The hotel is on the outskirts of central Paris but is near two metro stations which make central Paris a ten min journey away. We stayed for two nights and absolutely loved our stay the hotel was impeccably clean and the staff are incredibly helpful and nice. It's a small boutique hotel that does not have the facilities of a large hotel e.g. gym / restaurant, not withstanding that the positives far outweigh these littlenegatives. The decor of the hotel and the rooms is quite something and worth a trip alone. Well done Le Fabe, you got it spot on!

Our room was not ready as we arrived early (10 am), but they had it cleaned within 15 minutes of our arrival. The hotel staff all spoke English very well and were extremely hellpful and courteous! The hotel was clean and comfortable. I thought the rooms were decently sized for a European hotel. It was very close to the metro (2 blocks) and there were several bars, restaurants, butchers, cheeseshops, within a two block radius. I would certainly stay here again!!!

Everything about this place is perfect, especially the kind-hearted, extra-helpful staff.

We spent a week at Le Fabe. The room was attractive, the bed most comfortable but would have benefited from a second chair. We took roomed based above the base price as we noted in previous reviews that the rooms were small. Our room size was good as was the bathroom which had a shower over the bath, which we would not recommend for people with balance or mobility issues. The desk staff were paticularly attentive and went out of their way to understand and address any issues we raised. There is a good laundomet just around the corner, a supermarket, 3 excellent partisseries, many less excellent restaurants and a Metro station within 3 minutes walk

Room and bathroom looked lovely, although small. Friendly staff and close to tubes but the bed- so hard! 3 days later my back still aches. Not good for a romantic time! Also very noisy cry early in morn.

This is a fabulous boutique hotel, conveniently located for all the major sights but off the main tourist track. The hotel itself is about 1 hour's inexpensive train/metro from CDG Airport with a couple of changes. Probably not so ideal if you have lots of luggage but you can get also get the Air France coach which drops about 10mins away. If using the Metro, you can alight at either Pernety or Plaisance and the hotel is about a 5 min stroll from either. The area of Montparnasse which the hotel is in felt safe and secure and has a good number of local shops and a couple of supermarches. It was a cold February during our visit and upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the very friendly receptionist with a complimentary warm drink and a sit down whilst he completed the necessary paperwork. After checking us in the receptionist took us and our baggage to our room. We stayed in Room 12 - Desire - which is a medium sized 'Charme' room on the first floor. It was accesible by one flight of stairs or a lift. It was very clean and beautifully decorated - of an adequate size. It had a spotless bathroom with shower, wardrobe, mini-bar and a free-to-use room safe. Lighter sleepers may take issue with noise from the traffic outside and the odd car horn sounding (noise tended to be morning only - not all night) but this wasn't overly a problem for me. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We took breakfast one morning (at extra cost). This consisted of a buffet style with bread, meat, cheese, cereal, juice, pastries, yoghurt, jam, etc, etc as well as hot and cold drinks. It was fresh and reasonable for the price. It reflected what you could expect to pay in a local cafe (plus had the benefit of being unlimited). I cannot express enough how friendly and helpful the front desk staff were. They speak fluent English and will happily make recommendations of where to eat or drink and make reservations for you if necessary. They can also advise you which Metro ticket

Although the 14th arr. is far from the center or town, the location of the metro allows you to get to all the sites very easily. The hotel is charming, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The service from the front desk is exceptional. They were extremely helpful in making our restaurant reservations for us. A special thanks to Alexander for his extra effort in helping us navigate through Paris!

Le Fabe hotel - we are a young couple going on holiday for the first time. We opted for Le Fabe hotel following good reviews and I am pleased to say that those reviews were justified. We flew to Paris and landed at CDG Airport. It is very easy to get the Air France coach (number 4) to Montpanasse which is just a short distance from the hotel. The hotel is modern, clean and in a great location with a very short walk to the nearest metro station 'Pernety'. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was perfect. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was removed from the hussle and bussle of central Paris, which was nice. And it was just a couple of blocks from the Metro, so we got around very easily. The price for the hotel was perfect and we had a great room, very clean, excellent hospitality with great recommendations on restaurants and breakfast was included. I would stay here again!

We stayed at Le Fabe as we needed to travel from Gare Montparnasse the following day. It is relatively close to the station and easy to find. We had a mix up with the rooms as when booking online we did not (could not) declare that we were bringing a baby - it is free to bring an infant, and she does sleep with us, so there is no need for a cot bed. However upon arriving we were informed that in spite of this a cot *had* to be provided in the room, which was too small. We were therefore moved to another, more expensive room, albeit with a discount. It wasn't clear to me who was at fault here (we should have called to mention the baby, but really there should have been relevant information online about this, although it is infrequent for them). The receptionist was however very efficient and we appreciated the middle-ground of a discount. We were served coffee while he was resolving the situation for us, which was much appreciated. One note of feedback on the cot (although we did not use it) - safety recommendations for infants are that the cot mattress should be firm and that there should be no duvet/quilts; this was not the case: the sleeping surface was much too soft and padded for a young baby to sleep in safely. For the rest, the hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and the beds are really, really comfortable and firm. The building is quiet - you can hear people in the corridor when then enter their room, but not a sound once they have closed their door. One slight negative for me - the toilet brush needed changing in our bathroom, but that was the only thing that was not spotless. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would go back for short ones like this.

Truely 5 star experience for a 3 star price.

Anyone going to Paris should stay here- the hotel and the staff were fantastic

Nettes Hotel, nettes Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. EInzig das Frühstück sollte man auslassen und beim Bäcker um die Ecke kaufen, aber das ist jedem selbst überlassen. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist als sicher einzustufen, auch nicht ganz unwichtig. Wir sind über Charles de Gaulles eingeflogen und mit der S-Bahn und U-Bahn nach Pernety. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man im Zentrum, ohne großartigen Lärmbelästigungen ausgesetzt zu sein. Der Theaterdistrict ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Parfait- (attention à l'insonorisation)

大通りに面しているわけでは無いので、土地勘がなかったこともあり、すぐに見つけることは出来ませんでしたが、生活感のある場所だったので、ちょっとだけパリに住んでいる気分を味わうことが出来ました。ホテルに入ってすぐに飲み物を頂いて、その後チェックインして部屋まで。広くはないけれども快適な部屋でした。周りにレストランは多かったので、食事には困りませんでした。

Très bon accueil ! nous n'y sommes rester qu'une nuit très courte (arrivées tard sur paris et départ très tôt) mais accueil formidable (le soir comme très tôt le matin) ! chambre un peu petite mais literie très confortable, belle décoration et très propres !

It was wonderfull hotel with perfect staff, breakfast and room. I would recommend it to everybody. It's quit far from Paris center but it's perfect to feel real Paris with it atmosphere, cousine, people.

Siamo stati benissimo in questo nuovissimo hotel, accolti come a casa. Il personale è assolutamente cordiale e disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità. La posizione è c omodissima poichè alle spalle dell'isolato c'è la stazione della metropolitana. Il quartiere è comunque pieno di localini e ristoranti per chi vuole restare nei paraggi. Consiglio assolutamente il ristorante che si trova sullo stesso marciapiede dell'hotel "La Cantina di Tricheout" (o un nome del genere) rinomato in molte guide con uno chef che pare sia anche famoso in tv. Approfitto per salutare lo staff e arrivederci alla prossima vacanza!

Vi var mycket nöjda med vår vistelse på Le Fabe Hotel. Hotellet var rent och fint med en bra frukostbuffé och trevlig hjälpsam engelsktalande personal. Vi fick många bra tips av dem på restauranger i närheten av hotellet. Området är trevligt och genuint.
