When I got to the hotel it was dark but in the daytime , Its was just what I wanted, close to bus, hotel staff where great and I will come again. only problem the rooms where very small and my room did not have a view, but I was not there for the view and the space so it all worked out well, coodooeehhsss......

We were informed that there is free breakfast and as for other hotels,we had before we thought service would be until 11 am .We woke up at 1030, went straight to the dining lounge only to be told by the lady in the counter that it is closed and it is opened only till 10 am .We told the the receptionist about it and all they said is "we told you free breakfast " that was it and they turned ( literally) their back on us ,we were quite disappointed, would we have had known and were informed about the time upfront then we would not missed it (that night we were really tired from walking in the city and has yet to recover the jet lag,change of time zone).As for me ,it is poor customer service because if I were the lady at least order cereals or muffins so as not to disappoint the customers...I'm a nurse and whatever makes my patients happy and satisfied regardless of the inconvenience on my part, I do it for my company's vision-guaranteed customer's satisfaction !!!

Sketchy area by the airport and close enough to landing planes you feel like you could touch them. Room was fairly clean. Okay for a Quick stay when you miss the last flight of the night.

Traveles great hotel to sleep in if you travel next day early.

I stayed here because it was close to the airport and fairly inexpensive However, next time I'll stay in the city. What I thought I was saving in price I spent on gas and tolls. Nonetheless, the hotel was nice the staff was very pleasant, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Room was good, additional 20+ dollars added to the room rate at the time of purchase not fair.

Breakfast in the morning is not up to Comfort Inn standard. The "hot" food tray had not been used in so long it had dust on it. There were cold pastries and bagels and a large bowl of "government cheese" cubes that looked so out of place I was embarrassed for it.

Decent room at a good relative price very close to LGA. Perfect if you just want to crash near the airport the night before a flight. It took five minutes for the shuttle to get over to LGA. No TV clicker in the room. Learn how to use the shower before you go to your room. Breakfast was the typical offering but their bananas and yogurt were as good as anyone else's. if you are just looking for a room for the night so you can get up in the AM and be right there at the airport, this is the place.

After having brought back a few doggie bags from a great local restaurant, we found that the room had no refrigerator or microwave. Ended up tossing out the food, noisy heater couldn’t sleep. No other room available to change to.

Not pleased at all. Terrible breakfast, VERY SMALL ROOM, barely had any room to walk in with my bags. Loud noises from street. Highly unsatisfied.

Cute hotel, nice people. Room was a bit small for an extended stay, however it was the ideal location for my trip. I would stay again if I need to be in that area again.

My stay was memorable in a positive way. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. However, I will like to see a box for suggestions. My suggestions at this point will be (1) make laptop computers at extra charge of say $5.00 a day available to your customers/clients. The fear is that some customers may not return the laptops, you charge the cost of a new laptop to their credit card. (2) I will like the hotel to have a printed map of its own from Comfort Inn to places like downtown NY, La Guardia, Yankee stadium, etc. The map should show simplest way to get from the hotel to these places and back to the hotel. The fellow that came to pick me up from the airport was so friendly you would think we have known each other forever whereas we just met for the first time that night I arrived. I can't remember his name, I don't know if he said Charles. Anyway, I arrived the night of February 21st. Yeah, lest I forgot, change the Chinese egg to regular egg omlette. Thank you.

Very close to LGA airport. Room was small (expected) but clean. Very nice sheets and towels. Updated room with flatscreen TV and updated bathroom. Complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to/from LGA.

Breakfast could be far better - room was clean but simple - parking was OK - Basically a 2.5 out of 4 star rating.

The rooms were small but clean and this is OK for a night stop-over at Laguardia airport but there was no bar and nothing very close to have a drink at

The hotel provides a shuttle from LaGuardia airport, but you have to call them when you arrive; the shuttle does not circulate like many hotels' shuttles. They are pleasant and the room was clean, but tiny. Fine for an overnight stay.

From the sketchy "shuttle" to the back roads the driver took us on to the 100 security cameras and the unlockable window in my room, I was almost certain I was going to be murdered. Fortunately I wasn't. This hotel is cheap and very close to the airport. It was clean. That is all.

Very easy location from LGA. Breakfast was good.

Good, but small rooms

The room was clean but very small. They could have added about a foot to each side of the room to make it a little more tolerable. We could not both move around at the same time. One person had to step aside to let the other pass. The staff were very nice and friendly. They offered to help and even wished us a Merry Christmas. I would stay there again if the need arose.

since i was there only for a day.. so i somehow managed to stay and the breakfast experience was pretty bad and the items what they had kept was some stale food...

The hotel was super clean and very close to LaGuardia. 1 block from a bus stop that will take you to the subway and into the city. Staff was very helpful in providing easy directions for using transportation to see NYC. Some airport noise but not very loud. Rooms were clean and well maintained, but just a little on the small side. Bed was comfortable. Free hot breakfast was actually very good, not the usual cold cereal deal. (Hot breakfast items were all pork-free as a side note, could be a bonus to some).

This is a no frills hotel, but was adequate for my needs as I had a very early flight. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful, and the best part of the stay. My carpet was rather dirty near the door, and the room was very small. Breakfast was what would be expected and met my needs. There are no places nearby to eat or shop.

Shuttle service courteous and prompt. Front desk courteous and helpful. The room was very small, and the carpet was a little worn, but for a stay close to the airport it was perfect. Be aware that shuttle service ends at midnight.

Hotel Staff came to pick me up at Laguardia after the midnight shift was over. Great guys!

management was very helpful... Courteous.... Stay was quiet... Though short... Would stay here again

It's an OK hotel. The AC in my room would only run on high, so it was either all on or all off. Not a huge deal, but not ideal either. I went for a long walk - there are a good number of neighbor hood restaurants close. Just go left out of the hotel and another left on the main road.
