Excellent bed and breakfast, lovely room, tastefully decorated and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast piping hot and my sister who was a vegetarian was well catered for. Host Liz was very welcoming, I would have no hesitation in recommending this Bed and Breakfast to anyone who wishes to stay in the area. Would stay here again when in the area.

how..we thought our bed and breakfast was really great.The owners could not do enough for us We were going to a wedding on Friday29th of March.When we arrived Liz the owner rememberd and said that she would give us a lift to the wedding.that was so kind.The breakfast was lovelyand there was plenty of it.The place was so clean not a bit of dust any where.We will come back again and Ihave already been telling all my friends about this Bed and Breakfast that was as good as a five star hotel with a homely touch.

My wife, two young children and I stayed at the Inverlea Guest House for one evening and we had a wonderful stay. Liz, the owner, was a great host and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable. We will definitely come back as the Inverlea was a truly lovely B&B.

A top quality bed and breakfast,immaculately maintained and presented.The owners were so warm and friendly.Breakfast was excellent.Located just a five or ten minute walk from the town centre.Highly recommended.

Everything about our stay was wonderful,The setting the B+B,the hosts , totally made our stay in Scotland a very enjoyable visit .THANK YOU

Perfect room. Didn't know we had to share a bathroom but it didn't impact too much. Owners were lovely and very friendly and helpful for dinner reservations.

Great place to stay - would really recommend it to anyone visiting Ayr. Handily it's almost next door to the Carrick Lodge which is a great place to eat too.

Lovely family run hotel, beautifuly clean and comfortable guest house. A very good hearty breakfast, friendly staff, we would be more than happy to return when we are in the area

This is one of the best managed B&B's I have found. Everything is top notch and there is absolutely no deferred maintenance issues at this establishment. The staff is more than welcoming and provides great assistance. A first class place.

Very welcoming on arrival. Had a family room which was very nice and comfortable. Nice little touches like magazines and generous hostess tray including hot choc and biscuits. Nice quiet area not far from town. Can't fault the place.

This very traditional guest house was very clean and well run. The beds were excellent quality and the bed linen was serious 400threadcount luxury. Our room was spacious with all facilities. There wasn't a bath but the shower was good. The decoration was newly done or very well maintained . The full breakfast was beautifully cooked and served. All this for a very reasonable rate.

An absolute gem of a guesthouse. Very welcoming and a lovely place to stay. Would recommend highly and definetly stay again.

LOVELY place. The rooms are small but extremely clean and cozy. Why one person needs a big room is unnecessary anyway. The owner is a wonderful woman who is extremely caring and a wonderful hostess. If you need advice about where to go, she is a huge help. It's a lovely quiet place, reasonably priced and I would recommend it to anyone. If you need a place to stay in Ayr, and you want a friendly, warm, lovely atmosphere...stay at the Inverlea Guest House, because that is exactly how you are treated. Like a Guest!

Our en-suite room had reasonable space, although the bed was too small. Its in a good position to visit Brig O'Doon and Byrnes memoria. Secure parking. Good restaurants within walking distance. The recommended ones are Carrick Hotel and Beresfords, but we enjoyed the selection at the Tudor.

Perfectly located in a wonderful neighborhood. Wonderful breakfast. Owner Liz and staff could not do enough for us. Should have 4 stars. Highly recommended!!!!!
