The bed is just one foot off the floor. Need a chair. WiFi is free and works well. Shower door broken. Great value for the price. Good location. Hotel is used by at least one airline crew. Air conditioner unit needs to be stronger. TV works well and light switches conviently located.

I have stayed here before. The room I had this time was not as nice a some of the rooms in the past. I should have asked to see the room first. The service at the front desk has never been outstanding but the housekeepers have been great. The rooms don't have much of a view but the beds are pretty comfortable for Asia. The free wifi is pretty fast and there are a few English speaking channels on the television but I don't spend much time in the room. I stay here mainly for the location. I prefer the old town to the beaches. It is a lot more room than you would get for a comparable rate at any of the beaches and you can catch a bus to any beach a couple of blocks away. The old town has fewer tourists and a lot of small thai restaurants. I think this is a good choice for location and value.

After seeing pictures online, we chose the Studio Room, which is the one with the huge windowed breakfast nook. The room was huge and there was so much natural light! A giant, comfortable bed, too. I would call the room beautiful, except there were a few obvious blemishes like a white, peeling gash in the blue statement wall. Also, our view was of a tin roof and parking garage, instead of a street view. It turned out to be nice for privacy, but I recommend requesting a room with a street view.

Amazed when we walked into the door. Rather big living room with couch and tv, then a huge bedroom. Very nice and clean. Nice and friendly staff.

I saw reviews about unfriendly service, but didn't experience that at all (though I didn't barge in looking our sounding like a self-centered barbarian). Also, real people live here, Thai and foreign, which adds a nice dimension to staying here (eg, got to chat with locals, laugh with kids in the elevator, etc). A great place to catch your breath from/to Phuket airport.

A nice clean and friendly place to stay at. If you are scheduled for a flight make sure to let the staff make your taxireservation you get a better deal this way.

Good place to stay if you're looking for cheap, clean, no-frills hotel. Called Phuket apartments, information packets makes it seem like they are leased or privately owned. Uncertain of arrangment. Small, sparse but adequate. Convenient travel agency downstairs and local market on same street. Few restaurants and a massage parlor few doors down. Beyond that, area is difficult to navigate and public transportation was nowhere to be seen. Local farmers market within walking distance. Good experience if you are looking for the "non-tourist" atmosphere. Very different from the beach scene on rest of Phuket.

The receptionist was a bit miserable but evrything else OK. Habdy for cafes etc. Room needs a chair - non provided.

The Phuket Center Apartments are located in the city center of Phuket in a district called "Old Town". The buildings and neighborhoods surrounding the apartments/hotel has a unique feel unlike any other part of Phuket. Old town is made up of "Chino/Portugese" architecture and looks nearly identical to the "french quarter" of New Orleans. It was rather weird to see that type of design and layout in an Asian city. So, the surrounding area of our apartment made our stay worth while. Location is not convenient to any beach. If you are wanting to go to the beaches TAKE THE CITY BUS! The taxi prices are outrageous and the bus is perfectly fine. But, be aware that the buses stop running back into town from the beaches at 4:45pm. So, you'll need to be prepared for that. Phuket city does not have the "night life" like you'll find on the beaches, so if you're expecting to party, don't stay here. If you're wanting a nice quiet evening away from tourist, then this may be the place for you. Room: clean and simple. Free internet and basic amenities. Bed: Hard, as is standard in most Asian hotels. Location: City center "Old Town". Not convenient to any beach. Food: No free breakfast. Good restaurants nearby within walking distance. Check out "Salvatore's", "KarnaSutra" and the "Brasserie" for fine dining. For breakfast, go find the "Siam Bakery" and "The Circle Cafe". Both are great. Party scene: non existent. We were not there for that anyway, so it was ok for us. I probably would not stay there again solely because of its distance from the beaches. I assumed that it would be easy to get to and from the beaches, but I was wrong. My husband and I strongly suggest going to Kata or Karon beach if you are traveling as a family. Patong is loaded with questionable things and very "touristy". Kata and Karon are breathtakingly beautiful and not nearly as many people. Plus, the night life is much more tame compared to Patong. This hotel was in downtown old phuket town. It was minutes from all the amenities one would need. Great restaurants, bars with entertainment and bus to take you to all your fav beaches. I think the only thing i would have bad to say about the place is that bed is not a mattress. It's actually a box spring with a padded mattress cover. We're used to sleeping on a hard bed so it didn't bother us too much. Maybe a thicker mattress cover would do the trick. Also, the phones can not be used for local or long distance calls. So make sure you have a cell phone or you will have to use the pay phones. We booked for 11 days and ended booking for 10 more days since it was so much cheaper than staying at a resort filled with tourists. All excursions you take include pick up and drop off at your hotel. We had a great experience staying here and hope to return next winter. J & JB

