I enjoyed my stay. The staff is great, the hotel is beautiful, the breakfast you get with your stay is wonderful, the pool/spa was nice and the room was beautiful; comfortable bed and lovely furniture. There were no real issues other than the cable tv was a little wonky; kept getting fuzzy.

Let me start by saying, exceptional front desk service! We had the one bedroom suite. Very descent size room, comfortable and clean. The mattress could be replaced but overall not bad. Scenic views! I enjoyed the breakfast! They have a very good variety of food. The location of the hotel is central to many attractions. We will be coming back.

The breakfast was great. We enjoyed the great view while having it.

We lloved the size of the room with the king size bed. Lots of room to move around. Last time we had a room with 2 queen beds and it felt a little small. We love the location and having a full breakfast offered in the morning works out really well. We will be coming back again.

Excellent staff greeted us and was very helpful. The inn, with the nearby Amish Family style restaurant, made a perfect base for exploring the Amish area.

Very spacious room. Kitchenette was a wonderful convenience. Restaurant on premises made for a hassle free choice for a quick meal. The included breakfast was fantastic! The only negative was a weird, loud, repetitive thumping noise coming from above or in the walls. Stopped around 11:00p.m. & we slept comfortably without interruption for the remainder of the night. All in all our stay was great & would definitely stay there again.

This was my first time at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities. The location is as the name implies...right in the heart of the farm land yet conveniently located to shops and attractions. The hotel offers amenities not available at other hotels in the area such as an indoor pool, hot tub and gym. The breakfast, which is included, was nicer than any I've had at this you're of hotel. The room was comfortable and quiet. The down side is that adjacent restaurant is closed seasonally so you have to travel some for dinner and the hotel lacks the charm of the local b and b type places we usually choose when in this area. Overall, I'd stay here again if I were bringing the grand kids but will stick to more individualized accommodations when traveling as a couple.

This was one of, if not the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Location was fantastic. Beautifull views of Amish farm country. Not a run of the mill hotel. Photos on the web do not do it justice, it is much nicer than the photos indicate. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and accomidating. The included cooked to order/all you can eat breakfast was phenominal. And all at a very reasonable price. We will absolutly be staying here again.

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is very nice but the mattress could be updated, a little saggy but not terrible. The breakfast is outstanding. I would stay here again but would expect a little updating within the next three years.

Fabulous. It was without question, the best hotel/inn where my husand and I have ever stayed, and that includes, DC, Las Vegas, etc. We liked it so much that we have already booked it for a 3-night stay in March.

The best hotel in the Lancaster area. The rooms were sparkling clean, the service exceptional from the front desk to the cleaning crew. Wonderful breakfast in the a.m. included with the room rental. Beautiful rooms overlooking lush pastures.

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of our stay at this inn. We were upgraded to a king size room with fireplace. The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful with reservations and directions. The breakfast was wonderful, hot food, fruit, cereals and juices, much better than many other hotels with complimentary breakfasts. We were recommended to try this Inn and now we are planning our next stay!

While the room was good in size, the carpets were filthy and needed a good vacuuming/steam cleaning. The other down side was the bathroom. The tub didn't drain during a shower, the toilet flushed so loudly, it woke everyone up during the night, and the sink to wash your hands is outside the bathroom, which was also inconvenient during the night. There also was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. There is also only one elevator which can be a timely wait. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly, the pool/hot tub were enjoyed, the free breakfast had plenty of choices, and for the most part, the room was very quiet. Would we stay again? Possibly, if the price was right.

The supreme quality of every aspect of the hotel and the fare provided at breakfast. It was most unfortunate that our schedule only enabled us to stay for one night. The Amish Farm Experience was particularly enjoyable and enlightening. We would happily recommend the Amish hotel to anyone seeking quality and comfort in the most delightful surroundings. Of the 11 hotels we stayed in on our holiday this was the best.

Most have passed this place many times and never noticed it! Now I will only stay there! Clean, quiet and the best breakfast buffet you could ask for! We were upgraded (no additional charge) to a 1 bedroom king room w/ living room & fireplace and the room was just beautiful! Well worth the money! Close to all, yet not on the main strip.....can not say enough good things about this place! Very, very pleased!! ***** 5 STARS *****

Upon checking in we could not bring our car to the hotel door because there was a carpet cleaning truck parked right in front and on an angle. Once inside, we were unable to get a luggage rack because the hoses for the carpet cleaning was surrounding them. No one in the lobby offered to help us lift the cart over the hoses so we carried our luggage to our rooms. The worst error the hotel staff made was to give us (the ones to make the reservations with our credit card) a room with absolutely no view and then say, "Since we didn't have another deluxe king room, we are upgrading your friends to a suite". We were so upset since we did all the ground work getting the best rates, etc. and we have recommended this hotel to so many people. When I told this to the girl behind the desk, she meekly said, "I'm sorry". We have always had a wonderful experience with this hotel but this time we were dissatisfied with the staff at the desk. On the whole, it is a beautiful hotel and very clean.

