It's give us relax time with this budget villa. Overall is great but the location is not very convenience, we spend about 20-25 minutes to Pangtong beach.

The villa is really amazing, great pool, and very good privacy. We really enjoyed the villa. However, from a place like this I would expect to have the following minimal requirements for a basic vacation: 1) a coffee machine! 2) TV with more english channels 3) a richer breakfast 4) more guidance from the crew side for 1st time travelers to Phuket. Apart from these, the location is pretty bad and I really recommend to hire a car (which we did and found it a must).

A nice villa with good service & helpful staff. Villa is clean and cozy, very suitable for family vacations. Kids like the pool so much. It's not far from Bangtao beach. Shuttle is provided to reach to the beach and Telsco nearby, but only on schedule 1100hr, 1400hr and 1700hr. A mobile phone is provided upon check-in, so that you can contact front desk anytime (there is no landline phone in the villa), this save us some local call charges too! This is a thoughtful service too! Most housemaids do not speak English. Advice to carefully check the replacement of beach towels as they replaced us 1 less towels but we did not report this immediately. When checking out, they claimed that we lost that 1 towel and which was not the case. But luckily the front desk officer believed in what I explained and did not charge us. Thanks to the staff! Overall, it's a nice experience with the villa and we would recommend this to anyone who are interesed in booking this.

Clean house at lovely place. Quite all around, makes you feel relaxing. Love the private pool very much ~ A mobile is provided for local call which is very appreciated. Just the wifi is not strong enough.

Location: 2mins drive or 10mins walk to Bang Tao Beach, Bangtao Beach is much cleaner than Pa Tong 3mins drive to Tesco supermarket & night market 30mins drive to Pa Tong Beach & Airport Facilities: Unexpected hugh size of Swimming Pool Room: Clean & Tidy with individual toilet & shower Kitchen: Plenty of cookware (pot, pan, bowl, plates...etc) & electric appliance (Microwave oven, kettle, Toaste, Fridge...etc) Staff: Helpful & Nice Definitely will stay again !!

This villa condition is excellent and it comes with the superb customer service. My whole family enjoyed it and would definitely recommend this although it's not located in the middle of the town or next to beach. Love it....

We find this place very relaxing especially good for family spending time together with one another. The only thing if you wish to stay this place, you must rent a car to move around. It will not be convenient if you don't have a car though the management there provides transportation which I think must be paid for. We like the privacy of the villa. Everything is like what you see in their website. But I would like to feedback that the villa we stayed has no DVD player and no TV in the bedrooms though the website did state all villas do have. We were quite disappointed as we could not watch our own movies. Overall, a good stay with lots of privacy and will definitely recommend friends there.

Everything is as you see in the pictures. Really fantastic customer support and you can cycle to the beach or take the Villa bus that picks you up and drops you when you call them up.

Car / Bike Rental is a must though the hotel provide shuttle service to several areas but with your own transport, you will be able to see more of Bang Tao and Phuket

It's really nice that someone came and cook breakfast for us but the taste is not good at all. Besides, the transportation is not convenice for us even their staff gave us a ride to supermarket. So I highly recommend to rent a car.

Nice villa.... clean and neat. Staff also very friendly. Enjoy when wake up, the breakfast is ready to serve. Thumb up!!!

This is a gorgeuos hotel just as the pics suggest. It is a bit of a way from the beach but the shuttle gets you around almost whenever you need it - we hired moterbikes just for added independence. We stayed with 2 small children and they loved the pool which was ample size for all the family. The nearest beach is Bang tao which is much more appealing than those we visited further south which were so full of sun beds you couldn't see the beach!

It feels like home - clean, neat, cosy & quiet. It looks exactly what it's shown in the website. Hotel staff are also very friendly & helpful.

Staff is very nice and the hotel is new and comfortable. The pool is good. But it's better to rent a car. It's only take 20 mins to Patong and airport, quite an ideal villa with private pool to stay.

the villas stay in mountains. Not strictly a hotel but just rental villas. Far from Patong or airport but suitable for relaxing holidays.

鄰近什麼也沒有，如非自駕，不適合入住，shuttle bus一日只有3班，太少，時間亦不合適。酒店本身舒適，但位置偏遠。

私人泳池很好,環境舒適,客房,㕑房,客廳空間很大,還可向酒店預定燒烤爐在池邊燒烤(食物自備),附近無大型購物點,步行五分鐘有小店售飲料零食,去海灘要約步行二十分鐘,海灘有不錯的餐廳及酒吧亦有按摩店,酒店一天只有三班車來往海灘及市區,較為不便,自駕晚上沿路路燈不足,但如想離開市區好好休息,這酒店是非常好的選擇!

