Close to the ferry terminal. Not far from the center of town. Hotel has a shuttle to and from the ferry terminal

Very good service, but there was a very strong somking smell even live in nonsmoking level(8 th floor)

The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. The food choices of the cafe could have been better. However, they gave me a free upgrade to a spacious suite since I am a "regular customer"--I have been to this hotel a few times. The suite was very nice but their regular rooms are quite spacious and pleasant as well.

Great location, about 3 minutes from the ferry port. Free shuttle service as well. Clean and welcoming.

Surprisingly nice hotel. Only 5 mins from pier terminal. Walking distance to Libosa Grand.

Casino very small, no fun. But room is great at this rate.

Great big rooms, nice decor, location was great for us though slightly away from action areas about a km. away, restaurants including a good Indian one around the corner, overall we had a wonderful hotel stay for 2 nights. Hotel runs bus service to the ferry terminal frequently, a 8 minutes quick drive.

The room was very nice and clean. The only thing we've noticed is we can smell cigarette smoke in most of the area and even at the elevator. The place is very near the ferry terminal, very convenient for us.

The Rooms are clean and new, I had a good sleep.

Clean room But not too convenience for tourist to walk around.

I booked the room thru hotels.com and requested the Non Smoking room 3 months in advance. I explained that I have allergies but ONLY got the response that nothing else was available. If they had notified even by email, I would have gone for another hotel. its the worst hotel experience for me.

the hotel staff is very helpful, the moment i checked in i was greeted by front office manager. the room is clean. actual room is much bigger and photos in the web is totally different. will stay there again.

Smoking smell is strong even in the non-smoking floor. Near ferry pier, but shuttle is limited. (1/2 @) Can hear sound from corridor and next room.

Very convenient and very near the Fisherman's Wharf and Sands Casino.Newly refurnished rooms are excellent & looks awesome!

This is a very clean hotel. Location wise is alright, very close to turbojet port but need to take taxi or bus to other attractions. Free shuttle bus service, customer service is great, very helpful. Overall, good value for the hotel!

Exceptional hotel for the price we paid. The hotel staff were very helpful, courteous and went beyond their expected duties. A short walk to the HK- Macau Ferry station and the Chinese government office that issues permit or visa to enter mainland China. I will definitely stay at this place on my return visit to Macau. BTW : it costs us only USD$10 taxi fare from the Macau airport to this hotel

The hotel clearly runs secondary to the casino. The hotel lobby and public areas suffer from the smokey atmosphere permitted in the casino. This is reflected by the staff who exhibited arrogance to the point of indifference towards the hotel guests. Other than the doormen, who were excellent, all the other staff we encountered would benefit from a course on how to deal with customers politely and efficiently. I would not recommend this hotel to others who appreciate courtesy and politeness.

Great hotel with nice employees. Shower awesome and so is the air conditioning. Shame most of employees don't speak english... Would definitely stay again.

Overall pleasant stay. Convenient location. The toiletries provided was sub-standard though.

Nice hotel with pleasant rooms. The little cafe by the lobby is open 24/7 which really make it convenient to get a quick nice meal at all time. The buffets they have are average in quality but their prices were very good.

We arrived from HK to Macau via ferry terminal in Taipa. There's no free bus to the hotel and you would have to take a cab. bring the chinese name of the hotel just in case. We got all big spacious room and a free room upgrades for all 3 rooms. We got a very nice cot wit bumper for my baby girl. We were advised to take the free shuttle to go places of interest but it took longer as it goes to the Macau ferry station to transfer. The conceige gave good directions but we would save more time going for a cab to go places. Good hotel to stay in.

Good comfortable beds. I miss the beds after switching hotels and getting a wood plank to sleep on. A+ service. Quick walk to ferry or Sands. Ok walk to Wynn. Gripes: super expensive laundry service. Wifi only in smokey lobby area.

Excellent hospitality and near to most of the places to see

close to all must-see sights,excellent service rcvd from all staff esp. from very friendly filipino staff, good food at pena restaurant..looking forward to stay again at this hotel on our next family holiday and will advise to our friends and relatives who will be going to macau to stay in your hotel,charge to our experience.....

Very satisfactory. Close to ferry, but a little way from central Macau

This is a great hotel for the value. Very convenient to the ferry (HK$13 ride, you can even walk it) but pretty far away from the Casino and the old town. Not much restaurants around either. The hotel is clean and the staff went out of their way to help us (made ferry reservations for us to get back to HK, helped us find our restaurant, etc.). The old issue we had is that they did not have the room we reserved available (we wanted and book a room with a queen and a double) so they "upgraded" us to a larger room which was unfortunately a smoker (wasn't that bad) but also only had 2 double beds... which for three people ended up being really tight.

Hotel exterior is deceptive of new interior. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and new, maybe due to recent renovation. However small lobby is not condusive of waiting area as smell of smoking is strong due to casino at ground level where smoking is allowed. However, there is another entrance to another set of lifts to room where it is clean and smokefree. Transportation is seamless as you can hop on free shuttle to and from ferry terminal every half hour and from ferry terminal to most of the big casinos via their free shuttles. Literally, transportation in Macau is free if you make use of free shuttles to go everywhere. Value for money destination for short 1 or 2 days stay.

This hotel is comfortable with reasonably good service, Considering the price, it is a good bargain.

we stayed in this hotel for 2 days, its about 15 mins walking distance to Lisboa Hotel, quite convenience to take public bus as well. Clean and comfortable, reasonable price, highly recommended~

Stay there 2 nights for a short trip. Overall, it's a fairly nice hotel. C/P is very high. It's just a little bit inconvenience to center downtown. The walking distance is about 10 - 15 to get to Wynn hotel.