The hotel, the staff, the location were all great. My wife and I had a great time and will be sure to come back to this hotel again.

LOVED OUR STAY BUT MY YOUNG KIDS WERE DISAPPPIONTED THAT THE GAMES IN THE ARCADE ROOM DIDN'T WORK AND/OR ATE OUR MONEY. STAFF WAS HELPFUL AND STAY WAS RELAXING.

The hotel was clean and close to attractions. The breakfast and pool were wonderful. The bed was a little too soft for me but that was a minor thing and is just a personal preference. We will certainly stay here again.

This hotel had it all and was definately worth the money. Splendid location for learning about the Amish and and the hotel offered all what to be expected and even more. Excellent value for money.

We went to the Amish View Inn based on a recommendation. SO glad we did.It was right in the middle of the countryside- not where the other hotels are in the midst of Targets and gas stations. The views were beautiful. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was gorgeous and huge! My kids loved the pool and my husband and I took advantage of the gym which overlooked the pool. The guy at the front desk helped us with all our little questions. Everyone was so polite. Breakfast was fanstastic. Waffles and omelettes to order, amish made yogurts, all types of fruit and fruit salad, juices, bagels, muffins, quiche, oatmeals, sausage...the works. We did the tours offfered by hotel establishment. I highly recommend all of them. We learned so much. It made the whole experience that much better. We opted to eat at Millers - affiliated with the hotel. Best choice. We went back the next night too. The food there was incredible. So fresh, tasty. And being a guest at the hotel, they take $5 off the price of the adult's meals. I want to go back soon. Very educational, lots of wholesome fun. Great weekend trip.

You could be forgiven if you forget that you in the middle of Amish country when staying here, as while this hotel captures the essence of the Amish atmosphere, the rooms are luxurious and equipped with everything you could need. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

This place is a 4 star atleast.Beautiful,perfect location.Rooms big,view in room excellent,If you want to overlook the fields make sure double queen rooms.Ours king overlooked ponys nice scenery.Breakfast was the tops,Little pricy but if you have it book it.Highly recomend it.Would stay there again.People so friendly.

We have stayed here many times and have already booked another stay for October. The rooms are tastefully decorated, good size, great farm views and very clean. The staff is always polite and helpful and the breakfast in the morning is great! This is our first choice in a hotel in this area. If this hotel is booked, we will, if possible, change our plans around vacancy in this hotel.

We had a quiet, relaxing, wonderful experience at the Amish View Inn. The accommodations were clean and spacious, staff pleasant and courteous, pool and hot tub clean and quiet.... nice patio right outside the pool area. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning with a extensive selection including hot food. Bird in Hand is a quiet and interesting town with lots to see. We were blest with great weather and toured the area for hours. We will definitely return to this Inn.

this hotel was central to the area we were visiting over easter weekend. the hotel was much nicer then the 2.5 star rating. the view from the common area was very nice for starting your day at breakfast. the breakfast was much better then most continental breakfast served at other hotels.the single king room room was large and comfortable. we will stay here again any time we return to pa amish country.

Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms. Serene surroundings of farmlands. View of local farms from room window. Breakfast was great... lots of choices. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful.

Excellent place to stay for a family night in Lancaster after Christmas show. Breakfast was super. We will be back next Christmas season, and that says it ALL.

I was a very late arrival and upgraded to a suite. The inn has a bed and breakfast atmosphere. My window overlooked farmland and was very restfule. The breakfast was good.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful inn. We had a room with a fireplace and it was so cozy on a misty afternoon. We stayed two nights and went to Sight & Sound Theatre and American Music Theatre. With a complimentary full breakfast and being right next door to Plain & Fancy Restaurant, we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! Don't miss the Kitchen Kettle Village. The views from the inn are awesome and the staff are so friendly and helpful, we will definitely go back to this hotel again soon!

The Inn was clean and well appointed. We stayed for one night on the way back from Hershey, PA. We have stayed there before and enjoyed the accomidations. The complimentary breakfast was good. It sure saved time on having to look for a breakfast location. We did eat at their local Plain and Fancy Farm Restaurant. I would not recommend this to anyone. We had a reservation and waited almost an hour past that time to be seated. The food was average at best and not worth the wait.

The hotel was imaculate. Ben at the registration desk was extremely helpful. He printed out a map to the theater for us. The room was beautiful and all the furniture was of good quality. Even the hallways had scenic paintings and beautiful furniture and carpets. The breakfast was delicious. It was our 27th anniversary and we had a wonderful time and have recommended it to others. The pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable.

This hotel really does have an Amish view. We enjoyed our stay there and found the hotel to be everything we hoped--clean, nice, helpful and accommodating. And they have a wonderful buffet breakfast.

The only rating less than 5 was bcs the bed was little too soft. All else was satisfied my picky family.

I liked that there was coffee at the reception area at all hours. We had a very comfortable stay.

Wonderful hotel, stayed only one night while going to Dutch Wonderland. Will return again in the fall! Excellent breakfast, made to order eggs and waffles. Great country setting (away from the route 30 congestion, but not too far away) Kids loved it!