住2房villas, 入住了4夜。整體okay! 早餐選擇不多，但食物好食！每朝十分準時上門煮早餐。 私人泳池水質極好，池底全冇異物。極清潔，讚！！ 但房間有少許怪味，床鋪尚整潔。冷氣有漏水的情況！ 有手提電話提供，令整個旅程好方便！ 有Shuttle bus, 但每天只有3個時段外出！但門口已經有tuk tuk / taxi等客。 要有準備附近四處冇野行，5~8分鐘車程有supermarket可以入貨。

Située à 5 mn (en voiture) de la magnifique plage de Bang Tao, la résidence est bien entretenue et dans un environnement calme. Bien qu'un peu isolée si l'on ne dispose pas de moyen de locomotion, il vous suffira cependant de quelques minutes en tuk tuk pour rejoindre la plage, le supermarché ou les restaurants les plus proches. La villa dispose de tout le confort (à part le lave-linge!) et est vraiment agréable. Le personnel est aux petits soins. La piscine privée est un vrai régal ! J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

如能自駕遊,這間villa是不錯的選擇! 如有小朋友同行,要注意泳池不是由淺至深,全池深度一樣,大約....4呎-4呎半左右吧~

Everything is prefect. Staffs are friendly and helpful. However, the private pool is smaller than i expected. I guessed there are two type of villa, one with bigger pool, the other one with smaller. Besides, only one mirror was installed in each toliet. It's not quite convenience. But overall, it's a valuable and relaxing place to stay.

It's a very good hotel if you like a quiet place for relax. 这是一个非常棒的酒店，有非常干净的私人泳池，整套的厨房用品（除了调味料), 自己租个摩托车，想买东西自己出去逛一下，然后就可以一家人窝在villa里享受美好时光了！

从酒店去超市和海滩都很方便，不是出门就有但是开车就几分钟的路程。离开喧闹的人群回到酒店就变成私密的花园。私人泳池很大~，厨房也非常实用。

酒店好新好乾淨，服務人員有禮。泳池大水好清潔。地點很遠我地租車就冇問題。姐姐煮早餐好味道又快，洗碗也很衛生。

Villan var riktigt fin och fräsch. Villorna ligger ca 15-20 min gångavstånd ifrån Baotang beach som jag gillar skarpt. Det finns en shuttle bus, Taxi och TUK TUk men vi hyrde en Vespa att köra runt på till stranden och golfbanan. Kommer bo här igen

非常适合朋友或者家庭集体入住。距离 bangtao beach 很近。周边很安静，不想 patong 那边那么商业。

Room is big, clean & confortable, hotel had shuttle bus to transfer you to supermarket & Beach. Very nice.

The hotel is really excellent in overall actually. The house is clean and bright. The private pool is just enough for two people. However, the fix time schedule of shuttle bus was not suit for me and my planning. It is only 11, 2, 5 for going out. I hope that they can change it for anytime. The shuttle bus for picking up is fine cos you can call back in anytime before 6pm. This is the only think to be improved.

Although it is not in the city hub, the location is very convenient and we can buy whatever we need in the adjacent area. There are local market, tesco lotus supermaket, boots, Mcdonald and coffee shops nearby. The hotel will provide free shuttle bus to pick us between the hotel and there. The hotel staff is very helpful. They provide a mobile phone to us and we can call for any help during their working hr (until 1am) e.g. arranging shuttle bus pick up, ordering breakfast and housekeeping, making reservation of the Lotus restaurant and Oasis Spa (they are all nearby within 10 min by taxi) The villa is very spacicous with pool, kitchen, dining area, living room. We can feel escape from the busy life during our stay.

Bodde her i ca 10 dager, og var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Ca det beste stedet jeg har bodd på, om man bare tenker på selve hotellet. Veldig fine leiligheter med nydelig eget basseng og hyggelig betjening. Det positive: - Nydelige units. Bad, kjøkken, stue og uteområde var det ingenting å nedsette på - Betjening er veldig hyggelig og prøver å hjelpe til alt de kan, selv om det er litt language barrier - Shuttle transport går ganske ofte, og du er avhengig av den for å komme deg steder som til strand og spisesteder. Det var dog noen få ting vi ville ha hatt litt bedre: - Området rundt hotellet er rett og slett ingenting annet enn øde. Ingen gå-avstander til noe særlig, spesielt ikke stranda, og du vil ikke gå på de veiene der uansett. - Stor anndel av personalet er umulig å kommunisere med, og du må bruke veldig simplifisert engelsk (gjelder mesteparten av landet egentlig), var noen få unntak. - Vi fikk bestilt mat til rommet to ganger, og begge gangene var det helt horribelt (frokosten er middels bra, men ingen av de andre måltidene er). Så gå på restaurant eller lag selv - Vi hadde en liten maur infestation i kjøkkenskapene så vi kunne ikke oppbevare mat der, men det var ikke noe stort problem Ellers vil jeg anbefale til folk som drar hit og få leid en privatsjofør en dag eller to for å dra til phuket by (ligger en halvtime unna) for shopping, og/eller en tur rundt hele øya og se på de tingene som er å se på der. Av restauranter i nærheten vil jeg anbefale: - Lotus: Veldig fin restaurant ved sjøen, ganske "dyr" (etter Thai standard) med veldig fin mat. - Manathai, surin beach: Beste maten vi spiste der nede, betjeningen er ganske nøytral, og maten ganske "dyr", men helt klart beste maten vi spiste - Black Cat: Kort vei å kjøre, veldig stor meny og veldig bra priset mat (30kr for et måltid). Maten selv har grei standard. - Nærmeste restauranten: Denne husker jeg dessverre ikke navnet på, og finner den ikke på google, men det er antagelig den restauranten betj
