Excellent Motto. Although I still slip them a $20 here and there.

Always stay at Waldforf in NY, first time in Chicago, awesome as always!

My wife and I stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for a brief weekend getaway from our home in the Chicago north suburbs. The hotel is beautiful, immaculate, classy, comfortable, and the location is convenient to Chicago's best shopping and dining. Upon checking in we were asked if we needed help with dinner reservations. I asked that they simply confirm the reservation that I made via a popular online reservation site. The gentleman at the front desk, Roman, said he would confirm and call our room to advise us. A few minutes later, after a quick and easy check-in process, Roman called and regrettably informed us that the restaurant had no record of our reservation and quickly offered their service securing one. Given that it was Valentines weekend this was sure to be no easy task. However, within 30 minutes, Roman and the Concierge (I forget his name but he was tremendous) had secured 4 reservations at the time we wanted at a range of restaurants that met the criteria we requested. We chose one, they cancelled the rest and my wife and I had an extremely enjoyable evening. I cannot say enough about the friendly, attentive and professional staff at the WA. We will definitely return...

This hotel is the best

This is a wonderful, gracious and supremely comfortable hotel. We had a great stay with only praise for the superb staff.

Luxurious hotel with a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere and outstanding service. Part hotel, part luxury apartments, all first-class without being "stuffy". Great location in North downtown Chicago, just off magnificent mile and very close to lake shore. Spa is beautiful. Fitness center is a bit small for this class of hotel. I suggest expanding the cardio/weight area and shrinking the pilates area for a better space tradeoff. Also add big windows to overlook the courtyard/city.

Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria January 2 - 5. We had an amazing rate for a king suite with a living area and fireplace. Perfect for our family of three. The pool was wonderful. My daughter forgot her goggles but not a problem as the hotel had goggles available. The child size robe and slippers were also nice touches. We had our dog with us who also had a wonderful stay. We couldn't hear any street noise and the curtains kept us from being disturbed by the sunrise. One evening the fireplace's pilot light went out and within minutes of calling the desk, maintenance was there to remedy the situation. The service was spot on from a friendly, polite and professional staff.

The Waldorf Astoria Chicago is simply the most elegant and enjoyable hotel experience I've ever had. The suite was majestic and was more than I could have ever expected. It's hard to find any faults with the experience but if I had to find something I'd say the fitness center is a bit cramped for a hotel this size. They might consider adding a few more benches and free weights in the exercise area but otherwise my stay was superb. The location doesn't get any better.

This hotel was everything I wanted it to be. Staff was curtious, polite and kept the chat to a minimum. We had drove all day and the light at the end of the tunnel was our King Suite. Everything in the room was spotless. It actually exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in many other 5diamond properties and I think this is my absolute favorite. There was not a crumb or a hair out of place. We were only there for one night. We also were celebrating a birthday and on our way to dinner. Well, when we asked for a cab to the restaurant they pulled around their limousine and chauffeured the two of us right to the front door. I am in my early twenties and although affluent, sometimes customer service isn't the best towards my generation. Well, I'm pleased to say the Waldorf Astoria was impeccable in every way. My one teensy quip would be that the door men who usher you to the vehicle are not allowed to receive tips. A little strange but they're happy to help regardless. A great reason to visit Chicago!

We had a one day trip and everything was perfect. Room was beautiful and the service was outstanding. It's not inexpensive, but you certainly understand why.

A very pleasant hotel with excellent staff. No one would accept a tip if you tried. "No, it's our pleasure sir", was the response from the staff when offered a tip. The surrounding restaurants and vendors are top notch and easily within walking distance. The hotel restaurant served the most amazing eggs benedict and the fingerling potatoes are unlike anything you've ever had. The spa was welcoming and very well equipped. The eucalyptus steam room was a highlight for me. Overall a wonderful experience.

Love the hotel. The only place to stay in downtown Chicago.

Friends from Chicago recommended the Waldorf. It is a very impressive hotel. Loved the circular driveway. The staff were all very attentive and helpful. You can tell customer service is hardwired in the staff. We called to have the fireplace turned on and they were up in minutes to take care of it. The location was excellent, real close to everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Wonderful room and attentive service. Lap pool is small, but the spa and workout equipment are new.

Everything about this hotel is great! The pricing was very reasonable too, for a complete 5 star place all the way.

very disappointed! room was not ready when we arrived i was told room was to be ready by 3pm and we were still in teh lobby at 530!!!!totally unacceptable!!!!

The hotel was unbelievable! Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Location is perfect in gold coast. Close to shopping and dining. Would definitely stay again!
