Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Downtown/Southbank - ג'קסונוויל

This hotel was beautiful. It was convenient to wonderful dining and the staff were great.

Nice hotel but 10.for parking, 13. for breakfast. No restaurants within walking distance. Bar/Grill not open after 10.00 or even Saturday afternoon. You can walk over the bridge to Jacksonville Landing but it is about a mile and a half. Room a little small for a Hilton Garden. Nice staff. Half the building is another Hilton hotel. Parking might be a problem if both hotels full. In general, at this price, there might be better options.

We have always been loyal customers of the many Hiltons there are. This one was also what we expected! Lived it and will definitely add it to our list!

Nice stay, just disappointed that parking and continental breakfast not included.

We were only there one night...to visit granddaughter at the Wolfson Childrens Hospital. It was close and convenient. The parking garage does not have enough spaces to accomodate guests. Breakfast buffet was OK, could have used more refills and fresher items. Coffee was not good, much too weak..

The hotel was easy to find, and comfortable in every possible way!! The staff went above and beyond to help you, and they made sure you felt welcomed!

Nice hotel. My original room was on the exterior side of the hotel and there was a band playing at a local bar across the street (pretty late on a Monday night). Thankfully, there was another room available and they moved me to an interior room with no issue. Great service, nice hotel overall. I really didn't understand the daily parking fee, didn't seem like a prime location to charge for parking.

Very clean, very new hotel . We just drove 13 hours from Philly Pa , we just wanted a clean , bed bug free hotel . They are not @ this time on the bed bug registry which to me is very important. The down side is they , and the reviews tell you nothing of the $9.95 parking fee for the garage next to the hotel ( not a great neighborhood ) Also they have a lovely resturant , that food is decent and they even have a kids menu. It serves dinner till 10, the service is on the sucky side, the food was quite tasty but severely over priced. But again we were thankful for a clean, bugless, decent resturant . It was all about conveince .

The hotel was clean, comfortable, nice flat screen T V. We had a great time. First time staying there. Will return.

Everything was fine from betinning to end, would stay there again

Had a one night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn with three girlfriends to catch a show at Jack Rabbits. I picked the hotel because it was in walking distance of the club. The hotel was a tad hard to find, but not a big deal. Staff was very accommodating, and honest. The only room with two queen beds was next to the elevator, so a king room was recommended because of the noise level. The room was clean and comfortable, what more can one ask for?

The Front desk associate was very nice at getting me a great rate for the extra room I needed that Hotels.com did not book for me when I checked into the hotel. She was also great at getting us to the other side of the river as well for the Gator Bowl parties.

Great rooms and nice pool located right next to the monorail. The neighborhood was a little sketchy and it was not easy to find the entrance to the hotel and the garage, but once we parked we used the monorail to get around, so it was a piece of cake.

Our family of 2 adults and 2 children stayed here for one night. It was very clean and check-in / check-out was easy, especially when prepaid. Room was clean, beds comfy (adjustable firmness for mattresses), service good and location great for us. We would definitely stay here again for a short visit. For longer stays, we prefer somewhere with a kitchenette and living room area.

We only stayed for one night, but the location was perfect for our trip since it was within walking distance from our event, as well as plenty of bars and restaurants. They also provided complimentary parking on the ground floor of their own covered parking garage with on-site security. Service was great, we checked in early with no hassle and check out time wasn't until noon which was great because we didn't feel rushed to get out. Overall the hotel was very clean and a great value for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a very nice hotel. Clean, modern. Parking is around $10/night with free wi-fi. My daughter and I just stayed overnight while en-route to a regatta. The only inconvenience about our room was the air conditioning unit, which is mounted near the window, next to one of the beds. The wall control was set to "auto", so the unit kept cycling on and off throughout the night (as it should for an "auto" setting). However, the unit would wake me up every time it cycled on. In hindsight, I should have set the control setting to "on" which would keep the fan blowing all the time, while still cycling in the background between "cooling" and "not cooling".

I thought the hotel and room were very clean and looked pretty new. The decor was nice and modern. The front desk person when we first arrived was not very professional or service oriented. He didn't even bother to look at us until I said something to him, and even then didn't bother giving us much eye contact. He seemed bored and wasn't very helpful or welcoming. The air conditioning units inside the room was VERY loud, and made it hard to sleep - even with the earplugs provided. There was a run down bar/club across the street that played loud rap music until late into the night.

We were right in the Middle of Ybor City. We were with in walking distance of fine dining, trolley system, river front via trolley system, and a multitude of conference areas.

We stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were large and very clean. The pool was clean, as was the lobby and hallways. Our only complaint was that it was hard to get to and a little too out of the way.

It was never mentioned during booking or checking in that I had to pay for hotel parking. I have never gone to a hotel and had to pay an additional fee for parking. The breakfast buffet is $12.95, which is not worth it's price because simple things like strawberry jelly, bisuits, and turkey sausage was not avaible.

We were in town visiting a friend at Baptist Medical Center and were quite pleased with the proximity of the hotel to the hospital. If you're counting on getting any sun while swimming in the pool in the afternoon, don't. The pool is in the hotel building's shadow most of the day.

Good overall.

The Hilton Garden Inn was close to everything I needed to visit , It was nice and clean. The only complaint I had was the mini fridge didn't work.

Wonderful brand new hotel for a great price, what's better right?! Well, when the sun goes down the noise comes out! This brand new hotel is right across the street from a CLUB (isn't this against some zoning law?) & is within less than a mile away from a TRAIN TRACK that consistantly stops & blows its horn every 30 minutes. Would not recommend this hotel if you want a good night sleep!

The hotel was very nice, clean, and convenient. The only problem was that there was trains that would run several times through the night. I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Jacksonville Downtown.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. I was staying overnight for a running event the next morning. The room was so comfortable it didn't feel like I was in a hotel room, it almost felt like I was staying at a friends house. The bed was so comfortable! Everything was clean and the bathroom was a great size. In the morning, I came downstairs and wanted to purchase a banana (to eat before my race), but to my surprise they had already made little brown bags up with a water, banana, and a granola bar to give to the runners staying at the hotel. It was perfect! I ended up getting back to the room later than expected and they were kind enough to extend our check out an hour to allow me to clean up before getting back on the road.

After first not being told by hotel.com who book our stay that there would be no 1st floor rooms available due to repairs. I checked on in, then was not told about the air adjustable beds. just to wind up with a horrible nights rest on a bed that In could have adjusted if I had been made aware!! Anyway Rose at the desk the next morning, with her GREAT ATTITUDE saved me from checking out by comping breakfast for us and moving us to a new room after explaining the adjustable bed valves. Along with great service in dining from Pidro, our stay got much better than the way it started...I will stay at this property again, because of Rose and Pidro's great P.R.

The staff was very courteous, the front desk attendant was highly efficient and very friendly. No matter what time of day I was walking through the hotel, I was greeted with a smile from every staff member.

Nice clean hotel close to downtown

Breakfast was great but, I wasn't aware of the $12 per person buffet charge until I was getting up to leave. If you are not worried about your car being broken into, do not use the parking garage. It is not free either. Became aware of this when the receipt was slid under my door the morning of checkout. There are parking spaces behind the hotel. They will not tell you but they are there.

Fue agradable y mejoró tras la primera impresión de que se encontraba en un lugar algo desolado. Su ubicación cerca al skyway, museo de ciencias y al downtown y riverwalk me parecieron estupendas. Deberían facilitar el ingreso a las zonas de descanso de las suites contigua. Lo encontré muy limpio y ordenado. Definitivamente podría regresar.
