There was a deep air freshener smell in the room that really became annoying. The bed/covers gathered a ton of static as well. Overall, not a very comfortable stay. However, the service and breakfast were great, and the price was the best I could find when I booked my last-minute room.

Beds were comfortable. Front desk was very helpful. Workout room met our needs. Wifi always worked. Location was convenient for us.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Best value for cost hotel I've experienced in a long time. Would highly recommend for those who need to stay in Calgary's SE area (it is a bit of a hike to Downtown or to the airport though)

We stayed with our children (8yrs and 18 months) in a family suite. The children had two beds in their room and a separate television which was convenient. The kitchenette (with plates, cups and cutlery) was a great thing to have in the room, as was the dining seating. The hot breakfast in the morning was great and staff was friendly. We appreciated the fresh fruit and muffins the children were encouraged to take for the rest of our journey. We would definitely stay there again. The only negative is that the immediate area doesn't offer much in terms of things to do for the family.

I was very pleased with everything. The room was great, we had a fridge without asking for it. The convenience to our sport venue couldn't be beat.. As well, the hot breakfast was one of the best I have seen! And the breakfast room was constantly being cleaned while we were there. I will go back again.

We would stay here again. Nice room, comfy bed. Had some trouble controlling the temp in the room. It seeme a little too hot. Overall, lovely hotel.

Great rate through hotels.com. Very accomodating staff. The only thing missing was a microwave in room.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. My kids really enjoyed the waterslide/pool area. Staff was friendly & helpful. Looking forward to staying again, though next time we'll get a suite so we can have microwave & some more space.

excelent staff, comfy beds warm rooms, the Kingsize bed has a huge down quilt, nice touch and the cookies are good with your insuite coffee.

Hotel was nice. Room was nice. Bed and blankets very staticy got shocked lots and could see the sparks everywhere with lights off. All my hair was standing up cause of it. Need to use bounce sheets or fabric softener. Lol

Kudos to teh team at Service Inns and Suites. We had a Birthday Staycation for our son, and his friends, and it went very well. Great rooms, very clean, close to the casino (with shuttle if required) and decent waterslide for the kids. Hot tub was a treat for the big kids. The continental breakfast was solid. Overall, very great experience.

Hotel is very clean but we were a bit dissapointed with the bedding. The hotel also lacks soundproofing. We were continuously disrupted by ceiling noise from children bouncing around and the walls were seemed so thin that we could hear conversation from the hallways etc. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent for our purpose.

The service we had there was excellent, others have said the breakfast wasn't that great. However we found it awesome. I only just wish they had a babysitter that parents could use while they served the beer and wings.

Very easy to visit Head smashed in buffalo jump and Drumheller from here.

This was a combined birthday present for my wife and I.We stayed here for 4 nights so we could visit the Stampede. A lttle far out of the city centre but great facilities and suited us just fine. Good breakfast,great size room with full micro, 'fridge,cutlery, coffee making, everything you could want for a comfortable stay. We would stay here again.

My stay was brief as my friend and I were in Calgary to volunteer for the weekend. The room was nice, beds comfortable but seeing that we had to be up at 4:45 am our wake up call was very important. We set alarm clocks thank goodness because our wake up call came in almost 25 minutes late as we were going out the door! if i needed a room again i would probably stay but just make sure to use the alarm clock!

to pricey.air conditioning didnt seem to work

The hotel was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good as well. Customer service from Angela was exceptional and she was more than accomodating for some of our requests. Will stay again.

Great Service and Value for a clean, friendly, and well maintained hotel. Great morning hot breakfast and free beer & wings on Wednesday. Would recommend to anyone working in the south east.

Stayed at this hotel twice and both times it was great.

Hotel was excellent. Full size slide in pool great. Complimentary breakfast had lots of variety. Only problem was way down south, but has quick access to main artery and you can be in the north in 15 minutes. Hotel was worth the drive we'll make it our hotel of choice when visiting city.

Had a great time. The hotel was close to our activities at Spruce Meadows, and perfect for the kids. Would definately stay there again.

It is a great place to come,staff are friendly and accommodating. We stay here every time we go to Calgary.

The hotel was very clean and new. Hot Breakfast was good. We stayed in the family suite which was perfect for us since we were traveliing with two young children. The location of the hotel is in an industrial area, not much around it except the casino and a Denny's. Otherwise you need to drive in the car back on the highway to get to restaurants. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a suite.

Had a great great stay at the hotel. Desk was very helpful and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic. A very clean hotel, fast internet, clean pool and close to WEM.A 100% recommendation, especially if you have kids.

Booked this motel on line and found it to be a fantastic deal - we had 2 family suites (highly recommend) the kids bedrooms had their own T.V and a/c Very clean - staff went above and beyond to accomodate every need Excellent place - will book again

This hotel looks great inside and out. The staff at the counter were great. When I reserved a one bedroom suite I expected the bedroom to be completely separate from the living area and it was not. It seemed to me that after building the hotel they ran out of money. The mattress was very cheap and hard, the one bedroom suite was an afterthought, and the tvs were the cheapest flat screens they could find. If you are going to offer breakfast and your hotel is full and extremely busy, make sure you have enough food til 10am. And someone should actually check to make sure the waffles and French toast are actually done. The staff at the breakfast counter didn't seem to care if there was enough food til 10am. I paid less money for a bigger room at Country Inns and Suites and had a much better stay. You should stay there sometime to see what they are like.

Excellent Breakfast, Pool a little small.

Excellent bargain and location on the southside of Calgary. Close to Fish Creek Park and Deerfoot Trail with quick access to downtown and the Glenmore Shopping area. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent service and friendly staff.

We booked here because it was on the south end of Calgary and convenient off the freeway - it was the midpoint of a long drive for us. We booked a family room that has a separate room with bunk beds for the kids and a queen bed in our room, and it was perfect. The kids LOVED the waterslide and pool, too. Upon our arrival the children were presented with gender and age specific gifts, winning them over instantly and making them happily to play quietly in the room. The nearby restaurant at the casino was not good, however. I would eat elsewhere next time. Mohave Grill was overpriced, undercooked, sub-quality food, and the service was positively terrible. We actually left without eating our main course (and still spend $80 on barely passable appetizers and mediocre drinks). Stay at the hotel, definitely. The hot continental breakfast was a great start to a long day of driving. Just don't eat at the Mojave Grill next door.
