Hotel Gardenia & Villa Charme - ברדולינו

we were in the main hotel which is very charming.The hotel staff were very welcoming & friendly and the hotel room very clean & comfortable. we were given a glass of prosecco on arrival which was a nice touch. it was about 10 mins walk along lake to bardolino where you can take a boat trip to any of the other towns on the lake.Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in; this is not about the facilities this is about how we were made to feel. From the minute that we set foot in the hotel we were greeted with smiles and conversation. we had arrived early but the staff bent over backwards to get our room ready and we were given a complimentary drink and information about Bardolino: facilities the hotel could offer, how to get to Bardolino, a map of the surrounding area and restaurants we could get discount in because we were staying at the hotel. The room was one of their newer rooms which was modern, clean and and very comfortable. It was also kept clean daily. Booking through Hotels.com we didn't get breakfast as part of the price but for 9 Euros you could really fill your boots, setting you up for the day perfectly. The food was great, varied, and once again the staff couldn't do enough for you. The hotel has two pools and we didn't have any trouble finding a sunbed to enjoy the Italian sunshine. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk to Bardolino but what a walk, alongside the shores of Lake Garda, beautiful. You also have a Lidl about 2 minutes away should you want water, snacks or those essentials you forgot to pack. Next to the Lidl is an ATM which is handy as the ATMs in Bardolino always had a long queue, we found. All in all the Hotel Gardenia and Ville Charme made our stay perfect.

I cannot recommend enough this fantastic hotel. Riccardo and his team are always on hand to help with advice on where to eat and what to see and also helpful guides and maps of the area. The hotel serves a great and varied breakfast and with two pools, hot tub and spa there is always the option of a relaxing rest day. Bardolino centre is a mere 10 minute stroll along the lakeside promenade and is a great place to explore the wider Garda area from, with lots of lovely restaurants and gelatos! We loved our stay and will definately be back!

Fabulous hotel, friendly staff, beautifully clean. Deserves to be 4/5 star on small hotels. It is just as the reviews on this site have described. Excellent. Do ask for a second mattress topper if find mattress a bit hard. Would recommend to all my friends.

the hotel staff were great, very helpfull and polite, they couldnt do enough for you, the hotel is in a good location just a minute away from the main road, the hotel was clean and tidy and the room got cleaned every day, it was a 10 minute walk into bardolino

sehr gute wahl. spaziergang dem seeufer entlang 15 minuten ins hübsche dorfzentrum. hotel sehr freundlich, gepflegt. vilia mit pool unmittelbar beim hotel. verblüffend: geschenk 1 flasche familieneigenes olivenöl zum abschied.

Der Aufenthalt im Gardenia Hotel war absolut perfekt! Da das Hotel nicht extrem groß ist, ist auch das Personal unglaublich freundlich und es herrscht ein familiäre Atmosphäre. Jeder Wunsch wurde berücksichtigt und sogar Sonderwünsche waren kein Problem. Das Frühstückbuffet lies ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen und das Zimmer war absolut sauber. Selbst der Teppichboden hatte nicht einen Fleck, was für ein Hotel definitiv aussergewöhnlich ist. Das einzig gewöhnungsbedürftige ist der Straßenlärm, der in der Nacht bei offenem Fenster anfangs störend wirkt. Man gewöhnt sich nach einigen Nächten jedoch daran. Dafür liegt das Hotel nur ca. 3 Minuten vom Strand entfernt und selbst am Hauptplatz der Innenstadt ist man schlendernd zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Top service und ein tolles zimmer. Leider zählt bardolino aber nicht zu den schönsten ecken am gardasee

Detta hotell var en underbar avslutning på vår Italienresa, men varför har "alla" hotell i Italien så stenhårda madrasser?

Vaikka olin arvosteluista lukenutkin Gardenian hyvästä palvelusta ja yleisestä tasosta kolmen tähden hotellille, olin silti todella positiivisesti yllättynyt! Saavuimme hotellille kuumimpaan aikaan ja ensimmäisenä meidät vastaanottanut nainen tarjosi lasit viileää proseccoa ja näytti tämän jälkeen henkilökohtaisesti huoneemme Villan puolella. Huone oli pienehkö, mutta todella siisti ja riittävä kahdelle hengelle. Aamiainen oli yksi parhaista Italiassa saamistani ja myös poolbar oli kohtuullisen hintainen. Parasta Gardeniassa oli kuitenkin ihan mahtava henkilökunta; Nicola ja kumppanit saivat jokaisen vieraansa tuntemaan tervetulleeksi ja viihtymään, kielitaitoa riitti sekä sujuvaan saksaan että englantiin ja suositukset ruokapaikoista ja viinitiloista osuivat nappiin. Tähän hotelliin menisin uudelleen!

Very clean very friendly service exelent breakfeast.feel at home.

Sauberes Hotel, Staff war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind etwas klein und haben nur eine freie Steckdose + 1 im Badezimmer. Frühstück ist o.k. Grösstes Manko: Wir waren am 26.10.2011 dort und das Jacuzzy war noch nicht in Betrieb. Finde ich schade wenn man auf der Homepage damit Werbung macht müsste man vielleicht angeben von wann bis wann es zur Verfügung steht. Wir haben das Hotel primär aus dem Grund gebucht. Ansonsten sicher weiter zu empfehlen. Gäste praktisch nur Deutsche und Östreicher

Dette er et pragtfuldt velholdt og charmerende hotel i gåafstand til byen. Mellem søen og hotellet er der en ret trafikeret vej, der specielt i weekenderne kan være svær at komme over. Hotellets service er i et niveau helt for sig selv. Altid glad og smilende personale, der gør en dyd ud af at gæsterne skal få en super ferie.
