I found the hotel staff to be very friendly & helpful with anything my family needed. My toddler really enjoyed the indoor pool. We ate several times at the little cafe in the lobby and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Also, there were lots of shops, restaurants, gas stations and a grocery store close by which was handy. Having a mini fridge in our room was a bonus for keeping small amounts of leftovers, milk, etc. We will definitely stay at this Courtyard Marriott the next time we go to Nashville.

the hotel was amazing! it was my first time ever being away from my 2 children and mine and my boyfriends 1st trip alone. the hotel was so clean.everyone not just the employees were so nice. the only thing that bothered us; was the refrigarator wouldn't get cold enought! our drinks finally got cold on the 2 day. i know there are ice buckets but i have stayed in other places and we didn't have that much trouble. we had to ask the housekeeping for a sign on our door so they would know that they didn't have to clean our room. but overall it was amazing and will be coming back this coming back this weekend!

The hotel was really nice and the staff was great. The hotel is only about 12 miles from the city and there are restaurants and shopping areas nearby. My only complaints are that the mini fridge was really tiny and the bed was extremely firm. I would still likely stay there again.

I just wish there were mirrors up in the room. With the only mirror being in the bathroom, only one at a time could get ready and there were three of us.

We have now stayed at two Courtyard Mariott locations and have been thoroughly impressed with both of them. The hotel was very clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and the lobby was large, spacious and very welcoming. We were also very impressed with our room, which was very clean and furnished practically to our needs. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large for a hotel bathroom. All around the rooms are very cozy and welcoming. The pool was also very well kept and clean. Not to mention we got a great deal on the price! We WILL be back when we visit Nashville again.

The decor of this hotel is beautiful. The room are a great size for easy movemnet for two people in a room. The picture of the front of the hotel doesn't do it justice. The landscaping is beautiful.

This hotel was flat out AWESOME! The beds were so comfortable. The pillows were plush and plentiful. The staff not only cleaned the room but hung up our clothing in the closet. The place was spotless after house keeping did their job. I was thoroughly impressed. The TV's were very nice and modern. The climate controlled room was also nice to have. We even had a sofa/bed for relaxing. All standard. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

1. Many bulbs were burnt out in the room. 2. At 8:20 a.m. on Saturday morning, a housekeeping staff person knocked on my door, as well as other doors in the hall, apparently to inquire if I needed my room cleaned. It appears someone wanted to determine whether they could go home early. I go to Courtyard to get some rest, not to be harassed. 3. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the stay would have been outstanding.

What a beautiful "NEW" hotel. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, and our room was beautiful. Our breakfast each morning was great! So much to choose from and very tasty. We were only minutes away from different places we wanted to visit. Can't wait to go back!

The building is very new and trendy on the inside. The service was excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and smelled wonderful. I recommend!

friendly staff, welcoming, especially day desk personnel thursday 9/27 and friday 9/28/12 clean, quiety, housekeeping excellent, hotel modern and well kept, clean. i cant say enough, an asset to Goodlettsville/Nashville, Tn

Feather-free room was just what I asked for, just fine and dandy! I only wish there were a mirror in the room, for one person to use while the other is in the bathroom.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a number of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to find. The room looked clean but at closer look there was splattered toothpaste on the bathroom mirror and the toilet should have been cleaner. The bed was VERY comfortable. We were on the second floor and just as we were going to sleep the people ABOVE walked around their room for hours! We could hear EVERY step. This is the first time we've NOT heard the people on either side but heard EVERYTHING above us! The next morning the staff was kind enough to move us to a fourth floor room. (Top floor) In all fairness, this room was cleaner and we did not hear anything that evening which made for a much nicer night sleep!

We were very satisfied with our room and with the hotel in general. LOVED the outdoor patio right outside of the indoor pool. We were able to swim and also get some sun, it was great. Also enjoyed the lobby, lovely place to sit with family we were visiting and chat, rather than having them come up to our room, in our personal space. We'd def stay here again!

A typical Courtyard by Marriott room. Very nice with comfy bed. Breakfast not included but there is a Waffle House a short drive away.

I had never stayed at a Courtyard and was very happy. I will stay in them in the future.

I was very pleased with my stay, and will visit again.

I will be staying in the Courtyard every time I go to Nashville. The hotel was excellent

The room was not at all up to the standards of cleanliness we are use to with this chain. The halls and elevator had not been vacumned. The floors in the room had not been cleaned. There was debris in the corners of the bathroom.

loved it-plan now to always check out Courtyard when traveling - would like to know if there is a hotel membership-awesome room

The stay was not a good experience. We were there for three nights, and the room was never cleaned except for the day we checked in. We had to call for clean towels, soap and coffee supplies each day.We were gone for hours and I made sure the do not disturb sign was not on the door. We were on the 4th floor and the hall carpet needed cleaned, it had paper and litter everywhere. I will never stay at a Courtyard again.

The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. The hotel decor was contemporary and newly remodeled. We would definitely stay again.

I loved the hotel and location.The only disappointment was the sheets were very wrinkled which made me feel very uneasy.:
