Ponte Romano - פונט סן מרטין

This was just an overnight stop on our way to Florence, but i was very impressed, they had garage parking for our bikes andthe room was spacious, clean and well apointed (not sure about the giant mirror next to the bed though).

We (a family of 4) skied 7 days in Monte Rosa area. We stayed in a little town Point-Saint Martin. The town is 30 min away from the ski lifts. The old town is a living piece of art. Hotel Ponte Romano is located next to the old Roman bridge and the view from the window was facing the bridge. The hotel is a small family hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The prize/quality is fine. The breakfast is good. There is a bar/cafeteria downstairs, where are plenty of local customers. However, the rooms are quiet.

This was a nice and friendly hotel for my friends and I to meet for skiing. It was away from the traffic of the main resorts, but within perfect driving distance for the day. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was good. My only complaint was the room was cold and damp. Also the shower did not drain very well and the shower head was a little less than powerful. I was traveling with my dog and there is a nice trail along the river for walks.

Lovely little hotel in a picturesque town. The view from our room was stunning, we were right next to a roman bridge over a rushing mountain river. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
