Wingate by Wyndham Cincinnati Airport/Erlanger - ארלנגר

We had 8 rooms for 6 nights. Two of the rooms had some ant trouble. All other rooms were great. Hotel staff excellent.

We were well pleased. Our only comment is that all of the bed pillows were short and fat. It would be nice to have a variety of sizes. We are taking a driving trip from Birmingham AL to Yellowstone, Calgary, Vistoria and down the west coast. Do you have accomidations in the Northwest and California?

The hotel was great. Easy check-in process, friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone over and over again.

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel.

room was fine, ...jets in the spa tub didnt function very well and temp was hot almost to being uncomforatable..towels were not very big but then didnt expect beach towels..breakfast was disappointing, waffels tasted bland, juice cups were very small had to refill constantly choices were limited,...would stay again but eat breakfast elsewhere

Good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. I would come back.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Roooms were nicely decorated. Only negative was road noise from the interstate. Would definately stay there again.

Kind staff, clean, good food.

We usually stay at Hilton Garden Inns but they were all full. So, we decided to try this Wingate. Everything was fine with no problems. We would stay her again if the Garden Inns weren't available. This was a great place to stay for the money.

The hotel was VERY nice... the hotel staff were exceptional. I was especially impressed when we stopped by at 11am to ask when check-in time was (we were unexpectedly early) and they had rooms available & were able to check us in immediately! :) We were there for a two night stay and had our "do not disturb" sign on the door & were pleasantly surprised to find fresh towels sitting outside our door the next morning! The only down side to our trip was we had to use the business center since our laptop wasn't working and the computers in the business center were pretty slow, but we were the only people in there & it was very handy to have access to the printers & it was very quiet. Overall, I would give them 6 stars out of 5! We will definitely come back if we are in the area again! :) Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

nice hotel, though the bedding was a little worn. Close to everything and having breakfast included was great.

Besides the pillows being a little too soft no matter how many were stacked together, this was a great overnight stay with a lot of restaurants and shopping less than 5 minutes away. It was a little tricky to get back on the interstate going north during morning rush hour, but would definitely stay again (as long as rates don't jump).

Relaxing stay, nice staff, very clean room, good location, would love to stay again. One downfall though, don't worry about bringing a PS3 or any device that needs input hook-up on the TV, they have them on lock down so you will buy their movies and watch programming through the satellite system they have.

Nice hotel, convenient to the airport. Clean and good service. The pillows were a little odd, but must be a Wingate thing.

Lovely hotel with tasteful, quality amenities in the room. Lovely bathroom with granite countertop, great shower head. Breakfast even included choice of turkey sausage vs the higher caloried other choices. Great choice on our part.

You could hear every footstep above you. Lots of doors slamming was annoying at 6 in the morning. Would have been nice if the bedroom actually had privacy instead of just a large opening.

The hotel was nice, however, when I booked the hotel I was specifically looking for a hotel with a hot tub and the hot tub was not working. When I said something to the staff I was told that it was not a hot tub it was a whirlpool and that it was working properly. There were no jets working and it wasn't hot.

Super nice place with an indoor pool. Super customer service. The walls were a little thin, we could here our neighbors tv and conversations all night.

I love the cleanliness of my hotel room and the breakfast was great. It wasn't filled with just pastries, but eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and much more. It was a variety for all. The view/ area of the hotel was not good. I really wouldn't worry about that if my stay was good.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was a little far from our planned activities but we knew that going in to it. There was easy access to the freeway. The breakfast was ok but nothing spectacular. It was hot and fresh. The one complaint we had was that the bed definitely put the word firm to good use. The bed was extremely hard and we both woke up stiff the next morning. We stayed 2 nights and had a couple hour drive home. We would consider the location again with the same mattresses but would stay again if they had softer mattresses

The staff was friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and the breakfast was good. My only complaint, the bed was hard - but that is a personal preference.

Hotel staff were wonderful, pleasant, helpful. The room was very spacious and appeared to be very clean. My primary issues with the stay were that the bathroom could have been a bit bigger (nearly impossible for two people to navigate in). I'm not sure of the detergents used for the bedding, but both of us were itchy by morning (and stuffy noses). Our quality of sleep was disrupted many times during the night when the heat kicked on... the unit is under the window, and the bed is only inches from the unit (despite the room being PLENTY large enough to have relocated the bed to provide some distance). Every time the heat kicked on, there was a rush of cold air across the bed. Perhaps if they would lose the extra chair, move the bed 3' farther from the window, and add in an additional nightstand?

The hotel is very nice. The room was immaculate and well appointed. One small quirk. The TV reception was intermittent. Might have been due to high winds that night blowing the dish around. The manager was great. I mistakenly made my reservation for the 13th and when I arrived on the fourth he allowed me to get a room for no additional cost. Thanks. Saved my Valentine's Day.

The hotel was in disarray due to a burst sprinkler pipe the day before. But that aside, the stay was nice. Comfortable and clean rooms. A hot breakfast the next morning. It was well worth the cost.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past as I travel to the Cincinnati area on business often. This visit was good as always with the hotel staff, attentiveness to needs but the room had bugs and it was not pleasant. Upon reporting the bugs to the front desk agent I was moved a new room which did not have that problem. The following morning the hotel manager and supervisor were made aware and they were more accommodating to the situation and offered a refund for the stay and made sure I was aware that the room was being stripped and cleaned so no further issues would take place. I would stay in this hotel in the future. I have been staying here for over 2 years.

I thought the room was great and the hot breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very nice. I was a little surprised that the noise from some other guests was not muffled very much by the walls and door. Luckily the noise was short lived.

Was great except for the couple in the room beside us waking us up. I would have figured the walls would have been a bit more sound-proof in such a nice hotel! Everything else was fantastic. Very clean, updated and easy access to the Interstate. We would stay here again.

I was very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were so quiet even though we were very close to the highway. The breakfast was hot and had good variety. The pool was the cleanest I have ever seen in a hotel. Two thumbs up for the Wingate. The price thru hotels.com was extremely reasonable for the value.

We stay in this area often, first time at Wingate. Our first choice was all booked up so the Wingate was our second choice. Well we were very pleased with our room and the hotel. The only negative was a large party that checked in across the hall from us. They made a lot of noise going back and forth from room to room but they did settle down after a while. We think that beds were very comfortable and the rooms clean. Looks like we may have a new hotel for when we are in the area, the price and the staff are right!!
