I stay here for business about once a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Room is always clean and well maintained. No complaints.

The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive. The service was excellent. We very much enjoyed stay here. We also had friends who lived near by that came over to visit and we were very comfortable in our room. The location of the hotel was very convenient to restraurants and a shopping mall.

Excellent Hotel !! If you are on Middle Class budget, it CANNOT get better than this hotel. Everything if perfect. Great Rooms. Cleanliness, the best you can get. Full Kitchen. Good Bath. Decent Breakfast. What more do you want? For the same money I have stayed in other hotels in DFW and found Roaches in there. Book this one and you won't go anywhere else in Dallas !!

This is my 2nd time staying here and if i ever have to stay in the area again i will choose this hotel. It's great.

Convenient location to many local restaurants and shopping opportunities. Complimentary breakfast and free internet were excellent services. Staff was friendly and always accommodating. Tim even offered to shuttle myself and my colleague to a close local restaurant after check in. He even picked us up after our business dinner was over. Excellent experience and will recommend to my organization a top hotel when we are in Dallas.

The only reason I have it 3 stars for the service was bcuz my room didn't get cleaned, but the beautiful clean rooms made up for it! Highly recommend this hotel! Very modern, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops & very very fashionable in the decor! Absolutely loved it!

One of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Very personalized and caring. Even had a call from the front desk about how we liked our room and anything needed.

Goal was to be near relative's apt (across the street) and feel safe as well as comfortable (female traveling alone). This was accomplished with flying colors. Studio suite had Fridge, sink, dishwasher, supplied dishes/cutlery, and a two-burner cooktop to boot. Room was clean and quiet - even though I was next to stairwell and across from elevator. Breakfast was excellent. I was very pleased and would definitely stay her again.

I had to travel to the Lewisville area to meet with family members. I dreaded the trip, but the room at this hotel was so very comfortable and clean -- it made my trip so much better. This hotel more than met my needs. I'll definitely be staying here again! Oh, and one other thing-- It is located not too far from the mall, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Room fit all of our needs. Very nice. Needed a few more wash cloths. More towels than cloths.

Facility was very nice. People were outstanding.

The facility was wonderful, and the staff went the extra mile. They started breakfast 30 minutes early on Saturday to accomodate guest schedules. My only suggestion is that they should have available at least one blanket set for each guest. With soccer and debate teams occupying many rooms on a Friday night, the facility ran out.

Never stayed at a Towne Place Suites before, so we didn't know what to expect. We were very pleased with the every aspect of our stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. When we left, it was as clean as when we arrived, so I was confused when my deposit was not returned. Which nearly doubled the cost of the room.

Great location. Nice, clean room. Bed was not very comfortable.

We enjoyed the stay very much and would stay there again without hesitation.

Our family chose to stay at this hotel because of the great reviews it received on the multiple websites I had researched. We were in town for a wedding in nearby Corinth and were impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The staff is very nice, courteous, and accomodating and the free breakfast offered every morning was good. The employee that handled the breakfast area was very efficient at her job and cleaned and re-stocked the breakfast area well, even when it was crowded. The hotel is also located in a very convenient location where many stores, restaurants, and even a mall are in close proximity. However, if you forgot to pack something, you don't even need to go out to buy it. Chances are, the little 'store' they have in the lobby will sell it! We had a small issue during our stay and were impressed by the general manager, Lori Jaso's, handling of it. Customer service and satisfaction are definately valued here! We would definately stay here again and recommend this hotel and chain to others.

The stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This would have been a perfect stay except for the misinformation. I called prior to booking the room to ensure they had a pool. They informed me that it was an outdoor pool but that it was heated and open for use. I would not have considered a hotel without a usable pool because this was spring break for my children and I had promised them lots of swimming. When we went to the pool it felt ice cold. I talked to the office and they said they would heat the pool up. We continued to check and it never warmed to a safe temperature. We were coming and going, so we couldn't just wait around everytime we were at our room for the water to eventually warm up. My kids remind me constantly that I should have just stayed where we have in the past since they had a good pool and we could swim when we wanted.

This hotel is very nice. The room was very clean and neat. We were in town for a volleyball tournament that was only a mile and a half from the hotel. Breakfast was standard but breakfast area was very clean and neat and wait staff was very helpful and accomodating. Great area by the mall with lots of choices for dining.

I stayed at this Hotel on business, however I would reccomend this hotel for family trips as well, the rooms were big and spacious. Really enjoyed myself.

I would highly recommend this Hotel to all my friends that will ever visit the Lewisville, Carrollton Texas area. I stayed here for 2 weeks for relocation and was very satisfied! I loved the professionalism of the front desk clerks. They greeted me with a smile and were very helpful in upgrading my room with no hassel, no problem. One imparticular clerk, I believe her name was Sandy. She helped me and my children out a great deal. Thanks a million TownPlace Suites!! I will come time and time again!!

convenient location new clean nice, helpful staff My only complaint--the bed was not too comfortable.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 small children (2 and 4 years old). The hotel was immaculate and the location was perfect. Easy access to the airport and all the various suburbs. Visited the acquarium downtown in less than 20 minutes. Would highly recommend it.

Breakfast was pretty light, but the rooms were nice and the staff was comfortable. The beds were a little "bouncy", but comfortable. We enjoyed it and would stay there again if the need arose. The best part, since travelling with our daughter and a friend of hers was that we could get a 2 room suite relatively cheaply.

we spent 12 days at Townplace suites for a family vacation and the firt thing that was obvious to us was the picture perfect rooms whih where as displayed on the internet.....unlike others misleading websites. All the amenities were functional and excellently maintained. The staff were courteous and pleasantly nice and help... Lisa stood out because she made feel very comfortable and provided more than enough info.. about the places of interest we had mentioned to here. The hotel is nices located near easily connections with all te places of attractions mentioned. it was worth every minute and cash spent of the stay . It is indeed family friendly .....

Very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff and right next to the mall....what more do you need! We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

We stayed in the 2Bdrm suite it was awesome! Fully furnished kitchenette and full size refrigerator was great to have in the room. The staff was very nice and helpful in letting us know about great restaurants and other attractions in the area. We will definitely be back.
