Element Dallas Fort Worth Airport North was great..........once we found it! Not being from this area may not have helped but both our GPS and cell phone maps were unable to properly direct us. It might just be the way that the roads surrounding the hotel are set up. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was great. Breakfast that was served in the morning was filling and had a lot of options. Overall the stay was great.

Very comfortable and surprisingly quiet for being so close to DFW airport. Will stay there again.

This is a fun hotel. Very modern. Excellent service with a super smooth check in and check out. Also has shuttles not just for the airport, but to drop you off at local restaurants. Only mild complaint is the fans and large refridgerator are a bit noisy. I recommend thi hotel.

Very tasteful hotel. Quiet, relaxing lobby. Only thing missing is bar/eatery on property.

Excellent hotel. Great for extended stay. Free drinks and food during the week. I didn't even go to dinner because the food was really good.

Cool design, comfortable room. Had a hard time finding hotel with GPS.

great....cool room design...love that big square shower head....need plastic disposable laundry bags....and individual soap bar option.....

This was a great hotel in a great area of Dallas. Everything was new in the area. The hotel was very clean, smoke free and also environmentally conscious which is important to me. Internet access was very good and no extra charge. Only thing is that they don't seem to have a floor designated for people without pets. If you don't want to stay in a room that allows pets, then the hotel should have rooms for people like me. Really the hotel should have a floor designated as no pets allowed. Otherwise this was a great hotel, probably because it was relatively new and clean. As the years go by, they may not be able to keep the rooms as clean when they allow pets.

Fabulous! Ideal hotel! Better than the Double Tree we stayed at a few nights earlier and half the price!

We had a great stay at the Element. The breakfast was tasty every morning (expect sausage and gravy to be one of the things served every day). We also attended the nightly happy hour one night. They had beer/wine and finger foods. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly.

Excellent hotel with a great lounge area. Highly recommend

This hotel was amazing! Very good service, clean rooms, fantastic all around!

The look at this hotel was unlike any other I have ever stayed at (in a good way). The service was great and the room was great. It had a full size fridge, two burner stove top, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The bed was unbelievably comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Contemporary style, clean, friendly staff, nice breakfast. I liked the wood flooring; however, I felt that it was probably a little loud for my downstairs neighbors when I walked across the floor in high heels.

I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are nice and large. Super clean. Front desk personnel very friendly an helpful. The kitchen and small food shop is extremely nice. I have absolutely nothing bad today about this hotel. Next time on Dllas I am staying there without a doubt!

This place took care of me! Amazing room service. Pick up at airport and drop off anywhere. Complimentary dinner and free drinks in lobby on the Thursday I was there.

Looks a fairly new hotel, convenient for airport (shuttle available) or for visiting the Dallas / Fort worth area. Modern decor, good facilities

My family of 4 stayed here over Labor Day weekend. This hotel is a gem. The area that the hotel is in is quiet but centralized for shopping and entertainment(ie six flags) The hotel itself is very quiet and relaxing. We were there when it was fully booked and never had any noise issues whatsoever. The staff is excellent, always polite and accomodating(especially Telia (sp?) at the front desk). Free wifi, free breakfast. The rooms have carpet only under the bed area, which is awesome. Decor is very modern and clean. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots, etc. The bathroom(which is usually always a pet peeve of mine) was awesome. Nice walkin shower with a rain shower head plus a hand held. Beautiful vanity with drawers and shelves. Absolutely not one single complaint about this hotel.

Excellent room and facilities. The service was professional. Free breakfast and Internet. The Gaylord Texan cost so much more and didn't give free internet or breakfast and the rooms were not as nice and spacious as the element. I will definitely stay at the element again and I highly recommend it to anyone staying in the DFW/Irving area.

Very spacious and comfortable. We couldn't believe how nice everything was. The DVD player was a great surprise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will most definitely be staying here on our next trip to DFW.

LOOOOOVED IT!!! Wish we could have stayed longer but was only a short anniversary getaway. Will definitely be booking again soon! No complaints whatsoever ;)

What a total misrepresentation! The reviews I read before booking this room were much higher than it deserves. The service was terrible. The staff was incompetent! First, we were sent to the wrong room. I booked a suite, and we were given a tiny regular room. We went back to the desk and corrected that situation. We went to the correct room (so called suite). It was tiny. We were told we had a courtyard view, which was another lie. The hallways were narrow and dark. Pretty scary. The noise from the pool at 10:00 pm was unbelievably loud. The noise from the room next door was very loud as well. There were no linens in the room for the sofa bed, and when we inquired at the desk about them, we were told they were not supplied and we would have to come down and get them. The food (breakfast) was inedible. We will never make this mistake again! Westin should be ashamed!

My wife and daughter joined me for an extended layover between flights. We loved the food in the evening, as well as the continental breakfast. Ever body was helpful and friendly. Thanks, and best wishes!!

Very clean hotel, nice saltwater pool, very eco friendly, loved the kitchenette, and beds very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accomodating

Very accomodating staff. Room was clean and had a great kitchenette complete with furnished dishes & silverware. Large, roomy bathroom. Allowed us to keep car parked in lot for 6 days as we shuttled to the airport and back from ATL. Complimentary breakfast had many selections to suit all. Wish we could've fit in a dip in the pool - but time didn't allow. Great find at a great price!

Even our 3 children under 12 said this was their favorite hotel ever! The rooms are incredibly clean. They fed us dinner and breakfast, both of which were wonderful. The kids loved the pool. The staff were so kind and helpful. We called back 4 days later looking for an item we left. They didn't find it (maybe I left it in the car), but they did have a letter from my 9 year old son to his cousin. The lady at the desk put a stamp on it herself and mailed it for us. Such nice people! We are planning several more trips here since it's so close. This trip was to get us closer to the airport for our trip to NY. Can't wait to come back!

Absolutely loved this hotel! The room had a kitchen (with a full size fridge, microwave, cook top, and dishwasher), two queen sized beds and a couch for extra sleep space. We had plenty of room to relax! They provided an amazing breakfast buffet every morning (free) AND free dinner buffet every evening with free beer and wine...absolutely amazing!! I would definitely stay here again.
