Stay at this hotel 3 times before,this hotel is very close to rockingham speedway ,there is lots of chain pub in this area so easy to eat out and about. Staff very helpful and free wi.fi is great at hotel,would stay here again.

Hotels new and has everything you need and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

A well priced overnight stay, including breakfast, thank you. Staff were helpful and courteous. Room was rather cold and extra blankets would have been appreciated.

Good hotel, outstanding staff on reception, clean and modern... all let down by a very small hard bed.

Bed was not comfortable and pillow too low had to put up with two which made my neck sore. Option of plum soft pillow and firm would have been a better option.

Perfectly good for a short stay though rather remote from town. Lack of midday and evening meal service (was directed ti Harvester Restaurant next door which is however crowded, requiring a longish wait for a table)

The staff are always friendly and welcoming and the rooms are always clean.I stay here quite often when visiting family in Kettering and have never experienced any problems. Breakfast is included in the price, which is excellent value for money. The coffee can occasionally taste a bit funky at breakfast, but quite frankly it doesn't bother me too much. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, new, modern budget hotel. Plus points are location and price. It was a nice surprise to find a small hot buffet available at breakfast. A big downside is the bed, which is only a standard double. Given other budget chains have a bigger and more comfortable bed for a comparable room rate, this is something to consider if you're travelling as a couple. Northamptonshire has a lot of historical sights to see but I'm not sure I'd use this particular hotel as my base. Fine for an overnight stop though.

Good but two points to mention they had no Wifi, said it was been worked on and for the time we were on site it never returned. Secondly my orange mobile phone had no signal in my room very poor to be honest with you, had to walk to lift lobby to see if I had missed calls or texts. Other wise its a nice Hotel to stay in Staff working on the night I stayed, were from another hotel and were nice people.

Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean and staff very helpful and accomodating. Stayed for two nights for family wedding and could not fault anything. Added bonus of a harvester on the opposite side of the car park but as it is on main trunk road very little close by. Only one small gripe is there could be much better signage from the road. It is not easy to find the way in especially in the dark. Other than this I would highly recommend this hotel for short stopovers.

All in all good I will stop at the hotel some time soon the room all ok bed not to good but done the job

Overall a pleasant stay, the brand of sausage at breakfast could be improved upon.

Whilst our stay at the Hotel was ok, the breakfast food selection is appaling, everyday it was the same, scrambled eggs - tasteless, sauages - like rubber, and beans. the toaster machine takes for ever and then it has hardley coloured the bread, and if you put it through twice it comes out as a burnt offering. We stayed 3 days and ended up just having cereal, toast and orange juice, and whilst that was ok, it would have been nice to have a choice of something different. I made these same comments last time we stayed at this hotel about 6 months ago, but nothing has changed so I doubt if we will stay again.

This stay although brief provided excellent service with friendly staff. We were in the vacinity to assess the locality in view of moving to the area in the near future. The only concerns were the soap container at the bathroom sink was empty and that the staff were unable to keep up with demand for the breakfast rush at 9am.

Our stay at the hotel was all we expected and more. Our only complaint, once we had arrived in Kettering, it took us an hour to find the hotel! The reason for this is the post code is wrong. I do hope this can be rectified as soon as possible.

ideal location for wicksteed park, attractive looking hotel upon approach, poor signposts from main road but the reception staff were helpful in ensuring that we were aware of the turning to take at the opposite side of the dual carriageway in future. The check in was promising ,however the room was not made up for a family so we had to inform reception. The lady who came to make up the sofa bed was pleasant but feeling put upon and threw the clean bedding and pillows on the corridor floor outside whilst moaning how this wasn't her job and that the management knew this would happen as fridays are always manic. We were asked if we needed anything else and I informed her there were no tissues in the bathroom and we were still short of a cup for our son. We were given a plastic cup and no tissues appeared even after the second day. Breakfast was basic and disappointing. A few cereals and yogurt, powdered scrambled egg, beans and sausage. Ok as a stopover but nothing special.

Warm welcome, all that you need for an overnight stay, plus the location of the hotel was perfect for where we visited.

The only downside was the fact many of the other hotel guests had no consideration for others. All night they noisily went their way down the corridor - one even banged on our door! Can't hold the hotel guilty for these morons.

This hotel might be fine if you travel alone, but never do what I did and try to get your family of four into their tiny rooms. We checked out early rather than dealing with it another night!

The room was very clean and fresh. Very nice to have a window that opens. Breatfast is very basic.

Overall good but beds are uncomfortable ...need to upgrade

modern,clean hotel.The staff were professional,always helpful,polite & courteous. The breakfast was more than sufficient. The room was clean,the sofa bed (I travelled with my family & drew the short straw!) was surprisingly comfortable. I would heartily recommend this Holiday Inn & would certainly re-visit if I had the need to.I hope all Holiday Inns are of this standard.

Place was spotless and all you need breakfast ,great staff

i stayed here because i was visiting Rockingham racing circuit. It is not to far a drive from this hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Harvester is close by too. Great stay for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel standard fine. The only problem was to find the hotel and the correct entrance from the motorway

the hoyel was nice only foult was brekfast, we booked bed and brekfast ,we arrived for brekfast at 9am to find a tray of sausages two spoonfuls of scrambled eggs the tray for beans empty and had been for some time about six slices of white bread no brown , tables not cleared, unable to find anyone from kitchen staff to get some more food, would not stay for meals there again. hotel nice food no go.
