Being located in The Village at Allen with over 60 restaurants within walking or close proximity of the hotel definitely has its advantages. We appreciate that you chose our hotel while visiting!

I am sorry to hear about the smell of the room upon entering. A room should always smell clean and fresh when walking in. If a room stays vacant for a couple days, the room can become stale. I will make sure to communicate to our housekeeping staff to make sure to check rooms daily to keep this from happening. I am glad to hear that you were accommodated accordingly during your visit. Thank you for your comments regarding your stay. I am sorry that the pool and hot tub had to be closed temporarily. Our contractors gave us little notice as all hotels have to comply with new ADA standards and install a chair lift for each body of water in their facility. The great news is the project is complete and we are in complete compliance with the new mandate. Upon your next visit, the hot tub and indoor pool will be ready for you to enjoy.

Our contractor gave us little notice of installation as all hotels need to comply with new ADA requirements of a pool lift. The great news is that the lift has been installed and the pool area is open for everyone's enjoyment.

With our location, we do have lots of activity around our hotel. Parking is available around our hotel and in a three story parking garage in front of the building. Parking is free for all guests, patrons of the retail outlets and Allen Event Center. We look forward to accommodating you in the future!

Having a 3 story covered parking garage definitely comes in handy during the times it does snow as well as in the hot summer months! Being surrounded by almost 50 restaurants, many of them within walking distance, parking your car and not having to use it for the remainder of your stay is very beneficial. We are working to add microwaves to all guest rooms. They are currently in all suites and rooms with 2 queen beds. We look forward to accommodating you again and having the microwave that you request at that time.

Thank you for letting us know about the mattress. We are in the proces of upgrading our bedding. We have added 3 inch foam mattresss toppers to all of our beds in order to help improve the comfort. We will look forward to your return when you will have a less firm bed.

Our refreshing concept enables guests to work, relax and enjoy time in a variety of different areas. Our stay for breakfast is a great alternative to have breakfast included with your rate.
