Hampton Inn & Suites Cape Cod - West Yarmouth

Very helpful with suggestions about beaches, restaurants etc..

The room they gave us smelled like a dirty sweating man locker room. It was gross! Then they gave us other room right by the elevator...No Thank you! I don't want to hear people coming out of there all night. Was very CROWDED. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night . Had to stand in cold damp weather with my scared children. Not a good trip! Oh! the man at the front desk didn't know very much about area.

Centrally located and they will shuttle you to Main Street Hyannis which is only like 1/2 a mile away if that (we walked back to the hotel actually). Very nice hotel, you can tell it is one of the newer built hotels in cape cod.

Rooms spotless and jacuzzi in room was good size and very clean. Nicely furnished no complaints will return soon very good value for money.

Hotel was clean, friendly staff. Only downside was the bed was extremely hard and did not sleep well for the 3 night stay.

Breakfast was good. We had 2 young children with us and the room worked out just fine.

This hotel is very clean. The staff is most accommodating and the breakfast choices were plentiful.

Second time we stayed at this Hotel, very clean and quiet. Indoor pool area very small and crowded with kids. But it was school vacation week. Breakfast was good with lots of things to choose from. We enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very curtious. We were very pleased with our stay and will certainly go back again.

Excellent accomodations + near perfect weather

This was by far the best Hampton Inn that I've stayed at. The hotel was impeccably clean and the staff was very attentive and friendly, willing to answer any questions. The hotel is decorated with beach themes and colors to go along with the region of Cape Cod. Will definitely stay again when in the Cape Cod area.

Excellent service and cleanliness - manager on duty Yvette was the best yet and needs a promotion! She was full of smiles and bubbly even though it was busy. WE LOVED HER! Returning here beacause of Yvette and the cleanliness of this location.

Nice Hotel. However we happened to be there the same weekend as a hockey tournament so it was noisy. Quiet time was supposed to be at 9PM but we listened to it until 1 AM. We would still stay there again. It was just bad timing. The room was clean and well maintained.

Loved the hotel... Wonderful facility and staff. Obnoxious noisy guests returning at 2, 2:30, and 3 AM shrieking, laughing, running up and down hallways...very inconsiderate of folks who stayed revere to get a decent night's sleep before a 5:30 AM wake up.

we were very pleased with our stay at the Hampton inn and suites in Hyannis. our room was ready and clean.the staff was very friendly and helpful and accessible.the amenities were very nice. Breakfasts was plentiful and presented in a nice way. Hot tub very nice and ready.

The good: the hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious and lovely. Everyone was very friendly. Plenty of nearby restaurants. The bad: the pool temp was around 75 degrees. Way too cold to enjoy yourself. Biggest "bad" is they allow children in the hot tub. Big no no in my book. They have posted rules stating children must be accompanied by an adult. But that wasn't happening. We just couldn't relax at all. It's a great hotel, they just need to enforce their own rules so everyone can enjoy their stay.

Beautiful facility! We even got upgraded to a huge room at no charge. Great service and location. We had no complaints at all. Highly recommended.

The hotel had events planned for kids. They must do this around school breaks. Very thoughtful

Very nice stay. I had a very welcoming start, quick check in, clean and comfortable room at a fair cost

For the short time we were there it was very pleasant. Had a great continental breakfast the next morning. Sat and read the paper by the fire before we set out for the day.

The manager, Brenna, greeted me upon my arrival at 1 AM with the most alert and professional way. After many years of blah late night arrivals, it was refreshing. The lobby was decorated in a festive seasonal way, similar to how Disney decorates it's themed hotels. It felt homey. The room felt well appointed for the price.

This hotel was beautiful! Clean, comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. My new favorite on Cape Cod. I will be back!

Good location and easy to find. Staff friendly and hotel comfortable and just what we needed for an overnight stay. Used the pool and spa but would have preferred specific changing rooms rather than having to use the toilets. Breakfast was good and convenient. Good size bedroom and bathroom and quiet. Good value for money.

The hotel had all someone needs for traveling. I was there on business and arrived very early, before the actual check in time and the staff was very friendly and helpful to get me all settled in even though it was no where near time to check in. The only issue I had was the surrounding area; there weren't much places to get a really nice meal to eat. There are food options so you wont go hungry. The Hotel is also not too far from a Mall. By the way...there were fresh baked cookies at check in :-)

This was a nice hotel clean and friendly employees. you do need a car to get around and although it was coming to the end of the season there was still some attrations running e.g marthas vinyard and boat trip round the harbour. This hotel has a indoor swimming pool and free wi fi. would reccommend.

the room was really nice, lots of room & bathroom modern. bed was comfortable my only complaint is house keeping missed some adult lube that was in a draw in next to the bed

Great hotel, very clean, well maintained, well maintained grounds. Friendly, polite staff who know the meaning of customer service. There's a pool (indoor and outdoor) and a gym. The rooms are enormous, really well equipped with fridge, microwave, iron and hair dryer. We stayed two nights at the end of our New England tour - it was a great place to end our trip. There's a fabulous Italian restaurant a short walk away - I'd recommend a visit. Great value for money and ideally situated for drives to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and the JFK museum..

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn in West Yarmouth. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable. The coffee and cocoa were a nice touch in the lobby. The staff members were friendly and helpful with good tips on local restaurants and directions.

Wonderful room and a very accommodating staff. Loved spending time outside by the fire at the oasis bar. The location was so close to everything we wanted to see and do. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Very clean hotel with comfortable rooms. Pools and exercise rooms were a plus. Convenient location, very close to Hyannis. Not much within walking distance, however.

The hotel was very comfortable and our room was immaculate. The hot breakfast was excellent with something for everyone from eggs, sausage, to the more healthy, fresh fruit assortment, hot oatmeal, and bagels. The indoor pool was clean and very well maintained. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to the Cape.

my husband and i usually visit cape cod twice a year for the past 5 yrs and two of the time we have stayed at your hotel. we both like the location. is very convenient to a variety of restaurants and beaches etc; quality of service is very good, hotel amenities are also good and cleanliness for what we were able to observe is excellent. However, there is one BIG dissapointment and that is your check in time. Most of the other motel/hotels we've visited at the cape have a check in time of 11am and others no later than 2pm and just as well is the check out time of 11am verses you have a check in time of 4pm - and check out of 11am and for that you charge a room rate of 1 whole day.

This was our second year staying at this hotel. It is one of the only brand new hotels on the Cape. Opened in 2009. Very clean and attentive staff. Convenient to all attractions. The only thing I wish the rooms had balconies or a window to open. You either have to keep the ac going all night which makes it too cold or you shut if off and it gets stuffy.
