The signs just say hotel, but I was never sure I was walking toward the Marriott. Other than that, a very nice stay. Thanks.

Couldn't have asked for better service, or convenience for a flight stop-over. Good room and extremely comfortable beds.

The convenience of staying at a hotel inside the airport is wonderful! We stayed the night before our trip as the flight was leaving early as well as upon our return as we arrived after midnight. Everything is new and clean and the beds are very comfortable. I am a light sleeper and found it surprisingly quiet given the location. The only criticism I would have is regarding the staff on Nov 3rd which was not helpful or particularily friendly. As I was with my elderly mother I asked if we could arrange for some kind of help bringing her to the airline check in (as it is a bit of a walk) and was simply told no, that it was the airlines responsibility not the hotels to do this. I later found out there are wheelchairs available and a staffperson can be reserved to assist if needed. My last question that evening was to confirm that if we arrived after midnight on our return that it was not too late to check in. There was a long pause as if I had asked something ridiculous and was told that of course there is always someone at reception. I deliver training sessions on customer service and it is important that the employees are made to realize it may be someone's first visit and they should be treated in a helpful and frendly manner. It is not only what is said that matters, but the tone and attitude are key.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room. The size of the room was incredible and the bath room...well...unreal...The design and layout was great. the only negative thing that I have to say is the entrance. If you are not coming from a fliht then it could be a little tricky however, the staff was more then willing to help me find my way.

Very good. Only little hick...the bathroom is excellent but the window wall that seperates the bathroom from the bed area is odd. When one goes to the bathroom during the night the whole room is lit....but only little quirk...

Great hotel; great service. Because of premium location (connected to, and walking distance from, the airport terminal), the hotel is pricey. Near-by, good quality hotels, with free airport shuttle buses, are about $100 per night less expensive. Price, aside, though, this is a great hotel, fully appointed for business (meeting rooms, business center, etc.). I'd stay there again.

A great place to stay. Airport noise was bearable. No issues.

Well when I got there I was given a room with one bed so me and my wife had to sleep on the floor need I say more

this hotel is superior in every way.....and the walking a very short way to the airport is a real plus.

EXCELLENT, ALL THE WAY AROUND. GET STAFF AND HOTEL

We stayed at the Montreal Airport Marriot because of it closeness to the airport bvt we were very impressed with everything at the hotel next time we are in Montreal we will stay here.

Staff seemed a little grumpy. Extra $ for WiFi, Lots of $ per day to park but don"t lose your stub because the hotel staff have no idea who to deal with it. Bathroom wall is glass but only partly shaded and absolutely not sound proofed. Breakfast was great but not included.

We stayed here on our way out of Montreal on an early morning flight and couldn't have enjoyed the stay more. It was a quick walk to the terminal in the morning, no waiting for cabs or shuttles, it's right next to the terminals. The staff were bilingual and very accommodating. We ordered room service and it was prompt, well presented and incredibly well priced for an upmarket airport hotel. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all our friends and colleagues.

Excellently situated hotel for early morning departures. New front desk staff when we arrived after 1:00 a.m.. I had requested room to accomodate 3 people and when we got to our room there was a king size bed only. One of the staff that worked on the floor was very helpful and obtained a cot for us to use. He was much more helpful that the reception desk that told us that they were fully booked and that there was nothing that they could do. Unfortunately, we were only there for 2 hours as we had to get up at 4:00 a.m., in order to make our flight departure time. It was a pretty expensive hotel stay for 2 hours! This was not the hotel's fault as our flight in from Ottawa was delayed by 4 hours due to poor weather.

A very nice hotel width excellent service but the room was extremely cold. The thermostat held at 18 degrees Celsius and could not be changed. Called the front desk to report it and was told to just wait about twenty minutes for it to reach a higher temperature. It never did go any higher. Ended up sleeping with a sweater and socks on.

Beautiful, comfortable and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The location is beyond convenient as it is easy to get to from the airport terminal without even having to go outside in to the cold/wet/snow etc.

Very modern in design, excellent place to stay. I recommend it definitely.

I WAS WAITING FOR OVER 1 HOUR IN THE LOBBY AREA AND NO BODY GIVE US A RAZON FOR OUR CAR AND I WAS WALKING WITH MY WIFE TO THE PARKING GARAGE AND GREAT SORPRISE WHEN WE FOUND OUR CAR WITH BODY DAMAGES AND THE EXCUSE FROM THE VALET PARKING EMPLOYES ( SORRY THE KEY IS MISSING) I AM EXPECTING TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM A SOON AS POSIBLE. AND I RECOMMENDED INSPECT YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE DRIVE OR TAKE OUT THE HOTEL.

Nice, clean, Convinient hotel, just above airport departure. The lobby has lots of sofa and free wireless internet. It's a good stay.

We stayed here for an overnight when we had an early flight out the next day. Such comfortable beds! And being able to just walk from the lobby down an escalator and be at the airport was a big plus! Things couldn't have gone any better!

New hotel. Very clean. Nice staff. Very good restaurant. Located in terminal you don't even have to step outside to go from the hotel lobby to the ticket counter. If you have time take the 747 Express Bus located at the airport to downtown Montreal. $8 roundtrip. About a half hour ride to downtown.

Very noisy vent in all rooms that cant be turned off in the room. If the hotel can turn it off when requested but you have zero airflow.

Great place to stay while in Montreal. This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything we expected.

-close to car drop-off -inside short walk to check-in -nice pool and exercise room -very clean -face towel would have been nice -friendly reception at check in, check-out was not as friendly -a five star -would recommend to anyone for the convenience

I was on a business trip working 2 miles from the airport and very much enjoyed staying at this very new and trendy Marriott connected to the airport terminal. Everything about the hotel was clean and new and the staff were extremely helpful and nice. I ate at the restaurant many times and found the food very, very good. The surrounding area (Lachine is where I worked) is primarily a business office area which appears worn down and mostly vacant -- Montreal itself was fantastic.

Not appropriate for walking sight seeing. Perfect for convenient airport access.

Vous ne voulez pas sortir ni avant ni apres votre voyage donc l'endroit parfait situé a l'intérieur de l'aéroport pour moins de 10 minutes de marches que vous soyez au depart ou a l'arrivée des avions.