フロントの接客も笑顔があり良かったです。英語がわからないスタッフもいましたがサービスには特に問題ありません。 目の前がプーケットショッピングセンター 単なるスーパーですが23:00まで空いていて便利でした。 部屋もそれなりに清潔感があり安いと思います。

Veldig bra hotell etter prisen. Allsidig butikk rett utenfor hotellet, og masse turistsjapper. Jeg kommer til å dra tilbake.

Dieses Hotel liegt in mitten von Phuket Town. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackfoll eingerichtet und bieten jeden notwendigen Komfort. Fitnesstudio ist spährlich audgerüstet. Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann dieses Hotel weiter empfehlen.

Detta hotell verkar ha lite olika rum. Vårt låg på plan 2 och hade endast små fönster uppe vid taket, en-glas! Kareoki utanför på kvällen, vilket störde otroligt när man skulle upp tidigt och flyga hem. Men värt pengarna. På hotellbeskrivningen stod att det ingick frukost, vilket det INTE gjorde. Receptionen fixade taxi till Phuket Airport för mindre än vad vi trodde det skulle kosta, toppen!

Hotelli ei vastaa läheskään niitä kuvauksia, joita hotels.com sivuilla mainitaan. Aamupala ei kuulu tähän hotellin hintaan, vaikka luvattiin. Huonevarustelu todella puutteellinen ja erilainen kuin mitä luvattiin. Henkilökunta oli todella töykeää, kun ilmoitimme asiallisesti puutteista. Ensimmäisen yön oli ikkuna koko yön auki, koska kahva rikki. Siivous oli ihan hyvä joka päivä. Ilmastointilaitteen ulkoyksikkö piti todella kovaa ääntä. Hotelli sijaitsee rähjäisen kadun päässä, kadulla paljon torakoita, koska siellä oli roskapusseja. Hyvää oli, että hotellin vieressä oli kauppa ja ravintola, josta sai aamupalan.

Hotellet ligger centralt nära gamla stan och på promenadavstånd till marknadsvarteret. Rummet av god kvalitet, men saknar fönster. Bra luftkonditionering. God service. Dessvärre begränsad tillgång till internet. Inte tillåtet att skicka mail.

場所が分かりやすく、コンビニや市場、マッサージに行くにも便利。島内のローカルバスターミナルへも徒歩数分です。 ただ、建物や設備はだいぶ古い感じです。室内の広さは十分なのに、細長い小さな窓（明りとり？）があるだけなのはとても残念でした。 部屋にはソファや椅子はなく、なんと座布団が置いてあって床座です。 かなり低料金なので、価格重視の方には良いでしょう。 女性一人旅でもセキュリティ面に不安はありませんでしたが、次回はもう少しきれいなところに泊まりたいと思いました。

This is an ok hotel concidering the low price. We got a room that smelled like mould but they changed it easily for us.

位于主干道旁一个小马路的尽头，楼下就有supermarket，走出马路有很多小商店，周围吃饭、按摩的地方也很多，还有family便利店。 在town上，不在旅游景区，随便住住还是不错的，如果享受的话就不要住在这里了。
