Clean room. Beautiful view from the room. Love it. The only complain that we have is that the we didn't get room service for our two day stay there.

Solid value, extremely clean and well-equipped, away from traffic yet 5 minutes from town. Would definitely return.

Great location, very comfortable, everyone was friendly and the condo was very clean and well equipped. Nice size development with only 82 units. We particularly liked the jacuzzi tub on our private balcony.

These are self-catering units with kitchens, no maid service unless especially requested. The setting is unique, on a small peninsula in Ucluelet Bay. Wooded, private, very quiet, surrounded on 3 sides by the water. Kayaks are available for your use. A private hot tub on your deck is a nice extra. This is a stunning area (Tofino, Ucluelet) for hikers, beach lovers (as in surfing and crashing waves) and natural beauty.

the only thing was that I was glad we didn't have our large pick up truck as it would not have fit in the parking spot. (203) Would have even been conjested with the car if there were more of the spots being used. Beautiful place. We were very comfortable.

The initial room was probably as described, but very disappointing -- balcony (was in fact a half balcony, with room for only one chair, and dark); the view promised was a small view of water - when the tide was in). After paying an additional $40 I was upgraded to a very very nice suite -- full bedroom, dining room, kitchen, living room, big balcony and much better view. Other than the need to upgrade, my stay was very enjoyable.

this place was awesome what I thought was a 2 room hotel room turned out to be a 2 bedroom apartment it was great to have a full kitchen and a livingroom area for quiet evenings by the fire with a spectacular view of the water and all the nature the beds were very comfortable and the hot tub on the deck was a real treat I definitely would recommend this place and will be back again on an extra note they have a spa there and I went for a massage that was divine :-)

This was a get away weekend during the Whale Festival. I'm a solo traveller and found this to be a wonderful setting. You have to drive to most spots to see in Ucluelet including the beaches and the trails, but that could be said about all locations - and this setting is worth that. Really nice rooms and gorgeous harbour views. The longer I gazed the more I saw - crab trap floats, boats, seals, kayakers, fog, rainbows. Highly recommended!

great time staying here. drove up from nanaimo for a night. easy to get to, big rooms with amazing views. we loved the outdoor jacuzzi, went in from midnight til 2am and received no complaints. the only downside is parking can be tricky, had to park down the driveway and walk one night due to no spots open.overall one of the best experiences in a hotel i have had. gorgeous rooms comfy beds and great views. perfect.

Was ok. Room could use new flooring. Nice having full kitchen.

Lovely area, quiet and great entertainment watching eagles,harbour seals,sea lions from the deck. Definitely stay again, 1 bedroom suite had everything you need. Great restaurants close by as well.

Nice suite, but we had plumbing issues and the wifi sucked. Neighborhood a little weird.

We stayed in a suite for a couple of days and couldn't have been any happier with what we got for the price we paid.

Everything was great except the wooden bed frame was extremely noisy. On night two we moved the mattress to the floor and it was much better.

we've been happy, but summertime has to bee checked! Shower didn't worked otimal

Beautiful suite right on the water, private outdoor seating area, lovely decor with all the necessities for a comfortable stay including a full kitchen. Only complaint was that the hot water ran out before the large, deep bath tub was full.

Love it here second time staying here and will be back no complaints. Amazing views quiet and relaxing place, love the jetted tub. See you again soon!

Had a lovely couple nights in a one bedroom luxury suite. The suite was great with an amazing sea view. Only complaint is the tv in the room was an old tube thing and had horrible sound problems. Full kitchen was awesome and bed was comfortable. Tub on the deck was great too.

was OK but the bed and TV were on the small side - not the same as advertised - no tub on the deck and room was smaller

Huge condo. full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace. Cheaper then black rock. Stinky walk around the harbour, not a far walk. Great Staff and Very comfy rooms.

Room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Restraunt closed. Location was great!!

We loved the location. It was serene and beautiful.

The staff and the hotel were excellent. Adam went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable.

Pull-out couch bed exteremely uncomfortable. could not have done a second night. Crippling!

Just what we wanted - quiet, relaxing and comfortable.

Great place to stay, free kayaks and bikes. VERY clean. Only problem: no recycling! For a hotel nested in nature, I'd expect more...

I was impressed with the accomodations. It was so peaceful with a view of the inlet. The staff were helpful and recommended restaurants and walking trails.

Overall clean and friendly. Things are as expected in a 3-star hotel with better view and location. I would recommend it. Down sides are physically small beds, physically small plumbing fixtures, some stains on the carpet, and burnt pots and pans.

Great location and the view is great. There's a jetted tub on the deck for great relaxation. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Spa is located on premises. Amenities available like kayak and bike rentals. Would definitely recommend this resort.

Cleanliness of room/hotel was spotless Quality of service, hotel staff was friendly, hours are short from 8-8pm, but works Hotel amenities, complimentary kayaks and bicycles Hotel location, one half hour from Tofino, yet minutes to Pacific Rim National Park

If you are looking for tranquility and Harbor views, this is the place.

The room was great. The only thing that I could say is that it could have used some new carpet, but everything else was very nice. It is situated on an inlet right in downtown Ucluelet. 10 minutes to awesome surfing and beaches.

The hotel has a great location, wonderfully designed rooms and nice staff. The only thing I really had issues with was the pull-out-sofabed that was horribly uncomfortable. Having asked for a 2-bed-room and then not being able to use it was not a good experience.

It was a great stay, the only thing was is that they were very stinchy with shampoo and soap! Also, they have very limited housekeeping, you have to do your own cleaning. Otherwise the room and view was great.

Staying in a condo was much better than staying in a one room Motel.

The hotel is very cozy and clean. The only concern is that we were offered a special rate online and fully charged by hotel.com when booking it but the resort manager told me a different rate was showing in the system which really worried me as I don't want to be double charged by both hotel.com and the resort. By the time we left the resort, the staff told me that she was not notified about this investigation as promised by the manager and assured me that there should be only one charge through my visa account. Better to confirm the special rate with the resort before you go.

I am satisfied with everything, but the internet was very poor. other than that it was just what I was looking for

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and carpets look like they need replacing (or maybe a good cleaning), but overall we were quite happy with the hotel. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.
